I'm just curious to what peoples reactions are to eating Eggs with regardings to chelating. Eggs for me are the only food i can eat where after im feeling a little more alert. What does this mean? What are other peoples experiences.

The only thing that I can think of is that the sulfur in eggs binds with circulating mercury. I feel great after having my 3 egg omelette too, I have energy for the whole day.

You maybe low in sulfur, and the eggs are providing your body with what it needs. Some people who are high in sulfur, can have issues with high sulfur foods and need to be careful. You obviousy respond well, which would indicate you'd do well including other sulfur foods also, like onions, broccoli, brussell sprouts, leek, etc.
Sulfur can indeed mobilise mercury, so some people have to watch this because it can cause symptoms and bounce the mercury around more. Yu maybe ok, because that extra sulfur may simply be providing youwith what your body is lacking. Those again who are high in sulfur, may find the extra sulfur is doing not much more than redistributing mercury, which can be risky.

The glutathione in our liver uses sulfur to neutralize the heavy metals, most of us need extra glutathione too....which milk thistle helps to produce. I suppose if we consume too much sulfur at once, it may bind to too much mercury and overload the elimination system and maybe get redistributed.
But if you feel better, it is probably because the sulfur is taking a load of your liver...it really works for me too!!!
That is the role of sulfur from what I have read anyway.
