Hello all,

Im happy to report that ive been doing so well this last while, feeling so good and seem to be on top of things again. Really love waking up everyday and taking on the world.

What I would like to ask you, this may sound crazy but a symptom thats popped up in the last few months is that when i try to remember something or recall a memory I get a physical sensation in my brain that feels like a sagging or a pulling, maybe even a swirling. Maybe you could say that its like a dizziness that lasts a secind or two, but only when i try to remeber. I dont really know how else to explain it. Has anyone else experienced this.

HI Tgoss, great to hear from you. I'm so glad that you are actually getting some of your life back and hope that this is permanent. The symptoms you are getting could quite possibly be signs that more healing is taking place. The body, when it's been poisoned takes a long time to get rid of things and later, when it's improved, it can begin to tackle something else. And some very weird and unexpected sensations can occur.

Sometimes suppressed memories can come to the surface and things that were fogged over, start to come to light and it can be quite a shock I've heard. If you can believe this, some mercury toxic people have had to get psychiatric help AFTER they have gotten well, becuase it's like everything is switched back on, they are totally overwhelmed, though I think that sounds great to me personally, but maybe it's the horror if what they had gone through and suddenly seeing everything clearly again.

but what you're getting could be signs of healing taking place in the brain. Especially the fact that recalling something brings it on. Almost as though pulling a memory draw out inside your mind, is now causing a physical symptom.

That is quite astounding though, but I can't think what else this could be other than some healing, if that area of your mind may have needed it. Certainly, do all you can to aid this process with your diet and good proteins and fats, as believe it or not, (and I had no idea), they actually can help heal the brain up. Cell membranes etc.

I hear some very odd things believe me. Such as people being in tears because suppressed memories arise and they might be very simple memories, or even TV shows they'd seen, but they maybe ones that were seen during a time of great sickness and those very shows canl pop up in the mind and replay scenes and the same sesnations a person had during that time of viewing any programmes or doing any activities at that stage (even the most tedious) will be experienced all over again inside the mind and it can be devastating.

For example (and this is going to sound insane). But I have been very ill, and my life consists of not much more than being online or watching a programme. During these years, because of not doing much, all my brain had to recall was programmes I'd seen. Now, one stage, my body was going into a healing crisis and I didn't know. I had programmes coming up inside my mind, even ordinary nature shows, everything I had seen during these years of severe sickness and the entire sensation of how I felt during that time was experienced and i was absolutely beside myself. I was bawling my eyes out as each show I had seen during that time of severe illness and depressed continued to flash up and replay for reasons I do not understand. I had scenes of movies, nature shows, comedies, everything popping up non stop inside my mind (stuff I had forgotten I had even seen) and all those feelings I had during that time were re-experienced and seeing those movies inside my mind were suddenly a great source of pain and I was close to vomiting. Not becuase the movie itself or programme itself was upsetting, but the way I had felt during those years when viewing anything, was attached to those things. If that makes sense (it probably doesn't it sounds odd I know).

Everything you think do and say is kept inside your mind, Not one thing is actually forgotten, but we often can't access it or remember it, but its' there. It's like a case of draws, it's all stored away and sometimes they can pop out unexpectedly and you can be totally unable to control it. I had sensations of sickness and everything I had seen and done during that time, even the most mundane things were replayed and I was helpless, I lay in bed with this going on, clutching my head and crying and trying to stop the flashing of thoughts, movies and scenes and sensations. All forcing me to re-experience it all. I felt a lot better after it, but everything fell apart again after making other errors in my health. though i think I have more than mercury to take care of, so this might be why I cannot really make progress or any permanent improvement.

but anyway, sorry for the length of this. Just trying to give you some reassurance that it is highly likely further healing is going on and your body and mind will do it in the way it wants to, which is not always pleasant.

So long as a person is aiding this with proper diet etc, they can usually improve, if they don't, the body can sometimes remain in a permanent cycle because it's not abel to detox these things and heal if a person continues to consume anythign that hinders this process. But this depends on the person's constitution and whether they have to make more drastic efforts than someone else who may not have to.

Wow, that is amazing info Bex, unbelievable how this stuff affects our mental processes!!!! I woke this morning with anxiety, stupid me, I ate some prawns last night and really felt the mercury today. Should have waited until I got my algin.

