Hi guys I'm not sure if anyone can help me as the dr's cannot. In dec 18,12 I received grove, mmr, tdap vaccine, now 2months later almost all my hair has fallen out and i think my eyebrows are now leaving mi body. On wondering if its mercury from the vaccines or what. I had a head full of thick healthy hair and then two weeks after the vaccines my hair starts falling and won't stop. I don't ale any drugs or medicine. I'm scared. Any advice would be soooooo appreciated. Thanks guys

Mercury is known to to raise DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) levels in the body. DHT damages hair follicles and causes hair loss.

This is a well known symptom of mercury toxicity.

Saw Palmetto may help to lower DHT levels.

Have you gone online and simply typed in "Hair Loss Problems" or something in that line? There are many things mentioned, but it seemed the one that had the most reviews and positive results was the one I posted for you.

Hi, I'm brand new to this forum and not all together comfortable with computers, so I hope I'm doing this correctly...I have been experiencing hair loss since I had four mercury fillings removed over two years ago. It's taken that long for my docs. and I to pinpoint mercury as the problem. My hair loss accelerates significantly when my body begins to detox. I apparently detox through my scalp. Other symptoms have been: heart palpitations, numb and cold extremities, crawling sensations in my scalp, itching, burning, chills, insomnia, depression, anxiety attacks, brain fog, memory loss, double vision, ringing ears,extreme fatigue, etc. I ordered Andy Cutler's book. I don't know if I can handle DMSA, but I have to do something. Don't know if I'll have any hair left when its all said and done.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Bless your heart. You certainly do have several symptoms of which can definitely be mercury related.
I wonder 'why' you said, 'I don't know if I can handle DMSA?' It's low in toxicity and is the best thing to use in cases of mercury problems. You did not say what country you are in. Here in the USA, we have the company Vitamin Research Products, it carries DMSA. <www.vrp.com>

Also I have been using Swanson's Ultra 'Hair Revitalizing Formula' for a month. I am having less hair loss. It's helping. <www.swansonsvitamins.com> You can look into these two products. You need to start somewhere.
I also would recommend a good multi vitamin/mineral product. Which as you've read before this, you can get here from Herb Allure. Try going to the Home Page here, and key in what vitamin/minerals are offered here.

Thanks so much for your response. I am in the U.S.; Michigan to be exact (in the middle of no-where). I will definitely check out the links you gave. I've tried a few multi-vitamins and have had bad reactions to them (could be because they have alpha-lipoic acid in them). I'm worried about the DMSA because of the bad reactions I've had to other detox products. I've tried Metagenics Ultra Clear Renew, Cilantro, N-Aceytl l cysteine, and a homeopathic heavy metal formula (the worst). With every one of them I have had the same reaction pattern: burning face and scalp, followed by mental confusion/ irritability / depression / brain fog, heavy fatigue, massive hair loss, and insomnia. When I stopped the product, the symptoms subsided.
I just had my last filling removed from under a crown. I can't seem to recover. I'm just getting progressively worse. The dentist didn't take all the necessary precautions and I'm suffering for it. I'm really interested in looking at your link for where to buy DMSA - I'm intrigued with Andy Cutler's protocol because he advocates small frequent doses. I'm hoping my body can handle that.
