Exercise mobilizes mercury in the body. It seems to make my symptoms so much worse, I decided to quit over 4 months ago. I especially makes my connective tissue problems worse.
Anyone else give up exercise?

Yep, I had to literally stop exercising also. Some due to metals, but mostly now due to a bacterial infection I got a few years ago that has given me a permanent exercise intolerance and flu symptoms. I get much worse if I push myself in anyway and it does not help, if anything it defeats the purpose.
For mercury alone? Again, exercise stirs it up and can really cause symptoms adn you can take time to recover and sometimes it's good to a point, but not when you're pushing too hard.
I think the main things are a very healthy strict diet, and chelation if tolerated. Exercise should be the last on the list, simply because the body will let you know if it wants to move and good eating should give the body enough to begin wanting to move more (candida diet). If the body does not respond to that, it's not wise to push it. Light walking for a limited period of time on a treadmill for example would be ok, so long as it's not on an incline, but on the flat instead. Incline walking is great, healthy, but will really start moving mercury.
Moderate exercise, simple walking, is probably the best and safest. As for jogging or anythign else, or pushing weights etc, not if someone does not have the strength to cope. Just makes things worse and forces the body to deal with that, when it already has enough to cope with.
If the body is trying to cope with too much, inwardly, it will not be able to perform physically properly and I take no notice of people who tell me to exercise and do this or that because it's "healthy". IT's not when the body gets ill from it and takes ages to remotely recover.
I understand the need to do "something" to a point, but the rest is not necessary.

Hi everyone,
I have been atheletic all my life and had to quite exercise for this whole year. I was too weak to take a shower or eat sometimes. Now the last 2 months, my back has been extremely stiff, has been hurting constantly as if I had a knife stuck in it, and my legs weak like MS symptoms. This hasen't gotton better until I started the Chi gong excercises.
I'm not as stiff and the pain has been cut down to 50% already, and oh, does it make you feel good!!! 50% is better than no progress at all! At least it makes life more bareable. There are many books and videos in the library you can check out! This is what I did to learn Gi gong. Now that there are less energy blockages, I now can progress to stretching. Then after that, I can progress to lifting light weights and so on, but I'll never give up the Gigong which is so good for your health.
I'm also going to start a Tia Chi class soon. This type of exercise promotes energy flow also. When we are sick or have pain, it means there is a blockage of energy flow, which is vital to our health. These exercises opens the pathways (maridians) so that the energy can flow again.
Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reflexology, and many other types of therapies all work excellent to promote energy flow. I'm doing these things and they are keeping me alive until I either get dentures or by a miracle, safe crowns!
I hope this helps! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> from SCARLET,
