Okay guys I have learned something that gives incredible results, I found it on a website that was posted on the Yeast Connection...it doesn't taste great, but it sure works.
Upon rising I drink a glass of warm water with one half teaspoon of Celtic sea salt and fresh lemon juice. About one hour later you mix the juice of a lemon, one teaspoon of maple syrup, sprinkle of cayenne pepper, one grated garlic clove, and a one inch piece of grated fresh ginger, and 1 or 2 tablespoons of good olive oil, I use Udo's oil in a cup of warm water, and go sit on the john....and it works like a hot damn!!!
KInd of like a mini liver flush...sure worked a treat for me.

I BELIEVE THAT A FRESH LEMON ENEMA, AND A 3 DAY RAW VEGETABLE JUICE FAST SAVED MY LIFE!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
My liver was so damaged that I couldn't eleminate except with a lemon enema and raw vegetable juice fast! These things worked like a miracle, not only to induce ( peristalsis) colon contractions, but to get rid of alot of candidas from the colon and every where else in the body. It also made my bodies PH more alkoline and rejuvinated my liver !
There are different reasons for constipation. You may need more flax or olive oil, more water, more fiber, or you may need to make your intestines contract some how to be able to eleminate. For me it didn't matter if I did all of the above, my intestines would not move at all! I wouldn't eleminate for about 3 and a 1/2 weeks until I would take Senna tea.
It was the only thing that would work since it and cascara sagrada are basically the only other natural laxitives that induce contractions. Unfortunately these should not be taken regularly since they damage the bowls if taken too often. Since I was desperate after not eleminating at all for almost a month each time, I was taking senna tea once every 2 weeks for a while. This would cause terrible knife pains in the colon so bad that I had to stop it. Unfortunately, fiber, flax, olive oil, and lots of water did not help me at all since they do not induce intestinal contractions.
My liver was so damaged from all the mercury and other heavy metals I had in my teeth all my life, that it was unable to induce intestinal contractions naturally. This is one of the many functions of the liver. Because the intestines were unable to contract in order to cause a bowl movement, all the toxins that were acumulating in my colon were being redristributed back into the blood stream where it infected my blood. This caused me to be allergic to over 35 foods. Because I was so toxic in the blood stream, it caused me to have many illnesses. Because of my many illness, it caused my ph to become more acidic. Because my PH was so acidic rather than alkoline, it caused me to have alot of candidas. Because of alot of candidas, it caused me to get alot of allergies. I was getting more and more allergies through time to the point where I couldn't eat anything at all without getting weard symptoms of all kinds. Even though I was only eating whole natural foods and feelt better than before I ate that healthy, I still was getting hayfever symptoms and other allergic reactions!!! I knew if I kept eating things I was allergic too, I'd get even more sick. Since I couldn't eat at all and couldn't eleminate at all, I figured I already died already, it just didn't registered in my brain yet, ha ha. Just a joke!
So I did what I believe most people are avoiding to do on this forum!!! That is a NATURAL LEMON ENEMA AND A RAW VEGETABLE JUICE FAST FOR 3 DAYS!!! I eleminated feces like there was no end. Not only that, but also undigested food, and alot of candidas in the colon as well!!! Before I fasted, I had candidas on the tongue and mucous in the eyes, nose, throat, and ears. Usually when you have that much candidas it means it is also on your organs too. Sorry for grossing you out! I just hope that who ever is suffering in the way I have, will do what I did too, so that they will feel refreshed and renewed too! I feel like I have a new body!!!
I hope you will try the enema and/or the raw vegetable juice fast too so that you can finally get rid of all the sickness your dealing with dayly!!! It takes disipline but the results are welll worth it!!! Its not only what you put into your body that counts, but probably more what comes out of your body that counts even more for good health!!!
The books I highly recommend for everyone to read for raw juice fasting, colon cleansing, getting your bodies PH more on the alkalized side, getting rid of Candidas, and reuivanating your liver are:
THE PH MIRACLE, balance your diet, reclaim your health, by Robert O. Young, PH.D and Shelley Redford Young
ALKALIZE OR DIE, by Dr. Theodore A. Baroody
TOXIC RELIEF, by Don Colbert M.D.
PRESCRIPTION FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING, by James F. Balch M.D. and Phyllis A. Balch, C.N.C. The 3rd edition
I believe this is the fastest and most effective way to detox especially after amalgam removal!!! I'm going to commit to this for the rest of my life doing a fast once a month and fresh lemon enemas once a week if needed. It will probably take several years to get my liver and colon to work properly. Actually a 10 day fast is ideal for people who are really sick if you can stand it and don't get (hypoglocemia) low blood sugar. If you are a diabetic and have high or low blood sugar, than a one day fast will probably be more safe, but ask your doctor if it is ok first. Chlorella, kelp, and/or spiralina during the fast is very helpful for hypoglycemia and dizziness. Ginger is great for cleaning the colon and for nausea if you get it, and aloe vera juice is great for soothing and healing an irritated colon. Fresh lemon juice is great for cleaning and detoxifying the colon. It also balances the PH of the colon. I usually have a hot cup of decaffinated green tea with aloe vera juice, fresh lemon, fresh ginger root, and stevia in it and it is very soothing!!!
Since I believe the Moorbath from Dermamed, and the LL's magnetic clay baths from Alive and aware natural health Ebay store, saved my life before amalgam removal, I still will commit to doing these every 2 weeks for the rest of my life. Since it takes years to detox the heavy metals from the tissues, and central nervous system, and the whole body I still need to detox with these excellent clay baths!

