The Humanistic Theory and Beliefs Regarding The Perfect Human Being.

We are all sinners and fall short of the glory of God thats why we need a Savior. The world this planet needs to be saved.
In their world there is a perfect man somewhere that does not believe in God but should get to heaven on his or her good works, merits.
That is their line of thinking about fairness but they really don't know the Scriptures well because what good moral means for them
is totally different then what it means to God as it doesn't exist.
We judge on outward apperances but God reads hearts intentions and motives, we don't.
So this hypothesis really doesn't exist.
And as the Ten Commandents show us our sins..
Who hasen't fallen short of that in some way it shows us why we need a Savior, instead of the earthly idea of the moral perfect man that doesn't really exist in God's eyes at all.
We are all born into sin since the fall the Scriptures state.

Two entirely different belief systems.
One that the Scriptures referee too and one that is stated as fact by Humanistic Theory? Of Fallen Mankind.
A very flawed theory in God's eyes.

Hi Lynn...thank you for this post. We humans, try to make 'salvation' so hard. Yet, it is so simple.
Some want to work for it, others want to buy it,.. to somehow earn it. Still others think it is 'inherited from family members.' ~~ None of these are correct.

Yet, we are told in Holy Scripture: "How are we saved?"

Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God;

Not of works, lest any man should boast." King James Version

It's by Faith!

They could cover you in a burka from head to toe they could make you get on your knees four time's a day every time the bell tolls they could make you do alot of rituals lots of works but even if you look the part.
Act the part.... Play the part!

They can't make anybody LOVE God!
They can't change your HEART!

That's why Jesus/Yeshua said it's by faith you are saved!
By faith you are made righteous!
Not just by how you look to others not just by how much you do your works but by the content of ones heart ones faith that God cares about most.
He cares about ones faith in Him!
We are created for good works but not created to save ourselves by doing good works!

That's THE difference in God's eyes!

The question to you who believe that would be...
How many good deed's would it take to impress God?
10 good deeds?
100 good deeds?
1,000 good deeds?
Or a million good deeds?
In trying to establish our OWN personal righteousness.
We may impress other humans but to impress God how many good deed's would that take?
Anybody know the correct answer to that!

There is no correct answer to that but we know of one perfect man!

And Yeshua/Jesus IS the Light Of The World!
And the only perfect Gift!
He Gave!
There is no one else.
And we are the prisoners that are blind!
And Satan is a warden.
Jesus will release us from that bondage, our prison.

While people can do good things however all that is "good" by the world standards is not necessarily "good" by God's standards.
No matter how sincere they may be mankind's good is not God's good.
We do live in a fallen world and are blinded by it's standards.
By the pattern of this world and this world is in a constant battle with evil in it's fallen state of being...
That included us.

This is a good post. It seems to me the title should be more on the order of 'What must I do to be saved?', 'Or how much does it cost, how many good works?' People of the world DO NOT understand the "WHY" we must be saved to inherit eternal life. Nevertheless, let's point them in the right direction. Thank you for a great topic!

To our modern sophisticated ears, such terms as being "saved" may sound strange and oldfashioned, but there is no more accurate term than this to describe the miracle that happens when a person becomes a real Christian and is "born again."

Before being saved, he is under God's condemnation because of sin, destined for hell; but when he believes on the Lord Jesus Christ, he is "saved from wrath through him" (Romans 5:9). Not only is he saved from eternal wrath, he is saved to eternal life.
Christ is "able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them" (Hebrews 7:25).

This great salvation is not achieved by good works of any kind or number, "for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9). "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost" (Titus 3:5).

Although being saved is God's gift to man, its cost was infinite to Christ. "If, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life" (Romans 5:10).

The price of our salvation was the shed blood of Christ, the only begotten Son of God, and the greatest of all sins--the one for which there is no forgiveness--is that of rejecting Him. "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). He is our great redeeming Savior, and only He can save!

We must believe as well as we are 'created for good works' but not created to save ourselves' by good works.
There's only one Savior and that's Jesus/ Yeshua the Messiah
Saved by Faith! Through Faith in the Resurrected Christ. We believe God!
To be Saved one needs a Savior and only the Messiah fits the bill that needs to be paid. Nobodies perfect as we all have fallen short in one way or another in our lives.
Only God is perfect not us. Only He can save.

There is one prayer you should never pray for as it's impossible.
You'll get frustrated as you will always fall short.
Please God help me be good as there is none good but one, that is, God.
