copper toxicity ALGIN?

Hey everyone! how is everyone doing? Russ are you doing ok?

Think it's been several years since i posted on here..

I wanted to ask as anyone taken algin for copper toxicity symptoms?

All of my ms symptoms have now gone now, but i'm now dealing with adrenal fatigue. High adrenaline etc.

Hello smitho, I just went online and several places suggest taking zinc with magnesium to calm the mind and nervous symptoms. Hope that helps.
