The Vaccines used by our Primary Care Physicians also contain mercury. We don't even need those Flu shots. Natural Supplements and being informed and staying away from those who have the flu, are best. Of course, sometimes we don't know. But if you get the 3 day Flu, your Medical Doctor should inform you, that is normal, and not to be expected to avoid.
