things have gotten much worse for me in the past couple of weeks im currently on a anti candida diet but had chocolate last week completely set me back my fatigue is much worse now im starting to feel like i could sleep all day and i get extremely dizzy feeling i might pass out and never wake up im serverely depressed days are just going so slow like time has stopped i see my neuropath in 2 weeks lets hope im good for amalgam removel fingers crossed

Candida needs to be killed off slowly or symptoms can increase dramatically. This could be at the root of the recent changes you're experiencing.

DearClaire just read your post on cadida DR Heasham has me on anti cadida traetment and diet too. what treatment are yu on. I AM ABSOLUTELY SHATTERED TODAY, BUT CAN'T SLEEP AT ALL. Still cofused about yesterday There are so many conflicting ideas,like some people saying you should detox slowly but Dr Hesham disagreed.

I hope you are feeling better. I was a patient of Dr Hesham's and underwent removal in May. I now have my life back. The detox continues but I now feel I am the person before the illness began. His procedure is very interesting and I think is miles ahead of what any other dentists are currently doing in the UK. Please keep me updated on your progress either through this forum or using my e-mail address. I think you are in safe hands. Once all of the mercury vapour has gone the candida should leave your body on its own through time.

DEAR RayGee thanks for message what symptoms did you have prior to removal. Dr Elessay won't remove my amalgams at the moment because my sinuses are blocked. My headaches are unbearable from the minute i wake until i go to sleep,with the aid of sleeping pills. Nothing takes them away and it makes me totally incapacitated,I feel like screaming. They've only got bad over th last four weeks or so, I really can't cope with them.

Tracy, the diet will be the best thing for you and no cheating.
Your dentist has done the right thing, otherwise you could end up worse. I have done the candida diet for well over a year and have all my amalgams out 5 mths ago and im still doing the diet and i have noticed lately that i am getting really bad candida issues again just because i ate a bit of fruit recently.

Dear Dawn, what do you eat? Dr Hesham told me to avoid sugar but eat alot of fruit. Trouble is I KNOW i'm allergic to a lot of fruits, so not sure what to eat exactly. Going for food test on Saturday

Hi TRacy, fruit has sugar and that can be bad for candida, i have been eating watermelon, strawberries and pineapple and now have bad bloating and gas aswell as feeling spaced out.
Apart from this i eat organic meat and all vegetables, except potatoes, i do eat sweet potatoes once or twice a week.
Brown rice, quinoa, rice milk, coconut milk and cream.
Salads, the only fruit i eat is green apples now, not too many about 3 a week.
I make my own bread but it has an aquired taste if you know what i mean, i make it with gluten free flour.
I make my own biscuits, i get most of my recipes from the yeast connection cookbook or the yeast connection website.
I make my own pancakes, i use stevia as a sweetener, you can order it of Russ and Laura. I dont drink coffee or tea or fizzy drinks, only water or lemon water, herb teas.
This diet takes alot of research and my main shop these days is the health food store where i buy all my oils, flours, ingredients for cooking, supplements etc.
Also you should drink bottled water.
I juice carrots everyday and drink about a pint of carrot juice each morning.

thank you for your post ray im feeling alittle less negative after reading that im hoping to be able to have my amalgams out very soon by dr el essawy but currently on the anti candida diet which i messed up last week coz i ate chocolate

claire i eat fresh vegetables meat porridge for breakfast but no fruit i juice vegetables in my juicer like carrots and celery and somtimes add asparagus but u can add watever you like i love my juicer and i was also told to take 4 cloves of garlic which i had to stop cause i just couldnt tolerate it i take probiotics and vitamin c but the diet is very important and it does help alot as long as you dont cheat <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

my symptoms were - brain fog, fatigue, muscle tremor, depression, constant colds, backache, irritability, intolerance to alcohol. All of these have gone. I am also improving each week on top of feeling good. The candida is a way of he body protecting itself from the mercury. Once the mercury is gone you unlug the sink, so to speak, and things should clear up. The best of luck,

Dear Ray Dr Hesham gave me anti fungal treatment lozenges. I have been vomiting loads of white froth, its evfen coming down my nose. I extremely ill, weak tired and cant think straight at all, Dont know what to do

I can't advise as I'm not a professional but it sounds like you may be too weak to cope with the lozenges right now with the mercury still present. Call the dentist and discuss this and stop taking them if they are making you vomit.

Tracy, did you see what they contain, i dont like the sound of this. I wouldnt take them, just stick to the diet, especially no sugar or gluten.

Russ is right about the slow detox, its dangerous to try and overdo detoxing, you have to think of how hard the liver has to work.

Dear Ray, Dr Hesham gave me some antifungal medication which has made me very sick, I've had to stop taking it. Can you tell me about the de- toxing he offered you after removaol. He says that he is going to give me a very aggressive dose and I'm worried that my body won't be able to cope with it. What grade poisoning did you have and how did you find the de-toxing

Tracy, your dentist is wrong to give you an aggressive dose of anti-fungal. this can make you sick, he is a good dentist but i see he doesnt really know much about the body and detoxing.
I would follow the diet, get a probiotic from the health food store, and if you want to take an anti-fungal, take something like Olive leaf capsules, but only take it 2 times a week, everyday will be too much i think for your liver.
