So I have been on Sodium alginate for about a week now. I have noticed that after I take it I get brain fogged and have a headache. Is this normal? Will this pass?

Hello Sam, It is possible that the sodium along with your other sodium intake can cause some side effects, such as you mentioned. I take 2 capsules 2 times daily, and it does just fine. Try taking less. Yes, this too shall pass.