Very interesting. I have read here and there that these cleanses were not recommended for people with Mercury toxicity but perhaps it is not true for all of us.
Last year I went to a retreat and did a 4 day vegetable juice fast. The first two days were hellish and I was soooo tired. By the third day all my energy came back and by the end of the 4th I actually felt that I could probably easily continue for a few more days. When I returned from the retreat so many of my friends and family commented on how refreshed and healthy I looked. The main thing that I noticed was how amazing my eyes looked. They are brown but usually have a greenish overlay and the whites are normally a yellowish colour. After the retreat they appeared to have less green and the whites were well.. white!!
When I get my last quadrant out in a week or so I think I might do a veg juice fast for about 3 days and top it off with a massage and sauna etc.

Thanks so much Scarlet, I think I am going to try it....I am at the point where I am willing to try anything....and so sick of paying drs and nd's to try and figure it out....it is bankrupting me and I have to get my bm's working to get the metals out...what a vicious cycle....the mercury has really wrecked my gut.
What kind of juicer do you use, I guess I am going to have to break down and buy one...and an enema bag too.....thanks so much. Do you think the lemon enema will help the peristalic action too?

Sandi, in the last couple of days my digestion has been terrible, i havnt done anything different though. I also feel nauseous and i feel totally lethargic with it. My bowels arnt working at the moment so i may have to resort to enemas and epsom salt which really gets you going. Its worth getting a juicer, i juice a whole bag of carrotts daily for breakfast, very refreshing.

I have been scared to try stuff like that...but I may have to before I can start some serious chelation...my diet is getting more and more limited all the time and keeping the colon working is getting to be more and more work all the time....like a fulltime job.
What do we do??? My ND just says take more vitamin C, but then it goes too far the other way...and that is not comfortable either. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
Can someone tell me the best kind of juicer to get?

Hi Tia, i have done lots of differnt enemas, but had a bad experience with a coffee ,one, it made me feel suicidal, i wanted to die, truley. they are supposed to be good for cancer patients, but i dont think i will try that one again. Hi Sandi, there are so many types of juicers probably the most expensive ones are better, i just have a cheap moulinex one but it does me for now until i get rich. Its worth getting one, i wouldnt be without it.

Hi Sandi, I bought a Green Star juicer a couple of years ago and love it. (I think I remember reading in a post somewhere that this was the same kind that Russ bought as well.) I used to use it at least once a day, but have fallen off a bit from that lately and need to get back into the habit again. I believe they run around $375-425 (US). These juicers are good for extracting nearly the most nutrients possible, without getting into the exotic brands like the Norwalk juicer that can easily run over $1,000. This is one of the cheapest links that I was able to find on the Internet. http://www.vitalityplus1.com/product_info.php?products_id=38. If you click on the 'Price' link, they will send you an e-mail with their current price list. Today's price list was as follows: "Thank you for your interest in Vitality Plus Finer Health Products. There is a lot of information on this page for your benefit; you may want to read it carefully. We are the largest seller of Green Star Juicers in the USA. We buy in large quantities and have lower over head so we can offer you the best prices on the Internet. By contract we can not list our low prices on the internet. We do guarantee the lowest prices on the internet, and we give up to $10 off the best price you can find on selected items. If you by chance find a lower price on these juicers please go to this link: http://www.vitalityplus1.com/display_page.php?page=price_match_formHere are the prices for the juicers, which includes standard UPS shipping within the 48 states. Contact us for other shipping information. Green Star 3000 $379.99 See differences between the models below. Green Star 2000 $364.99 Most Popular Green Star 1000 $344.99 Green Star Gold $419.00 Not Recommended, this is their old Green Power model- Go with GS-2000" As they stated above, I also bought a GS-2000 myself, and it has worked for all of the vegetable and fruit juicing needs that I have had in the past. Hi. I also have the green star juicer and it's great. I also have colonics on a regular basis. For a long time, they really helped. Now I'm not so sure. You definitely see the yeast coming out (sorry if it sounds gross). The colonics definitely reduce inflammation, and they are supposed to help unclog the liver.

