I've been feeling really tired, depressed and foggy headed since having my amalgams removed 5 months ago. I'm still managing to work but most of the time feel like collapsing when I get home. However during the last couple of days I've been relaxing on my bed with my eyes closed and deep breathing for half an hour. When I get up I feel fantastic. Really clear headed, much less tired, peaceful and in a fantastic mood. Might be worth a try!

Yoga makes me feel that way.Deep breathing is a part of yoga. The stretching is so gentle in my classes that I never get the ill feeling that I do with more strenuous exercise. In fact I feel much better afterwards. And as long as I keep it up four times a week my energy increases dramatically, along with my outlook on life.

I've been thinking of taking up yoga for a while now. I need to do some exercise but apart from walking I don't have the energy for it. Russ, would B-12 deficiency cause numbness in my hands? I've been waking up in the morning with no feeling in my hands for the past week.

That could be the mercury, it affects circulation big time...it weakens the structure of the veins and arteries...we need all good supplements and it is likely that you are B12 deficient...eat lots of eggs, legumes and good quality protein.
And the deep breathing has helped me tremendously for relaxation, promotes sleep, when I used to wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep, and it is even good to promote regularity.
I do a very gentle form of yoga; it is so good for us, I have the Kathy Smith tape. It helps to get rid of the achiness left over from the unreleased toxins and helps to move them out too.
Take good care and keep up the good work.
Sandi xoxo
