if I take a cilantro juice shot and feel fine
does that suggest I have most of the mercury out of my system
I have felt suicidal before when i took some chlorella.
Also,
the product HMD
is HMD safe, or effective, it has chlorella and cilantro in it
Is suicide a detox symptom,

Suicidal thoughts are a symptom of mercury poisoning. It is one of the symptoms that I had very intensely and daily when I had amalgams in. When my amalgams were removed, this symptom went away completely. http://herballure.com/mmsDepression, anxiety, OCD, ADD/ADHD, and many other emotional/mental conditions/symptoms are mercury related. We could eliminate a large portion of the world's diseases by removing mercury from medicine, dentistry, and chemtrails.

I have tried HMD and it is useful however the doses stated on the bottle are insanely high and mobilise way too much mercury. One bottle will last you for a year.
I actually get on very well with cilantro, the only thing that ever bothered me was Chlorella. That messed me up big time.

Hi Fuggles, If you feel ok with cilantro and feel it is helping you, then you maybe ok with it. But I'd be cautious. Here are comments from Andy Cutler regarding the brain chelator Cilantro: These comments are in relation to liquid cilantro: http://onibasu.com/archives/am/2414.html Patient reports do indicate it moves mercury around. This means that if you use it properly it can detox you, and if you use it improperly you can really mess yourself up. Unfortunately, there is no pharmacokinetic information on the active ingredient in cilantro (nobody even knows what it is) so you get to guess what dose and administration schedule is both safe and effective. There is tons of pharmacokinetic information on alpha lipoic acid, so my suggestion is to try LA, and if you just can't use that then to try cilantro very carefully. I am NOT saying that cilantro is ineffective. I believe cilantro is effective. I am saying that it is unwise to take unnecessary risks by using cilantro instead of lipoic acid if you can indeed use LA.
So it's effective, but you can see why he's hesistant in recommending it! ALA is a wiser choice for the reasons given above.

Question and answer on chlorella: http://onibasu.com/archives/am/402.htmlAndy and all,
Why should chlorella never be used as a chelator? Also, why should high sulfur foods not be used? Andy's response: The "sulfur" group in these foods is usually a thiol - an SH group stuck onto the carbon backbone of a molecule somewhere. One of these molecules is the amino acid cysteine. Many proteins in your body have cysteine in them. Thus, your body is full of -SH groups that belong to you.
If you take something that has one sulfur in it, then that just goes and bumps the mercury off of one of the sulfurs that belong to you. Next time that mercury runs into another sulfur that belongs to you it might stick there. Since chlorella is just a good cysteine source, and all the other "sulfur foods" contribute molecules that have one sulfur in them in the active form, what happens is you make the mercury atoms play pinball among the proteins in your body. They bounce hither and yon - and mercury does its damage when it sticks to a new sulfur group that belongs to you, or comes off of one. Since the "sulfur foods" contribute molecules with one sulfur they don't hold onto the mercury any better than you do, and they greatly increase the amount of damage the mercury does without really removing much of it.

If it's in the urine, that means it's being cleared by the kidneys, which is good. Isn't it safer to eliminate things via the bowels than the Kidneys? I would figure this would stress those valuable organgs?
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

Hey fuggles, read up about cranberries... go buy yourself some cranberry juice to clear out your kidneys while doing this.... That may be your auxilary key while eating cilantro.. if you do react well or not at all to cilantro... keep on.. but in small doses, and from what i have read...take breaks and watch for delayed reactions.... This is what i think.... Cilantro stirrs up mercury from your nervous system, dumps it in among other places in your kidneys, and after a while metals builds up in your kidneys and may later load them or overload them..... prevent that by also drinking cranberry juice! And you may be fine... I don't touch cilantro AT ALL now, i got my back stiffened by it for many months, just now recently am i getting better... sauna is the key for me.. and squatting... however.. i do have Cherry juice for possible uric acid crystals (it disolves it), and cranberry juice as a natural kidney cleanse. So.. Add some cranberries or juice... It will be good for you while doing kidney dumps of metals... Cheers!

To add to this.. i handle sulphur foods VERY WELL, however i started reacting to raw garlic after i removed some amalgams, and i got violently ill from chlorella, and i got my back up to 95% cured by doing saunas and etc, but got it ill and stiff again down to 20% well 80% ill just by eating one serving of "Tom Yam Gong" (Delicous Thai soup which contains cilantro, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, coconut milk, champignon, etc).. However.. i do handle that soup very well without the cilantro in it.... So.. i'm saying.. i handle sulphur foods very well, however i'm not touching either chlorella or cilantro.... those are dangers to me.... but people are diffrent. I'm not sure what blood type i have... I do know that it may be related to tolerance. Ginger btw.. is a 50 / 50 thing with me... i avoid it, funnily i handle it in restaurants, but not at home... i wonder why.. it's raw ginger in that soup too... As ginger is an antifungal, and so is fresh red mini chilies, i do tolerate chilies well, infact i'm using it alot in my cooking... both early and late in the cooking process.. and i'm fine with it... Strange thing about tolerances really... very strange.... One type natural antifungal is fine, another is half fine, others not at all.. Same with all herbs really, wheter antifungal or mercury mobilisment herbs, or whatever what.... Multifunctional herbs.... really.. all herbs are multifunctional... Yeah yeah... either way... you go add some cranberry juice to your diet and daily intake.... Hope this can help you.

