I still have 6 more to go. I am 29 yrs old. I avvoid situations by eing somewhat anti social, and just basically ignoring things that bother me,just to avvoid confrontation, cause that's when the anger gets released. Almost any little comment or negative remark puts me over the edge, and i could never figure out why, until now.

I do sometimes get outbursts of anger, and i cry alot these days. I had all my fillings removed, the last 2 were done about 4 and half mths ago. My mood can change so quickly, its frightening.

I do the same as Strenght writes - avoid any confrontation and so I have to be more aware too of being taken advantage of. I just say yes to everyone, and go with the flow. If I get into discussions then my anger is not justified for the topic of discussion and I feel terrible and very childish for reacting the way I did. So now I just avoid any situation as possible, this meaning that everyone else decides. I can't stand it, but it is the only solution at this point in time.

I am out of work on disability for six months,i am due back in december, anxiety, fear, weakness, was too much, and with the job i do i would not last very long feeling the way i do in my work environment.(not beng fired, but svere injury/death). i am on my second quadrant of removal,i should be done by october sometime (hopefully).

I am the same I can go from happy to crying my eyes out in seconds, from elated to depressed in no time at all. The rage has subsided, but if I eat any sugar or dairy or wheat, it can flare up without any notice. But at least I know what causes it and that makes me feel better, and better able to control it. Thank God for the internet and forums like this!!!!

When taking cilantro/coriander I felt really angry. I remember shouting viciously at a friend because he was being mildly annoying, something I would never normally do. Needless to say, I've stopped taking coriander for the time being.

Funny thing happened to me today,i go to see a doctor appointed by my emplyers insurance company for my disability benefits, and the guy kept asking me personal (stupid) questions, and he came very close to pushing me over the edge. Grant ed he was just doing his job,but that's what i am up against,i think he got the hint i was getting upset, because every question he asked was answered with a defensive question,so he cut that session short. I started getting real defensive and angry when given simple orders at work, which is one of the reasons i decided to take time off to get this situation taken care of.
