I've been using Sonne brand clay (which is in solution) for some time now. I take it nightly and when I miss my Algin dose or otherwise violate dietary restrictions that promote greater mercury mobility.
In my case, it appears that my liver is capable of clearing mercury, but that I can easily reabsorb it--hence the use of Algin and clay.
It is highly unlikely that simply drinking the clay solution will promote constipation. I've found that psyllium can very easily cause constipation in me depending on how much liquid I consume during the day or if something else slows down the transit speed.
Nina: I too experienced the nightmares. In my case it was a combination of too much glutamate/aspartate and low anti-oxidant status. I was helped immensely by reducing exposure to processed and restaurant foods and animal protein. Following removal of amalgams, I've only had a handful of horrible nightmares. The validity of the glutamate/aspartate hypothesis in you would be supported by experiencing cold hands/feet and insomnia on days with high glutamate/aspartate exposure.

Clay is very constipating and should be taken with LOTS of water. I also do this, but forgot to once and was constipated for about 3 days!

Dawn I have been taking bentonite clay mixed with phsyllin husk and have slowly started to feel worse and worse. I stopped it today and am already feeling better. I wonder what it is about it that might cause problems?

Hi Everyone, I tryed the clay that you take by mouth too. I had to stop it because I had severe constipation to begin with. I believe this would pull the metals out if I was able to eleminate everyday, but it didn't since it just sat in my colon along with the heavy metals that it took with it. So it makes since that although it may be good for someone else, it wasen't for me. Since the toxic heavy metals were sitting in my colon for days and even weeks, the toxins would redristribute into my blood stream infecting my blood and making me even more sick. I believe this clay is beneficial for people unlike myself because although it has aluminum in it, the metals and toxins in your body are attracted to the clay and then are carried out through the colon and out the body. Clay baths work even better. Since I could not expel the clay through my colon, I expelled it through my skin. I used the Moorbath deap peat and the LL's magnetic bentonite clay baths to detox before and after amalgam removal. They worked excellent which I believed saved my life!!! I still use them every 2 weeks now. You can find the Moorbath at www.dermamed.com. Then click to- Specialty products. Then click to- Moorbath. Since this is more powerful, I used it before amalgam removal every 3 days since I was so toxic. PLEASE NOTE; If you have high blood pressure, then do not take the moorbath. I used the the LL's Magnetic clay baths after amalgam removal. you can find this bath at Alive and Aware Natural Health E bay Store. Chris Hall always has great deals and cares more for peoples health than selling his products. Good luck, From SCARLET, <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I haven't confirmed mercury toxicity for myself, but I started drinking clay last week. Within a few hours the first time I consumed it, I had incredible energy, physical and mental. I haven't felt this good in a really long time! I am taking it daily on an empty stomach.
If anyone is having constipation problems, even though they are consuming a lot of water, I highly recommend a probiotic called Primal Defense by Garden of Life. I have been taking this for months, and it makes me very regular. I take mine at night before I go to bed.

oh, it just must be bad, cuz it's different. I think all if you need to run and get shots how, and then go and sit alone and watch tv. And when you get alzheimers, remember, no way is it the 60x safe level mercury in a flu shot. NO. It's, um... It's old age that gave it to you, yeah.