That will cleanse you out, trust me! I take First pressed Olive Oil too with it, that cleanses you even more. Every morning on an empty stomach, hell can't hurt. BTW I feel you on that home away thing too, on the road I handle Oregano Oil, at home for a few days I think too much and it really gets me after a few days! Weird?

Yeah... the power of the mind.... "it's all in your head" ?? (Huggins)..... Is it.... really?.... partly?.... hmm.... noo.. naa... i don't know.. but i DO know that my faith IS helping me heal! My faith in what works, and my faith in how it's working, and my faith in that i WILL get well, infact, completely well and cured, eventually. I have my faith in each herb or step i take, that it will do something... good. And that works...... i know others...... they try everything, but don't react positive at all..... what is the reason for that? lack of faith? or a half hearted effort in seeing the remedies thru? like stoping an antibiotic cure before it's done.... or... is the whole thing just faith?... I know atleast that faith is part of the solution (mayby the key to it all)..... that may be why so many of us (detoxers) are religious in some way.... We have done what "ordinary" people have not... we made progress on our healths with and without "doctors"... because we have faith in ourselves and faith that we will eventually get better from our efforts. Faith.... I'm glad that I have it onboard.. (God and Jesus too btw, but also and mostly my faith in myself and the faith in my body). Lemons you say... i'we been curious on your lemon cures Sean.. and bought me some... have not pressed them yet, but i will try eventually.. I have heared something about lemons sometime in the past, but i can't remember exactly what, only vaguely... maybe it was from you Sean on this board.. I have not researched lemons recently, so i don't know what they are good for and what exactly they contain.. so educate me, educate us please. I think it has something to do with acidity.. don't quite remember... Do you say it's a kidney cleanser? A crystal disolver? etc... what? And about the olive oil... is it like an internal "oil pull", OR is it as an antifungal? or both and possibly more? Blueberries is also good btw... however, the reason for me mentioning cranberries and specially sour red cherries, is not because of antioxidants... but because of BIO FLAVANOIDS.... official research has recently found out that it was not the resveratol in redwine that was the "french fountain of youth" afterall, but it was the high count in bioflavanoid in those special berries they us in wine in southern france.... So... maybe all dark berries high in bioflavanoids is a give, i know cherries, blueberries, and cranberries are.. Pineapples is also good for ya as they contain bromeline which helps disolve crystal deposits in the body.. So.... tell us about your research findings on lemons please Sean... i wanna know, ofcourse i could google, but... as a starter, please.. Fuggles... this discussion is relevant.. because cilantro is detox.. and support is important while detoxing! Ole.

I can see clouds in my urine after i have drank cherry juice btw... So they are doing something... maybe they do afterall do what the claimers of alternative research says they are supposed to do, just that, disolve crystals which is partly or fully responsible for stiff bodies and body aches... ofcourse heavy metals is the primal cause for the wacked crystal detox system in the body going partly dormant, or atleast busy with metal detox.... i.e... the kidneys beeing too busy with metals... or the signals for crystal detox gets whacked because of neural metal bindings... whatever... I have firsthand experience and testimonial that atleast cherries lessen pain and body stiffness and clouds urine... pineapples too but they don't give me any detox reactions.... Cherries however... i can sometimes feel the crystals "cutting" sort of when getting disolved... and it's not just me.... my GF is swearing to cherry juice... she has also aquired mercury problems after she extracted some amalgamed teeth.. I have not tested cranberries on a grand enough scale yet to testify on them, but i know that even school medicine sells cranberry extract pills for kidneys... atleast in my country. The label says only "Good for the kidneys".. I don't know... i backing off a little in trying things i larger doses.... so i have not given cranberries a real trial yet, but i belive that what they say about them to be true, because the same alternative medicine sources says that the other things i know to work, are working... So... Give those berries and juices a try.... they are good for some cleansing, i know that... Btw.. let's hear what Sean has to say on lemons... yummy!

About the Lemons just google it and put benefits and you get alot. I for one have lost a ton of weight sinc eI started it, simmed down at the waist bigtime, about 20 pds since July starting. I believe Lemons cleanse you on a empty stomach, so start out with just half. I know it cleanses the liver, thats for sure. Vitamin C in abundance too, a great source of that and very alkaline belive it or not (High PH if you test your tongue right after you drink it). Olive oil cleanses you as well (liver and instentinal tract), it kind of like gets the so called sludge out of your system (Chloresetorol etc.). I know it is good for gallstones as well. Here is a piece on it and damage below. http://www.kitchentablemedicine.com/category/omega-6-fats/I bet if you mixed half Olive Oil and Lecithin as well together you would get more cleansing benefits, your brain is what 50% or more Lecithin? That cleanses the liver as well. For the bowels you know what I do already, I posted those links for you before on the lower bowel balance. I need to find a kiddney cleanser now, maybe Dandelion or Parsley? Clean water I know is great for the kidneys, I drink distilled water as you know and add minerals throughout the day from fruits, herbs and Molasses so I don't lose too much. I am sure those fruits more than make up for the minerals not in the distilled water, infact I would bet on it being that I have no ill side effects yet from the Distilled.
