mercury levels abnormal - no fillings?

Ive been seriously ill now for 3 years and have recently found out i have a blood mercury level of 91.normal i guess should be 0? IS 91 quite a low reading? I dont have any fillings. Could this be the cause of my many serious health complications? How could i have come in contact with mercury?

This excellent book will help you understand mercury poisoning and also help you determine if the mercury reading for you is high. It's not as simple as "yes" or "no" as you will realize after reading the book.

The book also lists numerous sources of mercury exposure. This may be a tremendous help to you.
