hey guys, starting monday, im gonna do a 3/4 of DMSA and ALA together, every 3 hours. gonna take 50mg of it. I have only 100mg DMSA capsules, i can open the capsule, but its in powder form. can i mix it with water and drink it? same with the ALA, any ideas on this guys? - mike thanks

ya you can mix it in water ... capsules are a little tough to figure dosages out but do your best.

I do what I've seen drug dealers do in B-rated movies and break open the capsule, then split the powder in two or four batches depending on how small a dose I want.

In the movie the bad guys put the powder into little squares of paper and folder the paper up so none splills. That's what I did, and then I store them until next time when I simply poured the powder into a glass of water for my next dose.

Make sense?

I dont know if this is a good idea or not but I took a glass of water and mixed a capsule full into it ... made sure I mised it up well. Then I drank 1/2 the glass and saved the other 1/2 for later.

or you could drink it in 1/3rds etc ... I dont think it would be a problem if you used the contents that same day and put it in the frig. I might let the water warm up before drinking thou ie sometimes cold water doesnt let things absorb as well in the system.

thanks guys, you think I should see some improvement now that I'm taking ALA? which chelates the brain as well. Should I do this for a month? then retest?

Well since you are following mostly Cutler's protocal I would still do the on off with the ALA ie so many days on and then some off. I think he recommends this so your body can have a break and he said the body accumulates copper when taking ALA.

Wallace I'm like 7 month post removal for me and it's hard for me to tell if I notice any improvements or not ...
I started using a sauna at the local YMCA and I think that it may be helping some. I've read alot of good info about sauna usage; you may want to add this to your regimen.
I'm 34 and never had used a sauna in my life (thought it was for rich bored people lol).

Dulak, are you also taking ALA and DMSA at the same time? And if you dont mind me asking, what symptoms bother you the most?

I'm trying to do the chelation with more natural supplements etc ...

So chelation specific this includes ALA, cilantro, garlic/onions, and chlorella. (of course not all at the same time - I'll switch it up)

My symtoms:

Started when I was 19 with breathing difficulties, excessive saliva/mucus. Where I would have trouble breathing ALL the time.
My whole life changed when I started to get these symptoms because they affected every aspect of my life (ie I often felt like I was choking on my own saliva).
After about 2 years my symptoms stabalized to where they stayed ... I'm not really sure if my symptoms stabilized or my body adapted (ie my whole body had to adapt to the breathing difficulties where I would breath with my whole ribcage just to get air etc) ...

That's the main symptom; my health has been in a downward spiral since then ie I'm 34 now. So I have alot of other issues; such as poor memory and hyopglycemia (suger intolerance); there are more symtoms but the breathing difficutly is my main 'gift'.

I have tried many many different remidies for my breathing difficulties. Most of them naturally with No relief ... none. Nothing that didnt last longer then say a hour.

I've been on juice fasts/anti candida diets/asthma meds/all sorts of clenses/chiropractic up the wazu/meditation/ nasal surgery/allergy shots/ specfic allergy diest/massage/rolfing/acupuncture ... etc

So I've tried and researched alot of stuff ...

The main thing I have learned about the past 15 years is if you have a tuff chronic condition like this; the only way you are going to get help is if you become master of your own condition.

I'm a bit surprised that I only heard about chelation/ and the extremem danger of mercury fillings about a year ago.

I think over time I started to become Very skeptical of people saying they can cure this or that or selling this or that. I became very wary of people and discouraged.

The first time someone said they could cure my breathing problem and it did not work but they still wanted me to spend money on them I was Devistated.

Dulak, youve got some balls. I'm 23, my downward spiral started when I turned 20. Everything went to . I spend about 45 thousand bux in these 3 years on everything. Everyone said they could cure my condition, spent anywhere from 200 to 3500 dollars on each person, and they didnt do jack fuking .

It's amazing on how much stuff I have learned about this mercury poisoning crap. I know my symptoms are becuase of mercury poisoning due to me eating excess cans or tuna for weight loss and healthy living. Healthy living my [censored], huh.

So anyways, my 2 gifts that annoy the out of me are, my mental symptoms, and my ulcerative colitis. Sometimes the other irritates me more and vice versa. It's like a cycle. The only thing that keeps me going is hope. That one day, im gonna stand on my feet again.

So anyways, I know that once youve been chronically poisoned, mercury deposits itself into the central nervous system. And the only way to get that out is ALA, with DMSA. ALA crosses blood-brain barrier. So, i'm gonna start this tommorow morning at 3am. 50mg each dose of DMSA and ALA, 3 days on, 4 days off.

But I swear to God, the day that I am cured, I'm not gonna stop talking. I have all the right and room to talk . Too long I have suffered. I can't even think about you man, how long you have suffered for Dulak. I'm amazed on how I haven't committed suicide, ahhh. enough, time to get healthy.

jeez man, i just hope this works. i mean, it makes sense, doesnt it? to have mercury in brain and in major organs can cause mental symptoms along with colitis, and the onyl way to get it out is ALA. fuk! i gotta do it. i gotta do it.

Wallace I think I was telling you about primal defense (probiotic). Supposed to work well with UC also.

But like we were talking about I wouldnt waste any money on it now; until the mercury is mostly gone.

In the meantime you could probably eat some general probitics ie yogert (stoney fields is good), or fermented foods ie saurkraut kemshi etc
