We stand alone so let no preacher or teacher or translator think for you.
Think for yourselves 'they did!

God gave us a mind to think for ourselves to question things for ourselves!
God wants us to meditate on the word and doing it based on the Greek Hebrew words used not just in many translations.
Us Christians could learn so much from Messianic Jews and just to embrace the liberty to think for ourselves as well.
What if a translator got a word or a meaning wrong!
Should we not look into that?
Everybody should be able to search research and think for themselves.
That's what Christians fought and died for, that right.
To think for themselves and not for others to think for them.
Wether Popes, Pastors, Government or even the King James when King James got fractions to work together in getting a better translation then the translation of that day.
A noble cause but not totally perfect.
Even King James would want us to think for ourselves.
He was bold for his time so should we be too.
He wanted a more exact and better translation.

They thought for themselves. Many believe the original Bible scriptures have been hijacked by its translators. The King James Version does not always follow the original meaning of the word in translation from the original language. Though the King James is good reading. This will be the topic on Sid Roth's "It's Supernatural" next week and hope that show will be posted on YouTube to explain why that is. So we can understand why others feel this way thoroughly. The Origin and Growth of the English Bible:

I have before me a 'Chart Revision', courtesy of Back To The Bible Broadcast , Lincoln, Nebraska.In the above drawing is shown the gradual development of the English Bible as well as the foundation upon which each successive version rests.

We are living in an age of of printing.
It is hard for us to realize that when the books of the Bible were originally written, there was no printing press to multiply the copies.
Each copy must be made slowly and laboriously by hand. Under these conditions it was inevitable that many ancient books should be lost. This largely accounts for the fact that all the orginal manuscripts of the Bible have perished.

The question arises, what have we then as the literary foundation of our Bible?

1) We have the most ancient copies made from the original manuscripts. We mention only three principal ones.
--
a)The Codex Sinaiticus, origianally a codex of the Greek Bible belonging to the fourth century. Purchased from the Soviet Republic of Russia in 1933 by Great Britain and is now in the British Museum.

b) The Codex Vaticanus, in the Vatical library at Rome, originally contained the whole Bible but parts are lost.Written probably about the fourth century.

c) The CodexAlexandrinus probably written in the fifth century now in the British Museum. It contains the whole Greek Bible with the exception of the forty lost leaves.

2) THE ANCIENT VERSIONS.

a)The Septuagint Version. The Translation of the Old Testament Hebrew Scriptures into Greek, made at Alexandria about 285 BC.

b) The Samaritan Pentateuch, not stricty speaking a version, but the Hebrew text perpetuated in Samaritan characters.

c)Peshito or Syriac. The whole Bible, date uncertain (first or second century?) apparently a translation into the common language of certain portions of Syria.

d) The Vulgate. The entire Bible translated into the Latin language, by Jerome at Bethlehem. Completed about 400 A.D. For a thousand years this was standard Bible in the Catholic Church.

The power and culture of the orginal Bible was hijacked by the translators and his case is very convincing. But I have also found that to be so before this came on the Christian channel many mistranslations or not accurate translations in the King James. I have seen some of them like Easter in the index of the red letter edition say's it should have been translated Passover a mistranslation it says of the Greek word in Acts 12:4. Mistranslations do matter it changes the intended meaning of the word and sentence and can cause confusion and doctrinal differences to emerge.

Although the King James version may be good but it's not good enough. I watch many different ministries on the Christian channels from Perry Stone to John Hagee to Amazing Facts to Irvin Baxter to also Paster Murray to many others as well and I hear alot of times in their teachings that when they come to a certain word they may pause there and say the actually meaning in the Greek or Hebrew or Aramaic of this word is and it is most usually in comparison to the transalation of the King James. And even the 700 club mentions that there can be some mistranslation there as I watched a question on the subject being answered on T.V..
There is nothing wrong with getting the meaning as close to the orginal language as possible.
They are not hesitant to do that on T.V.because they think that is a good thing to do and so do I.
The King James people translaters no matter how admired they may be were only translaters and we must not give them diety "of course" as only God's Holy word has that and that would be in the orginal Hebrew, Greek , Aramaic language used.
Like in the word pharmekia or pharmakos, pharmakon translated as sorcery or in the original Greek word, “chloros' better translated as green but translated as pale and the greek word for passover as easter and also recaptering the Jewish roots of the entire Bible and learning the differences between Idoms and figures of speech used in the Bible and even though the Dead Sea Scrolls mostly verified the scriptures as being pretty acurate.
Any differences in a word used in that scripture should go before any latter translation in the orginal language used.
The more accurate the translation the better.
It helps clarify it much better in meaning for the reader.
It does make a difference of course the best translation of the orginal words used is of course, the best.
That's why I like the Hebrew, Greek, English Coded with Strong's Concordance numbers the best.
But also have the One New Man Bible they mentioned on that link to view.
And then I research it all myself to see where they very in translation.
Which one is more sticking to the original word.
Still looking through it and cross checking to see and a person can learn alot by just doing that but of course it's alot to study.
