Is juicing of vegetables the same as eating them raw, cut up? Are the enzymes still there in the juiced vegetable? Just wondering, thanks.

yep, all the enzymes are supposedly meant to be in the juice after juicing. Also when you juice the vegetables or fruits you are removing the fibre out of the vegetable so to make it easy to digest and very easily absorbable by the gut. Its basically extracting all the goodness out of the vegetables minus the fibre.
