Has anybody had an experience with yaeyama chlorella where they got real real sick, then did you call the company up and get shooed away with some real bad customer service? My wife did, twice. Only the second time because the first time we didn't realize it was the yaeyama chlorella so a few months later she took it again and was off to the hospital shortly thereafter. Anyway, the company said "we've never had a complaint like this before". I got to believe more people than her got sick. If anybody knows anything thanks in advance and we could discuss it here or email me a message at jimg2244@gmail.com Thanks, Jim

I am staying away from the stuff, I did a post on Chlorella here just last week where it made me feel sick and really spaced out. It stirs up Mercury and you can get some really weird or bad side effects from it.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

Yes, I've had this with other things. They ALWAYS say, "We've not had complaints like this before". It seems to be the same line they use. I had a horrible experience with hgh dose vitamin D given to me by my doctor. I suffered for 3-4 months after it. Horrible dizziness and many other distressing symptoms.
I was told "I've never had complaints like this before" or "I don't think it's the vitamin D". Then I got online and found MANY people who had the same experience with excess dosing of vitamin D. So I think it's something they say to protect themselves and eachother. I also checked out the symptoms i had with overdose of vitamin D and they were identical. Plus, anytime I tried to eat something high in vitamin D from that time onwards, the symptoms intensified. It was so bad, I could not even got out in the sun for long. I couldn't eat liver, or take supplements containing ANY vitamin D. But again, each professional I spoke to went into denial, accept for one doctor who admitted to me that yes it sounded very much like vitamin D poisoning and that he felt I was not metabolising properly, which might explain why it had built up in the liver and poisoned me because of the high dosing. Whereas someone else with more normal elimination, might not have had this occur. However, I will say that there were enough people online talking about their experience with it, or someone they knew and I think that warrants looking into and being cautious about such high dosing. I was given 50,000 IU of it daily for a few days and then I was meant to take it every few days (or once per week). I did not even get past 2 r 3 days before distressing symptoms occured and I nearly passed out a number of times.
Regarding chlorella? some people are not able to digest the tough cellular wall of chlorella and can get severe nausea or even severe vomiting (which can go on for hours). I started off "ok", apart from it stirring up mercury too much and making me go pyscho sometimes (other times I felt quite good). But later on, I developed an intolerance to it and my body couldn't digest it properly. So it started with nausea, which I should have taken as a strong warning. Then I got horrible vomiting, the worst I have ever experienced and it went on all day. Blood shot eyes and all at the end of it.
Now if that wasn't bad enough, I did it AGAIN later on, because I wasn't convinced and the same thing happened.
I think that you can get "cracked cellwall chlorella", which maybe better tolerated and digested. I have tried another brand years ago, and I was "ok" with that, but I believe it's still dodgy and not something I'd personally recommend, due to the fact it can mobilise mercury and make symptoms worse and unpredictable. Plus, it's possible, had I continued, I may have gotten the nausea/vomiting again later on.
But if one is going to try it, get the cracked wall chlorella. But again, if you're mercury toxic, it may not be worth using for various reasons. There is the contamination factor, the vomiting factor and of course, the mobilising factor.
