sorry for my english, is not my language, but I'll try:

I don't know when I got my amalgams, but when I was 10 years old all of them (8) were already there. I've got

pictures because I started an orthodontic treatment due to lack of space for all the teeth. Luckily 2 amalgams

were removed with the 6 molars and premolars the dentist took away. In the pictures I wear glasses, I was

squint-eyed and was operated at the age of 4, afterwards I remained longsighted and weard glasses until I was 12

years old (I think it has nothing to do with amalgams).

The orthodontic treatment finished when I was 12, although the result wasn't perfect: my teeth didn't fit

together because I used to put the tongue in the wrong way, maybe because I used to breathe through my mouth

instead of my nose (maybe because I already had chronic rhinitis). The only teeth that made contact were the

ones with amalgam (molars).

When I was 12 I already was very thin, although I had been a chubby baby and child.

I remember my first headache at the age of 14. Since then I've had headaches when the weather changed, when I

had the period, the day I changed my routine, when I was outdoor for a long time, when I made exercise, when I

slept too much, when I fasted, when I sunbathed, when I ate too much, and sometimes without any explanation at

all. That was at least the half of the days. The doctor said I had migraine, there was no solution and the only

thing I could do was taking analgesics.


When I was 15 I realized that I didn't hear by one ear. I used to hear a lot of noise inside of me, that sounded

as if it was my own blood flowing. Doctors said it was otosclerosis an they operated, without results. One year

later they operated again, and again without results.

I don't know when my bruxism started, I realized of it when I had my first boyfriend because he told me. I only

knew that my teeth were very eroded (the ones with amalgams). I think my mother perhaps told me before, but I

never took that seriously.

Also when I started my sexual life my recurrent vaginitis started too.

When I was 24 I was sacked from a travel agency because I did't hear enough (I was loosing the second ear). I

started restauring furniture, and my back pain begun. I went to a massagist that told me that all my back was

contracted. This has been continuous up to now (I'm 38).

At that time also began my digestive problems (everything disagreed with me, and my abdomen was always bloated),

and my tiredness.

When I was 29 I was operated again of the untouched ear: it was a success. One year later I started a course for

a different job and I passed it. I moved because of the new job. My skin problems began then. Eccema on the face

and shoulders, with itch and burning.

I had anemia in each blood test I made since then (I made one a year at work)

Once I had ringworm.

Each time I got a cold, I lost two or three days my voice.

When I was 34 I got pregnant. The last months I had diabetes.

When my dauther was born began my insomnia, that lastes until now.

35 years old: I couldn't eat. My 6 molars with amalgams (the only teeth that made contact) were so eroded that

they were completely flat and half the hight of a normal one, the nerves surfaced, and the pain was unbearable.

The other teeth were going to fall dawn due to lack of use. My gums bleeded and went back showing the roots of

the teeth, that began to have a gray/tan colour near the gums. I always have brushed my teeth, since child, two

or three times a day.

I went to a dentist that told me that I should keep another orthodontics treatment followed by a maxilofacial

surgery. I did it and two years later I could close my mouth correctly. My bruxism dissapeared.

During this time I was diagnosed allergic rhinitis (and pollen allergy).

Vision problems (blurred): The doctor says I'm OK and don't need glasses.

I went to the doctor due to lumbar pain, the only thing he saw on the x-rays was an intestinal obstruction with

feces, and He said that I shouldn't take my daughter in my arms. But I started to suspect about the connection

between my intestines and muscular pain and headaches.
Other doctor prescribed fibre, but my constipation worsened.
Other symptoms were: huge hunger, lack of concentration, colder than other people, loss of short term memory,

menstrual pain, more wrinkles than my mother, total lack of sexual appetite, few, thin and matt hair, brittle

fingernails, shyness, I usually blush very easily, lack of social life (I know now that the last three things

are also related to amalgams)

I started to think that doctors had no idea of anything at all, and went to my computer to look for

alternatives.

Was then when I discovered the candidiasis, and I changed my diet, began to take supplements and antifungals,

and some of my symptoms got better, but after one year not all of them.

I went to an homeophatic doctor that recommended to take off all my amalgams, and I did it 6 months ago. But I

did'nt feel anything.

One month ago I went to a very expensive antiaging clinic, they made all kind of tests are available nowadays

(hair, blood, urine mineralograma, Alcat, Melisa, melatonine, estrogens, oxidative stress) and the results were:

-I've got mercury in the hair and in the urine
-I'm allergic to mercury and nikel
-I've got an oxidatif stress as if I was 55 years old (I'm 38)
-I lack 10 kg of fat and muscular mass
-My melatonine is unbalanced: sleep problems
-My estrogens are unbalanced with risk of breast cancer and osteoporosis
-Candidiasis (I've got intolerance to 20 foods, that means leaky gut, and candida is the cause)
-I'm demineralized


the treatement they proposed was:

- chelation with EDTA and oral chelators
- ozonetherapie
- orthomolecular medicine

Before I start I'm having nystatine, probiotics and mineral supplements. Also melatonine.

