Hi Scarlet,

Hope you are keeping well! After lots of searching i finally found some Bentonite clay at a health shop but to my dismay it has NO instructions, what a joke. Can you please help me with a few questions i have?

Firstly what does the Bentonite you use contain. Is it just the clay or does it have additives.

Secondly, how much do you use for a foot soak and how much (grams) do you add to the bath for it to be effective? Im really keen on trying the bath because i cant seem to sit still long enough to soak my feet.

Thirdly how long should the foot soak and or bath last - and how long till you start to feel different? And would you say that the moor bath is more effective then the Bentonite.

Im really excited to try this because of what you've told us, just hope i have the right stuff here.

Scarlet, or anyone else that knows, do you know if footbaths detox more than heavy metals, ie: hormone mimickers such as those found in plastics, dental products, etc. Also, in your research for diamondlite, did you find out whether or not diamondlite contains any hormone mimickers? My daughter is getting her amalgams replaced at the end of July and I am not sure what to go with.

If your very toxic, I suggest that you start out slow with unfortunately the foot baths until you are less toxic. Try watching a good movie.This helps me get my mind off how boring it is to do a foot bath. Actually, I have a much harder time soaking in the bath tub because I'm sweating in the hot water and its twice as boring for me, so I watch a good movie, or I'll soak in the bath tub late at night when I'm more relaxed and tierd and can easily lay still.

I also blow the fan on me so I don't feel like I'm going to faint from the hot water. I MAKE SURE THAT THE FAN IS FAR AWAY FROM ME SO THAT JUST INCASE IT FALLS OVER, IT WILL NOT FALL IN THE TUB OF WATER!!! THIS IS HOW I AVOID GETTING ELECTROCUTED. I ALSO DRY MY HANDS BEFORE AJUSTING THE SETTINGS ON THE FAN. I'm sure you probably know this already, but I had to put it here incase there might be someone who doesn't.

You should have someone around for the first few times at least until you know just how long to detox for without detoxing too much.

The LL's magnetic bentonite clay baths do come with instructions, So maybe you got another kind if clay. Did you get the Moorbath? What is the name of the clay you got?

I don't think that they have Bis-phenol A in them to the best of my knowledge, but I got to do more research on this to make sure! Biodent labs has an encouraging website, but the question is, are they telling the truth? It sounds like it and seems like the best out of all the laboratory processed white composites: their Diamondcrown, Diamondlite, Diamondlink(cement) and Diamondbond(I think this is the etching gel). The Holistic gold by Zahn Labs seems like it is the safest out of all the metal dental materials.

But I got to make absolutely sure and throughly research this before I could give anyone a definite answer. I'm going to look these up on www.pubmed.com and hope I can find the information sooner rather than later since that web site is so huge!!