The greenstar has a few pieces to clean up, but once you get used to it it's not so bad. Some others may be a little quicker, but they are not supposed to retain the nutrients like the greenstar.
I also plan to sauna soon. We bought a used heavenly heat sauna last year, and I am still yet to put it together. My dentist told me that saunas on a regular basis can pull a lot of the mercury out.

HI EVERYONE!
I'm so glad that most of you are going to try the enemas and raw juice fast! Even though its not the most enjoyable thing to do, the results are well worth it!!! HERE ARE THE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS:
DAWN,
I MIXED 2 QUARTS OF LUKE WARM DISTILLED WATER WITH 3 FRESHLY SQUEEZED LEMONS AND PUT THIS IN AN ENEMA BAG. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY USE FRESH LEMONS, NOT STORE BOUGHT SINCE IT HAS PERSERVITIVES IN IT. GET THE SEEDS AND PULP OUT WITH A STRAINER TOO! Lubricate the end of the nozzle from a vitamin E softgel. A water based personal lubricant gelly seemed to work better for me though. PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT USE PETROLEUM GELLY.
Squeeze the liquid in the colon with your fanny in the air. Then lay on your back and message your colon. Then lay on your left side.Do all this for 3-4 minutes holding the liquid in. This is the hardest part of all since you get a strong urge to eleminate after about 2 minutes. I advise you to lay in the tub just incase you have an accident. I don't think you will though, but If you do, than start the process again.
DON'T WORRY! You will probably only need to do one enema to get the cleansing started. If you start to fast immediately after, you will eleminate alot naturally just from the raw vegetable juice fast!!! PLEASE NOTE: I advise you to read the details about this lemon enema in the book, PRESCRIPTION FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING BOOK, BY JAMES BALCH M.D.AND PHYLISS BALCH C.N.C. before doing the enema. Its at the back of the book and you'l probably find it in the library.
The vegetables I fasted with were carrots, cabbage, apples, ginger root, and freshly squeezed lemons. I should have juiced with leafy green vegetables, brocolli, and beets too but where I am, these vegetables in the store looked half way spoiled. So for my next juice fast I'm going to use more variety if I can find more fresh vegetables.
The books I recommended in my other posts will tell you exactly what vegetables to use and all the details about fasting and enemas. I found these books in the library. Maybe you can to. I hope so just in case you can't buy them.
The pectin in the apples is great for detoxing mercury and heavy metals. Also the apples make the vegetables taste more delicous and sweet all mixed togather in the juice! Usually your not suppose to mix fruits and vegetables because of the enzemes and digestion, but its ok to juice apples togather with vegetables.PLEASE NOTE: Don't fill up on too much carrot or apple juice (although natural), since it has too much sugar in it which is not good for candidas. Also using a variety of vegetables is best because, you get different nutrients from each one!
The lemon and ginger cleans the colon. Cabbage is great for colon cancer. Aloe vera juice is great for healing the colon. My colon was so sore after I cleaned it out, that I had to have 1/4 cup of aloe vera juice in green tea to make it feel better. It feelt very soothing to the colon.
Its best to use organic vegetables but if you can't, they sell vegetable washes in the heathfood store to wash off the pesticides. PRESCRIPTION FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING explains how to clean your vegetables in other safe ways also.
SANDIFLOOD,
I have the Jack La Lane Juicer and I agree with you that it is defiently a pain to clean!!! Mine has 10 pieces to clean! How rediculous! If it weren't for my fiance who is so sweet to juice and clean all the mess, I don't think I would have had the strength to do all that work myself as weak as I was with all the candidas and allergy problems!!! Does anyone know where I can find one that has less peices to clean? Does anyone know if the magic bullet small size juicer thats suppose to come free with the rest of the set, is easy to clean?
I'm not sure that the parisites will go away from getting rid of the candidas. I believe it would, but I got to read about it more and make sure. Some of these books I recommended said that black shelled walnut extract ( I think its extract or capsules or something.) I can't seem to remember where I saw it at the moment. I'm terribly sorry! I know I seen something about this at least 3 times already! I bet if you ask the people at the health food store about iblack shelled walnut something, they will be able to find exactly what you need.
WEIRD TOES,
The book PRESCRIPTION FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING , tells you how to do the coffee enema as well as the lemon enema. Its suppose to be very healthy as well. I'm going to try that one sometime, though I do feel more comfortable doing the lemon enema since it cleans the colon, detoxifies the system and works really well too!
Although naturalpathic doctors use all kinds of natural methods for detoxing that are highly beneficial, I don't think you'l need one as often if you detox with enemas and fasting since this is a faster and more efficient way to detox! Also you probable won't have to buy as many herbs and vitamins as you did before either!
Good luck everyone! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />FROM SCARLET,