I've just discovered this forum, and I'm seeing so many symilarities between your stories and mine that I'm

convinced that it's really my problem, everything matches, I finally know whitch way shall I take. You can't

imagine (or maybe you can) the quantity of supplements I've got at home, it looks like a shop, the quantity of

books about nutrition, homeophathy, emotions, videos of yoga, pilates, hemy-sync music, zappers I've bought, the

different kind of doctors I've visited: Homeopaty, fisiotherapy, chinese medicine, quantum scio, holystic

dentistry, reflexotherapy, quiropraxis, accupuncture, (appart of the large quantity of conventional doctors

before I beard alternatives in mind), and the countless hours I've spent in front of my computer investigating

about health. I'm very hopeful now because I'm starting to see the beginning of the end of this life without

happiness, and thinking of me without pain and tireness, nearly brings tears to my eyes.

I start the treatment the 16th october. I'm so excited.

I'm very sorry to hear about the long history of health problems you've had. So many of your health problems seem that they could be related to mercury. Even through you had the amalgams out, you body may not have started detoxing properly because the amalgams may not have been removed correctly.

DMSA and DMPS are the most common non-natural methods to get rid of mercury in the U.S. According to the studies I've read, EDTA removes mercury with only about 30% of the efficiency of DMPS, but it still may help.

During mercury detox of any kind, you should be taking 3 to 8 grams (not milligrams) of vitamin c daily, 400iu of vitamin e daily, and about 450mg of Algin 3 to 4 times daily.

I too have had almost all the same symtoms you had for 40 years of my life plus other symptoms. Everytime I read about anyone getting DMPS IV chelation and also DMSA oral chelation, they all had terrible side affects. Iv'e also read that some people have gotton permanent damage from it. This is because it moves the mercury so fast that it redristributes the mercury and other heavy metals on other organs. If your not that toxic, maybe it won't be as bad I don't know. But it sounds like you are quite toxic.

I detox mercury and other heavy metals with the LL's magnetic bentonite clay baths from Alive and Aware natural health E-bay store.

I also detox with the Moorbath deep peat clay bath. Go to www.dermamed.com. Then click to Specialty products. Then click to Moorbath. Please note: Do not use the Moorbath if you have high blood pressure. These 2 clay baths are very gental but yet very affective. I feel if it weren't for these baths I would have died from heavy metal toxicity!!! Thats how affective they are and you feel great and relaxed after using them too!!!

Also I detox the colon with calcium ascorbate powder( a gentler form of vitamin C, which works great and is gental as well! I use to use senna tea for constipation, but since it was too harsh on the colon I stopped! Unfortunately you can only do this once a week or once a month. Something like that.

The Macro biotic diet ( mainly organic grains, vegetables, and beans) worked wonders for me too, along with juicing raw vegetables. I also eat foods accordinally to my blood type only.

I suggest that you get the book, "Eat right for your type," by Peter J.D. Adamo. Also "Prescription for nutritional healing," by James Balch and Pyliss Balch. I would do this before you buy herbs, vitamins, and health foods so you buy the right kinds!!!. The book from James Balch is used in most healthfood stores as a reference and is the #1 natural health authority in America! Its an excellent book!

I also noticed that Acidophillis or Bifidus is great for candidas. Take one or the other, but not both at the same time since they don't work as well combined. These turn bad bacteria into good bacteria.

Also Mangosteen juice from (Xango) is great for inflamation and practically every other health problem! Also Plant enzymes that breakdown especially protein are good for digestive problems.

I also drink decaffinated green tea with fesh ginger root, fresh lemon, aloe vera juice, and stevia for digestive and colon problems and it has always helped me. Chlorella is excellent too for detoxing heavy metals and is full of minerals and vitamins as well. Garlic oil is also great for detoxing heavy metals and for many health problems also. There are many other natural suppliments that work excellent too like Milk thistle for the liver, Calcium with magnesium, Atlantic kelp, Echinacea for the immune system, etc, etc, etc.

Acupressure and Acupuncture has worked excellent for pain and health problems when its done by a very good and acupuncturist. These therapies increase energy flow which is so vital to our health.

I too am going to get tested for many things but from an Alternative medicine doctor that does a saliva test on a Gas Cromatigraph machine. It tests for many things, mainly for energy flow. It can also tell you if you have cancer or not. They told me that," Unbalanced tissue," means the same thing as cancer. This doctor has created many different herbal formulas accordinally to body chemistry. Its amazing that this test only costed $90. and the herb formula is only $40. for every 2 months. So I will be glad to find out exactly what herbs I need.

