There must be a firewall blocking the HART On CD program from communicating with the internet.
It's important to have "exceptions" set up for the HART program in the Windows firewall, and on any other firewalls that are installed on the system. "Exceptions" are firewall rules that allow "excepted" programs to talk on the internet.
You can lean how to setup up and "exception" by viewing the help files for the brand of firewall you are using, or you can search the Internet for search terms like: "how to add exception norton 360"
Once HART On CD can communicate on the Internet, the "Error Making Request" message should no longer appear.

I've been trying to get links made since last Friday, with no luck.....keep getting this error message..... "ERROR MAKING REQUEST (3000) method of object failed"? Any ideas....