Scarlet, Sandi, and all,
Thanks for the info! I think I might give the coffee enemas a try. I have a few friends who use them, and they have had great results, including more energy, less motivation problems, feeling more clean and light, great detox effects, and less problems with pain (it can supposedly take a headache away immediately). Lack of energy and chronic fatigue are my worst symptoms, so it'd be fabulous if it could help out with those.
I have not started chelation yet, but I figured it would be great to detox my liver before I do, as it needs to be functioning well in order to filter the heavy load of toxins out of the body. And coffee enemas are used primarily as a liver cleanse, so I think it would be a great thing to try. It's a bit intimidating, but it sounds like it will be well worth it...Thanks for the book recommedation Scarlet - I'll look it up in there.
As for juicers, there is the constant debate on centrifugal versus the press types....supposedly any centrifugal juicer heats up the juice as it turns, and thus kills a lot of the enzymes. I like the Jack Lalanne a lot, because it is easy and doesn't leave ANY pulp in the juice....but supposedly it's not the most beneficial to use. I've tried the Greenstar, which is supposed to be pretty good for keeping the enzymes/nutrients, but I didn't like how it left so much pulp in the juice.....it seemed slightly counterproductive, since separating the juice from the fiber is the point of juicing....
I would really like to buy a juicer, but they are so damn expensive, and the cost of all the organic veggies would be quite high. It takes a lot of lettuce/veggies to make one juice. Using the remaining pulp later in the day for soups or coleslaw is more cost effective, but still costly nonetheless.....I hope to save up enough funds to get one someday soon. The juicers I tried before were borrowed, so I've never juiced on a regular basis. If anyone has any other juicer recommendations, I'd love to hear them. I was leaning towards an Omega (which Dr Mercola promotes) or a Champion.

Hi Sandi,
As far as cleanup time for the GS-2000, I think it usually runs me around 10 minutes or so. From the time that I start by getting out my vegetables until the time that the entire thing is cleaned and put away, the whole operation to extract a couple of glasses of juice usually takes around 20-25 minutes. Not a bad deal when considering how much energy and nutrients that juicing gives the body for hours. I usually juice carrots, beets, and celery for the most part, although there are many other good vegetables to use depending on your situation. Carrots and beets may not be suitable for someone on the candida diet because of their relatively high sugar content--I will have to check more into this when I am ready to start the candida diet in earnest.
I also agree with Russ's post above--my research on juicers led me to the same conclusions.

Lisa, I suppose it might depend on what type of colon cleanse you are doing, but my assumption is that a colon cleanse would be great to do before your amalgams are out. A colon cleanse doesn't clean out mercury, it just cleans out all the gunk built up in your intestines/colon. I did a gentle one on a daily basis for close to two years, and I think they are very important for cleaning out some toxins and strengthening your body so it can better handle the mercury when you get your amalgams removed and go through chelation. What I did was called a "purge" drink, which consisted of bentonite, psyllium, and water (I also had an antifungal in mine because I have candida). You shake it all together in a jar and it forms a gel that goes through you, gently scraping your intestines while the bentonite absorbs the toxins. The directions and products are sold on www.wholeapproach.com , which focuses on candida cleanses. Also, have you tried the Algin that Russ and Laura sell? That sounds similar, where it is a fiber that absorbs toxins....but I don't know if it serves as a colon cleanse or not....you might have to ask them about it. But I highly recommend that "purge" mix - it's gentle and natural. Take care, ~Tia

Scarlet,
Thanks for the update and info.
I am about to start the coffee enemas, hopefully this week. I don't think it's necessary to start with the lemon enemas though, in order to be safe. I know a lot of people who do the coffee enemas, have had great results, and I've never heard of any problems with it - they are supposed to be completely safe. It is recommended on the Gersen cancer protocol even, and tons of people do them. Although, I am interested in doing the lemon ones too, as you said it helped so much with your candida. I can't seem to get rid of the candida, no matter how hard I try.....either that, or it is just symptoms of mercury....it's hard to tell now, because the symptoms overlap so much. Well, I'll just keep treating it from all sides, I guess.
Thanks for the info, ~Tia