Great to converse with you again, if you can call it that. That really makes so much sense and thanks for the re-assurance. This mercury business is so crazy and weird at times that nothing about it can shock or scare me anymore, ive really come to peace with it and instead of fighting it all the time have really just decided to go with it and give my body a chance to heal instead of hammering it to get well again. really feeling so strong and in touch, lets hoe it lasts lol. How have you been keeping, I really hope much better, pray for you everyday.

Hi there, no worries. And yeah, I think I've almost experienced just about every symptoms there is with mercury (apart from the MS conditions etc). THe symptoms are frightening and vast.

It's very good to hear how you are and I too hope this lasts for you. Me and someone else on here "Jason", are both looking at getting cerec put in our teeth and have been trying to do as much research as we both can. As you are getting better and you have cerec, it is somewhat reassuring to hear also. As I'm sure you are probably a toxic/sensitive person too, as are most of us.

Problem is the expense, which is why I am not be able to get it, but am "trying" to find a dentist who might charge less than others. I find them incredibly UNHELPFUL. They start off "ok" but switch off fast once I ask one too many questions.

At any rate, I'm still trying, but it's frustrating as heck. I hope your brain symptoms do start to abate, I mean I know you're feeling better, but that is annoying to say the least to have that and here's hoping that it's another level of healing.

Though I know when you're feeling better, it's hard to get back into this and people do tend to get on with their lives becuase they've missed out so much of it, plus the fact, your mind alters too when you get better and you start to look outside of the internet etc and start to live again. Which is how it should be!

It is extremely disheartening to deal with these dentists, i personally had many bad experiences just on the phone with them and the prices were also extreme which made it worse as I was also not in the position to just go and splash out on new restoarations. Thank God I eventually found my dentist who was more than understanding and who gave me a payment option that I was able to accept and a good discount. Im so greatful even for that.

Yes the Cerec has gone so well with me, I am extremely sensitive even to common medicines, I even react to tap water lol. Unfortunately here they do not perform sensitivity tests or compatibility tests so I just had to bite the bullet no pun intended and go with it. My dentist was extremely re-assuring, answered all my questions and was even sometimes shocked at how much Id researched concerning this. Everything I knew he re-iterated without me saying a thing so it gave me alot of faith in him. I was very lucky. I wouldn't change a thing.

I will keep coming back as often as I can cause I know how much this forum and the reassurance helped me when i felt like dying. I really hope that you can take the next big step and get your amalgams replaced as soon as possible in the best way possible and start your journey to recovery. HI Tgoss, thanks for that. I don't have amalgams by the way, they were replaced over ten years ago! I have composites that maybe incompatible with me and causing some issues. Many of them are very old now and need redoing, so this is why I'm tryign to find a good replacement materials.

One guy on here said he did a cheek and gum test with cerec and he reacted within 4 hours. He felt odd and got headaches, as well as swelling in the mouth. He also admitted that he's had this reaction so far to I think just about every dental material he's tested in his mouth (maybe all).

I'm wondering if the cheek and gum test is such a good idea, as I wonder if the material, not being set and sealed in the actual tooth, is going to create problems when normally in the tooth it might be ok.

I'm not sure though. But what you have said is definitely reassuring about the cerec. Do you know what block of cerec it is? (e..g Mark Vita II....?), and do you know what bonding agent the dentist used? If you know, I'd be interested to find that out.

Boy you guys are sure doing your research, but it is a good thing cause look where trusting dentists got us. We have to be responsible for our own health, that is for sure. I consider myself very fortunate to have found a dentist that does compatibility testing for dental materials. Do you not have a dentist that does that Bex?

Hi Sandi, no I don't have a dentist that does that testing. I got my own test done from the Clifford serum testing lab myself. And cerec is ok on that, but someone suggested I do a cheek and gum test to make sure.

Yeah you're kind of forced into doing research when so many things have gone wrong in the past, one gets to a point of being terrified of making more mistakes, especially with a material like cerec which costs around a 1000 a tooth.

I still may not be able to get it simply based on cost and the fact i have receding gums, which doesn't bode well for long term tooth health, hence having rolls royce type dental materials, only to find later my teeth end up having to be removed. So, I simply don't know what to do at this point.

Time just goes on and on and I end up getting nothing done at all because of all of this.
