Gut: I use Chlorella and Algin. Kidney: Can anybody tell me a successful kidney cleaning program? Saliva: I often have acidic saliva and then I have to spit all the time. Although this may be part of the cleaning process. Sweat: I was bathing in sweat at night when I first collapsed after my last amalgam implantation. Ejaculation: I feel awful a few hours after having made love. I think this is because mercury contaminated hormones try to find their new balance. Menstruation bleeding: Women may excrete a lot of contaminating material using this unique opportunity. Nose submucous bleeding: This is one of the few symptoms I could get rid of during the one year detoxification process. Nose discharge: My mercury related symptoms eased a bit when I got cold. Gum bleeding: This is one of the few symptoms I could get rid of during the one year detoxification process. Hair: My redness on my scalp and face calms down after having my hair cut. Nail: Breath: Neezing ? Ear discharge: My ear used to discharge white liquid leaving white crystals behind. I think it was mercuric chloride or something like that. I often feel some liquid inside my ears. If I press it my brain starts burning. Tears: I heard that you can get rid of a lot of poison by crying. Skin: I use Korean foot patches. They seem to be useful. Dialyse:

I know that most of the mercury leaves the body via liver with the help of some proper agent that is present when bile is pressed into the intestinal system. On the other hand we who suffer from mercury symptoms may be not very good at excreting mercury with the bile. Therefore other possible detoxification routes could be considered as well. Is there anybody, who was remarkably successful in using additional detoxification routes and methods?

That is exactly why it is very important to clean the elimination channels as good as possible before starting an amalgam removal and detox program...all the elimination channels have to be as clean as possible...and that includes reducing candida to a minimum. Some say a parasite cleanse may be in order too, but I think the candida cleanse will take care of much of them.
Clay baths, epsom salt baths, ionic foot baths, sweating thru exercise or infrared saunas are some other methods I have read about...but haven't tried them all....not yet anyway.
Hope this helps Steve, and that you feel better soon.

Yeah, I agree wtih Sandi. The candida diet is crucial, but also making sure you include good fats and protein. The fats and protein help rebuild tissue, as well as encouraging detox from cells/tissue, plus increase bile flow.
Things like butter, extra virgin olive oil, organic virgin coconut oil and the fats on meat etc. And excluding totally ALL sugar, yeast and gluten, and even fruit and milk (unless you don't have candida too badly and can manage a little fruit and milk).
I personally eat things like meat, eggs, vegetables (not potatoes due to high starch/natural sugars), raw nuts (almonds and brazil), plain acidophilus yoghurt, and only a little cheese and fruit sometimes, but i have to be careful. And I include all the fats as well.
I drink water, or herbal tea. This to my mind is the first essential step in any detox or health building programme, mercury included. Will encourage some elimiation of fat stored / tissue mercury apparently.
And then supplements to support and provide extra antioxidants and minerals that are often lacking in mercury toxic people - vitamin C, vitamin E, B complex, magnesium, zinc, milk thistle, omega 3 oils (from pure fish oil etc)...
Then a safe, tried and test chelation regime to really start pulling the mercury out of you. The one suggested by Andrew Hall cutler (biochemist) is the best I have hear of so far and many are on this protocol.

You speak so much about candida. I had colonoscopy a month ago and the doctor said he did not see anything abnormal. Do you think candida could have been there without to be detected?

Yeah, why don't they mention candida and its effects on your colon when they do a colonoscopy? Unless, being regular drs. and all, they have not been trained to recognize candida and its ill effects. And another thing. We are always being told that our bowels are totally full of junk from years and years of bad diets etc. I know someone who is 80 years old and constipated for all her life. You would think her bowel would be chock full of crud, but when she had a colonoscopy, they allowed her to look in the scope and she said that it was astoundihng how smooth and pink the colon walls were, with nothing else there. If there were really so much crud there, you would think it would take more than the regular prep for a colonoscopy to get rid of it. Otherwise, why don't we all just go and buy a gallon of "Go-Litely", drink it in one evening, and we are set for the next few years. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Candida can be in the small intestine aswell. I've tried a large amount of conventional and alternative remedies, and for a headaches I would choose a coffee enema followed by an epson salt bath. Before I discovered this, I used to take from 4 to 6 strong analgesics in one day. The coffee enema causes a bile discharge that allows the liver purify more blood. I know I'm not able to explain it properly, but I promise it works. It is not toxic, unlike the drunk coffee. The epson salt bath is accesory, the coffee enema works on its own.

The gluten and dairy that we consume sticks to the lining of the intestine and it is cumulative...layers and layers of the stuff sticks in the gut and makes a nice bed for the yeast/candida to thrive in...and then more is added, that is what causes the distended bellies and gas. If you have ever taken the stuff that they give you before a colonoscopy, it is absolutely amazing what comes out and it just keeps coming and coming...takes about 12-24 hours and you get very little sleep!!!! And Bex is right, our bodies produce yeast to buffer us from the effects of the heavy metals and if we don't follow the diet, we keep growing more until it is out of control and plugs up all our detox pathways. I would venture to say that anyone with heavy metal toxicity has a yeast overgrowth.

Is there a trustable laboratory testing method to decide this question?

do the questionaire at wholeapproach.com, that will give you a very good idea of what your candida levels are at. http://wholeapproach.com/And yes there are labs that can test your stools for different pathogens, but they are not real conclusive and VERY expensive. It is a tough diet to do, but a very necessary step to successfully chelate metals without doing long term or permanent damage. Best luck, Sandi

What about chelation and dialyse at the same time? Does a dialyser filter mercury?
Does anybody know about that anything?

Has anybody in the last three years by chance dealt with the question if dialysers filter mercury?