All of a sudden my joints have stiffining up and feels out of alighnment, with sharp knife pains when i move certain ways now. 2.What is Lauras blood type if she doesn't mind telling me? I'm asking this because she got the Diamondlite, which I'm interested in getting too. Also, I believe blood type, what sex you are ( female or male), and what dental materials you get will affect the way you respond as far as your health is concerned. The composites I got had estrogen behaving Bis- phenol A in them, which I don't need since my estrogen is too high already!

3. Did your dentist order Diamondlite from Biodent Labs or another lab? Iv'e heard that Biodent may not be making Diamondlite anymore. Both of us had fillings only, no crowns. It seemed that my dentist recommended Diamond Crown as one of his most common crown materials.

Thank you for the information, and the encouragment! I'm going to call your dentist for the information. Your lucky you didn't need crowns because most of them have nickel on the inside. I'll have to find crowns that have the Holistic gold on the inside.

I agree with what you said about how we have done our part in giving information and that its up to the individual to take it.

I also believe there is more of an advantage when you give that same amount of information in a book form. The person can take it or leave it, and yet you didn't have to repeat yourself over and over again, and argue back and forth with them trying to prove your point. I feel as long as you give all the information you know to protect the public from harm, you have accomplished enough. I don't need to know what their response is whether good or bad. Although they may not agree with the information at first, they will think about it and through time they will learn that mainstream medicine and dentistry is not the answer!!! Also that their health is not improving because they may be doing something wrong that is causing their health to get even worse. My motivation to keep working on my book is to help them avoid alot of unnecessary suffering.

My health seems to be Improving quite a bit since I went on the, Eating for your blood type diet, which is the Microbiotic diet for type A. Also acidophillis that detoxed my colon, and Calcium ascorbate Vitamin C flush that detoxed my colon also. Also the clay baths and other herbs! My toxic colon where mercury was settling after removal was the problem to alot of alllergies I had that I don't have anymore!!!

I asked for all the MSDS for all the crowns that Dr. Brehm uses and their going to e-mail them to me. I'm not sure if anything is safe enough since I need it on almost every one of my teeth.

Although I'm getting better as far as allergies are concerned and many other things, I think the arthritis symtoms I had before amalgam removal has turned into MS symtoms. I have all the symtoms of MS!!! My stiff spine is getting more stiff and painful and the weakness radiates clear down to my legs to where I'm unable to walk sometimes mostly at night!

My speech is becoming even more impaired almost as bad as before amalgam removal and my writing is still scrambled. My eyesight is getting worse and the cronic fatique is so bad, I can't get anything done. Small tasks are so much more of a burden for me now and it takes so much longer to do them since I have to move so much slower now. I feel like I have a dual knife stuck in my back continuously. But if I move abruptly it feels like a sharp knife in my back! I feel I'm going to become more brain damaged and paralized soon if I don't do something quick!!! But what can I do?!!!

1.This could be caused from the damage of mercury and other heavy metals from the past that has now infected my blood.
2.This could be from the toxic white composites I have now that are full of Bis phenol A.
3. This could be from the temporary crown and cement material that I still have in my mouth.
4.This could be from 2 bone infections that I have that a local dentist didn't know what it was.
5.Or this could be from the nerve damage that I had.

I believe its from all of the above. It doesn't make since that my health is getting worse MS symptoms after removal. Do you have any suggestions as to why I'm getting worse? What do you think it is from? I'm very sorry to hear about the decline of your health. There certainly must be a cause and getting to the bottom of it would be top priority.

Are you able to get any physical exercise to the point of sweating?

I wonder if this would help because I believe much of this type of cfs or fybromyalgia-type pain can come from bad stuff in the lymphatic system and the only way the lymphatic system is cleaned is via physical motion. It's equipped with millions of one-way valves that move waste material but only when muscles are squeezed. For this reason, physical exercies is vital if possible.

You may be experiencing a healing crisis where the body is beginning to eliminate mercury whereas before it was harboring it so blood mercury flevels may have become elevated. For this reason, all of the protection supplements are especially important now.

I'm sorry to hear about this but it may be a sign of detoxing which, although painful in the short, may be beneficial in the long.

Please keep us posted and be sure to see if it's possible to imduce sweating and tye to get some physical exercise to mobilize the lymphatic waste.

Iv'e been atheletic all my life and know that out of all the injuries Iv'e had, this is not normal! Usually when you stretch you loosen up . Not in this case. My back is like a stiff board. When I even atempt to stretch, it won't give at all and hurts even more as if its going to break in half. The pain and weakness radiates all the way down to my hip, Quadasip and Knee. It makes me dizzy and than I loose my balance. It feels like something is constricting my lower back to where the circulation is being cut off.

