Tulsi (Holy Basil) Cayenne Cinnamon Ginger Root Olive Leaf Pau D Arco St Johns Wort (I used it for like a year) Turmeric Garlic
I don't use all currently but have used them in my life, these are my faves.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

I guess I may need to try tulsi next, as the reaction I am getting to cat's claw is too strong. I need to stop the cat's claw, at least for a while.
Cinnamon is great stuff. It tastes great, fights microbes, and helps stabilize blood sugar.
Garlic is also great. I have trouble tolerating the raw stuff at times, so I often use garlic powder instead which is milder(but also much less healing). I guess I should try substituting raw garlic for the cat's claw.
Ginger is great to combat digestive problems, although I don't like the taste of it.
I used St. John's Wort extensively years ago, until it starting giving me great side effects. As a mood booster, I think licorice root is a better choice.
Tumeric is great. It is a pity that it isn't that easy to find it separately inexpensively, and I usually buy curry powder instead. Curry powder has turmeric, coriander, cumin, and perhaps other spices.

Beware of Tulsi as well, I used the tea and did okay on it for a while, now I have a tree which is the stronger and leaves from it knocked the crap out of me? I felt bad for two days now like it stirred up or was detoxing me way too fast! It is strong in it's live form as compared to the dead herbs. I stopped it already, not ready for that yet quite. Good post though, some great stuff there.

BTW Garlic I can't do the raw either so don't feel bad, Kyolic is alright with me but raw is too strong. Just shows you from that and Tulsi how toxic I really am with microbes or parasites (Probably a Candida or virus too I have lived with).
I used to be able to tolerate alot of things, the last year or so though it seems for some reason I get these reactions from stronger things and it scares the crap out of me and gives me adrenaline rushes and a racing mind, any reason why?
I need to get up on the Licorice root though, sounds great! Is it too strong?

" used to be able to tolerate alot of things, the last year or so though it seems for some reason I get these reactions from stronger things and it scares the crap out of me and gives me adrenaline rushes and a racing mind, any reason why? " My guess is that it is killing plenty of candida or parasites, and releasing toxins that your body is absorbing. Being constipated makes this worse. I felt much more toxic two years ago when I was suffering from plenty of constipation. I think the MSM and licorice root tea as well as extra magnesium are really helping me prevent constipation. When I feel very toxic, I use Triple Leaf Detox tea. That and molybdenum really help with the toxic feeling/chemical sensitivity. I am still very sensitive to things like diesel fumes, perfume, and cigarette smoke. I think I will wait a while before trying tulsi. In addition to stopping the cat's claw, I stopped the Candida Clear, and cut my iodine intake down to 25 mg a day from 50. Read this about MSM. Great stuff to help with detoxification. http://www.all-natural.com/msm.htmlhttp://www.msm-info.com/

My buddy online at curezone said it was constipation as well! He aid work on elimination and most of that would go away! Maybe I take it still and work on constipation as well! Good post I will continue to take it, no fear no pain! Peace. Eliminate and live well it seems

BTW since you mention Magnesium have you ever tried Magnesium Oil or topical? It does not cause the diarreah that most do but it does get it into your bloodstream faster! I spray a few sprays on my arm from Nagari (Mag Chloride) and it does calm me and help me sleep some, it does great in those areas. For constipation I try aloe vera as well, it seemed to help before and might again. I feel constipation is my main goal now, not stopping the Tulsi as it seems to work well but Constipation is the key here and my main problem.

BTW since you mention yeast or parasites, it seems Tulsi is killing those off in it's pure form which I use now! It seems you were right it is whipping them and my body can't catch up yet to what it does! I love it and it is the best ever IMO, but it whips those things there according to this. It also as Licorice boosts adrenals and adapts you to stress. http://www.holy-basil.com/MaimesReportHolyBasil-1.pdf Look into it bro, it might be for us all, if we can handle it. To take it or not? It seems too good to be true but Indian people at work say take it and yes you get used to it over time they say! Give it time they say. It kills ALOT THOUGH, and detoxes Mercury as well I read, could that be it?

Stop using the aloe! It has anthraquinone and long term use can cause permanent harm. Even short term use is not good though, as may cause rebound constipation, which means it will let you go, but then make your constipation worse the next day. Read this paragraph I posted in another thread.
"I have found that licorice root is one of the best supplements to treat constipation. It isn't like senna, cascara sagrada ,castor oil, yellow dock, rhubarb, buckthorn, aloe, and other anthraquinone containing herbs that will let you go but then give you rebound constipation. Anthraquinone can also be dangerous with long term use."
Perhaps you should lay off the tulsi until you have your constipation problem solved and you are going regularly.

I used aloe in spots, no more than a week at a time and last was three years ago. I never used long term.
I am doing alot better the last few days on the Tulsi as well, yesterday some die offs cleared and energy was through the roof and I felt great, which shows it works.

My die offs are alot better after a few days and cutting down a little bit, but how on Earth would (When having Die offs) would another detox tea help out some? Wouldn't you just cleanse more? Liver and Kidney herbs like Dandelion or some Turmeric seem to help me out getting the toxins out (Primrose Oil too which is for the liver etc.). What does the tea have in it? What herbs?

BTW I will try the Licorice very soon man, when the Tulsi settles in with me fully and I get used to it I am adding that to the regime! I will add that and Cinnamon and call it a day. I like to try things for a while! The only way you get full results is to stick with something for 6 months or so.
What fatty Acids do you use if any? Olive Oil is good I heard (First cold press green Olive Oil) and Primrose does really really well for me! I tolerate those two very well.

What do you thing about the ingredients in the Triple Leaf Detox Tea? We forgot to mention red clover and burdock, which are also great for detoxification. I am not sure about fo-ti and shisandra. I guess I need to study those. As for the other ingredients, I don't know much about most of them. I think I looked them up once, then forgot what I read. The Triple Leaf Detox Tea is cheap, and many stores sell the box of 20 bags for $3.50 or less. As for deciding which internet sellers are worth buying from http://www.resellerratings.com/is an excellent guide.

Ingrediants look fine at the top, most towards the bottom I have no clue about lol, some I never heard of. I don't know if all in there is safe long term, thats the problem with so many ingrediants in something is you just don't know really without thorough research or using it yourself.
I would be open to buy some if I see it at the store or buy some next paycheck online (Maybe a few boxes). I used an herbal called Lower Bowel Formula for 6 months and it had some Rhubarb and Cascara as well (No clue how much), but didn't get any bad side effects from it really. I would be open to try some Licorice next and maybe the tea (For the Dandelion and Ginger mainly) to use on top of my Tulsi, Limes and Cinnamon.
BTW when I use Ginger I cut the root into a little piece and suck on it for a few minutes in the morning, strong way to do it without making tea but I get some benefits out of it.
