I was reading articles about mercury poisoning and one article said they tested sheep, and put a mercury filling in a sheeps tooth, tested the sheep after six months, and found that one fifith of the mercury in the filling had been absorbed in the blood.

So, I had a filling for about 10 years I think in one tooth, do you htink all the mercury has left it into my body ??

One mercury filling can only contain a maximum amount of mercury, and depending on how big the filling is, only a certain amount may be released.

I had mercury ones since I was 4 years old, I think most of them were renewed at about 13 years old. So i have had a constant stream of mercury in me.

I also had braces which Ive heard can be bad, if they are metal ones,and especially since they can mix with other metals in the blood, which is more toxic when they mix together.

So, i Had a filling from 4 years old to 13 years old of mercury, surely the mercury all got drained out before I turned 13 ?? If a sheeps tooth absorbed 4/5 if the mercury in just 6 months, over one year, the sheep would presumably absorb all the mercury ?? Thus making the filling ineffective ?? As the other metals arent so harmful.



And off topic of the thread, I went to my supermarket and saw a plant pot of corriander in the food section , I live in the Uk and anyone else in the forum can see them In tesco.

Are those the plants that help with mercury detoxification, ? They are in most tesco supermarkets.All one would need to do is eat it or juice it I presume to get the benefits.

I don't think that all the mercury will leave the filling... Amalgams are 50%-70% mercury... The filling would shrink too much and fall out.

if you want to detox mercury you must remove your fillings.

The coriander can expell mercury from the brain but can also increase brain mercury if it is used too early, with fillings in and/or high body burden of toxic metals. It works sometimes, others get hurt by it. Never use it in early stages of detox.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is very cheap too and a good mercury chelator. If you take it on andy cutlers 3 hour schedule( read his book 'Amalgam Illness') there is little risk of long term or permanent worsening. If you take it too early and randomly you can make yourself much worse....

I am not sure about the life of a filling or how long it releases mercury. I would not bet on there being a time limit personally, I would imagine that it releases mercury over a lifetime in vapors and how long that would take to wear down all the mercury present ....? Your guess is as good as mine.

But if you want to start healing and detoxing from what may have built up in your tissues and organs over that time, you need to get rid of any junk metals inside your mouth, even if it is very old amalgam which may or may not be releasing as much mercury.

For some reason the body does not tend to heal from this condition until all remaining amalgam has been completely removed first. It tends otherwise to remain as it is, kind of hindered by the continued presence of the amalgam or other junk toxic metal.

Diet also plays a big role in aiding healing and detoxing (reducing yeast levels and building health). And of course necessary and safe, tried and tested mercury chelation/detox protocol (Andrew Cutler is the best I know of so far).

I agree with Bg, I would NOT use any chelation whilst you still have amaglams. And certainly not chelating agents like cilantro or ALA, until you have first removed amalgams and reduced your blood/body levels of mercury. Cilantro and ALA can cross the blood brain barrier, which might be ok when you have no amalgam and have reduced the probable high blood/body levels, but not otherwise. Or it will likely take mercury from still high tissue/blood levels across the blood brain barrier with it.

I would go on a candida diet, take plenty of supportive antioxidant supplements like vitamin C, E and selenium, zinc etc have plenty of protein (eggs, meats) and good fats in my diet (butter, extra virgin olive oil, raw nuts, fish oil (low/no mercury) plenty of vegetables (excluding potatoes/corn/peas/beans due to high carbs/starch) and embark on a throrough and safe amalgam removal with a biologic dentist getting biocompatible dental replacement materials and then get into a safe chelating protocol (andrew culters). Starting probably with DMSA taken the frequent dose way to start reducing your blood/body/tissue levels first.

That's what I would do in your situation. I wish there was an easy quick way out of this, but there isn't. Rushing in without proper precautions can make a bad situation even worse.

Hal Huggins recommends a mercury toxic person to exclude sugar, caffeine, wheat/gluten and milk out of their diet and include the proteins and fats. For reasons he does not understand, he's not yet been able to cure a vegetarian. It appears that the body requires the fats and proteins to aid healing and many other functions. Milk and caffeine apparently hinder mercury excretion, whilst sugar and gluten no doubt do the same by feeding yeast and increasng toxicity in the gut and liver, hindering proper functioning and detox.

In my experience, diet is extremely important and Hal Huggins even said that not sticking to a proper diet can destroy more recoveries than anything else....

In the lewis and clark expedition in 1804 members of the expedition commonly used mercury as a treatment for parasites and to prevent illness while on there journey across america , recently scientist followed there route and found high levels of mercury in the soil at each of there camp sites ,which tells me that mercury has a very long half life ,way longer than 30 years which we have been led to believe , the scientist are still getting high mercury levels from over 200 years ago , which tells me that ALL sources of mercury must be removed and properly detoxed from the body to regain your health and to remain healthy

Hi! Read Hal Huggin's book, "I'ts All in Your Head". Naturally , the FDA and ADA will have people think that mercury in fillings is harmless, and if it is harmful, it will outgas in a few years.

This isn't true. In Hal Huggin's book, you will see a photo of a decades old cadaver's filling still outgassing methyl mercury after all of these generations. The methyl mercury is caught on film using black light.

I've had 8 metal fillings in my mouth for over 30 years and still experienced the side effects and mercury symptoms up until a few months after they were completely replaced. Now why is that?

Why did I get dizzy spells up until removal whenever I would eat anything crunchy or drink citrus juices or hot liquids? Now a lifetime of dizzy spells and muscle twitches are no longer happening any longer--going on over 2 years now from my last filling replacement. Why is that? Why is it that after careful replacement of over 30 years old metal fillings, I no longer get chronic flus every year, or yeast infections, and my memory has improved?

The dentist said my metal fillings weren't even that deep either. Imagine if the old cavities WERE deep?

I can think clearly, I can speak better than ever now., and no longer have extra nervousness. These are signs of healing for me from mercury.

Even if it's lost some of it's "kick" it's now in your body somewhere else.

That "little bit" in your mouth is still a source of toxicity, whether small or big. NO amount in your body is good. And it you are sick, then you NEED to get it out so your body can heal. When we get sick from this stuff it means our body has been overburdened and cannot get it out fast enough for us to not be taxed by the burden. That means how ever much is in your system is a liability in any amount, your body is having trouble fighting the mercury...trouble getting it out, therefore, you've got to remove any source. Remember...it's a biohazard. You know??? Lethal...that's why dentists have to use special protocol when they handle it whether it's being placed in your mouth or being removed.

It has improved naturally, but to this day i still hav my minor lisp, and difficulty pronouncing the letter R in words like green .