The strangest thing is it subsides some times as if it is going to go away and then comes back again with a vengenous to where I can't ever relax, because the dual knife pain is constantly there not allowing me to get comfortable no matter what position I'm in. At night I'm half awake because I'm even in more pain.

Your right that sweating and exercise is excellent for detoxing and for good health!!! I know exercise is one of the major reasons Iv'e lived this long!!! Although I can't do the excercises I did before, Gi gong is excellent to get the energy flowing. Most all illnesses have energy blockages. I'm reading about Gi gong exercises, reflexology, and acupressure. These are excellent for pain and illnesses which all these get the energy flowing. I hope that Gi gong will be affective enough to clean the lymphatic system as you said, although its more mild than the kind of excercising Iv'e done before. The bottom line though is to get this junk out of my mouth and something safe in instead. Otherwise, I,m just buying time but not getting rid of the root of the problem.

I do the clay baths every 2 weeks now and the water is hot enough to where it makes me sweat alot. Unfortunately it doesn't help with the stiffness and pain, although I feel much better as far as detoxing heavy metals.

Since I should sweat alittle everyday, far infared saunas are excellent for detoxing just as the clays are. Also going in the sun at least 3 days a week for a 1/2 hour. i'm going to start these things.

Also I'm taking a saliva test with an Alternative medicine doctor who was highly recommended. He uses the Gas chromatagraph machine to test your energy flow, and other things. This machine can even detect cancer. I'll let you know how this goes!!!

My family is no support at all. They think I'm absoutely insane and that I'm a hypocondrac!!! They constantly call me on the phone and leave me feeling terable about myself. I even had to fly to Colorado when I got all the metals out by myself as sick as I was. Certain family members could have come to assist me, but didn't. My fiance' had a serious situation at the time to where it was understandable that there was no way he could go.

I try to avoid the phone calls, but they all keep calling me. I'm already in enough physical pain and don't need the phycological stress to lower my immune system even more. Believe me, they upset me so much that I'm upset for a week. My health always gets worse right after I talk to them, and right when I start to feel better, they call me again!!! If you were in this situation, how would you handle this. Would you tolorate it this kind of abuse? I'm trying real hard to cut my ties with them as far as communicating with them often. I will always love them though and help them everyway I can if they need help though. My fiance, you, and alot of the people on this forum are the only ones who understand the magnitude of mercury and heavy metal toxicity!!!

It's hard to believe it could be that my body is finally healiing since I still have candidas, fungus, I'm still overweight and look 8 months pregnant from the Bis phenol A in my composites. Also the 2 bone infections, are getting even more infected and are hurting more now.

With all the negative things that are going on my mouth, it would probaly be a miracle if my body was getting better rather than worse!!! But than again, all those other allergies I had went away through the Type A diet so maybe I am getting better.

I don't think there's anything wrong with separating yourself from people for a while, or for a long time, even if they are your family. I currently have done the same thing with a portion of my family that lives near me because of their gossip, much of which is lies. They know I don't approve of their behavior. It's very sad but it's better in the long run. You also have to do what is necessary to maintain your health.

I've found it amazing that there are several types of people who will not respect you until you stand up to them or separate yourself from them. Then, when you do, suddenly, thay start to think more highly of you, even if they don't admit it.

Standing up for what is right is always a good thing to do, even if it means separating from people. We hope that through the separation, they will—one day—realize what they're missing and come back with a different attitude. It takes time, though.

Thank you so much for your supportive and yet logical reply!!! I totally agree with what you say. Iv'e told some aquaintances about this and they too suggested the same thing! All my family members besides my dad, are going to have to realize that they need to treat me with respect before I'll have anything to do with them again.

The only family member that is the sweetest person in the whole wide world, is my dad whom I love talking too! He is the only familly member that has great compassion for me and everyone else who is suffering in the world!!!. Most everyone who has met my dad loves him because, they can see he is one in a million who takes all the burdens of the world apon himself!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> You too are very caring, by helping so many through this forum!!! I know I keep repeating my self, but I don't know what else to say except thank you, thank you, and thank you, over and over again!!!

I wish you could have met my dad. Right now he is 88 years old and has a better memory than most 20 year olds!!! Although his physical health isn't very good right now, he's still alot more healthier than I am!!!

I have to admit that I have learned by going through this mercury ordeal to have more compassion. Being in such good health most of my life left me wondering what was wrong with all the sickly people. Now I know and I feel great compassion for them. It's really hard to be in constant pain and to be constantly sick and the people who endure it are to be treated with great respect.

I also cannot wait for the day when justice is seen on the heads of those people who purportrate this great suffering on people; A day when people will finally recoginize (again) that very evil people exist in the world who view others as animals and without value. That day is coming and in that day, the sufferers will be the heros, the evil people will be the suffering, and God will be (finally) recoginized as being the good, patient, and merciful person that He is.
