Absolutely
I am a single mom of 3 and I was blessed to have all eight of mine removed in February. The dentist donated all of it!
I was scared too, but God got me through it just fine.
Now I am up in arms in what to do for a detox. You all have such good advise but I just dont know what procedure to do as I really need to do this slow so I can still function and take care of my kids.
I will pray for you tonight and all will be fine!
Teri

Wow that is great Teri, and how lucky you were to find a dentist that donated his time. Did you get it done through the Jigsaw Foundation? I did 100mg of DMSA every 3 days, I couldn't see myself getting up every 4 hours to do Cutler's protocol. My process may be a bit slower, but I think slow and steady is the only way to chelate.
I am sure you will be fine Laurie, I wish you all the best and I will definitely keep you in my prayers tonight. Be sure to let us know how you make out, you will soon have a mercury free mouth!!!
best love, Sandi xoxo

I had applied to the Jigsaw Foundation last fall, but they are having funding issues - they were very serious about helping me though. My dentist knew I was waiting on them and another quarter went by and they couldn't help again. I had went in for a problem I was having with one of my fillings being cracked and I told him I didn't know how much longer I could keep waiting. He told me that he had just partnered with a new dentist last fall and that she had a morning the following week with no appointments scheduled and she could probally do 4 of them for me on that day. Well at that point tears welled up in my eyes as I was so grateful. So I had them done and when I was finished the assistant said he had called and said to schedule me to get the last 4 done the following week! God knew I couldnt take much more of this mercury and He blessed me with this dentist who was so generous to do this for me. I will be eternally grateful to them for this.
So where do you purchase this DMSA and does it take the mercury out of your brain? That is where I am having the most of my problems - I literally feel like I am brain dead and have lost well over half my hair too.

You can get DMSA here, it's mixed with other stuff and well tested, matches exactly the formula my doctor gives me. http://www.healthmasters.com/products/index.shtmlThe item called 'Chelation Therapy'. Recommeded dose is to take two per day just before bedtime for slow easy chelation. Take vitamins in the morning. you can call their office for more info.

Thanks Teri and Sandi, your words and prayers mean so much to me. Everything went well, except we did not use a dam d/t my jaw wanting to lock up. The dam made it impossible to work in my mouth so they were extra viligent with the high speed suction. When I was done, I was overcome with tears. I couldn't help but just weep. I have had mercury in my mouth sense I was 9 and the thought of no mercury was too much for me to control my emotions. Teri, I am going to follow Andrew Cultlers protocol as best as I can understand it. My ability to comprehend many things is still a big problem for me and I am constantly rereading to get it to stick. Slow and steady as Sandi says is what I am going to try to do I can't afford to rush because my kids need me to be there for them mentally and physically and I have had too many of those days where I couldn't be a mom to them. God knows and understands and I just need to give it up to Him I am so glad it went well for you. Wow - the exact thing happened to me when they were done with my last filling, I just started to cry. They had to give me a few minutes before they could finish with my bite. I totally understand about the comprehention thing - I call it being brain dead. One of my boys wants to teach me chess so bad but I just cant learn anything at all. I tried to explain to him that my brain just isn't working the way it should right now, but hopefully some day it will get better.

Happy campers...that is us mercury free!!!!!! Yeah, and best luck to all the rest of you that are waiting to get them out. Because I have no mercury in my mouth, I have a much better chance of beating the cancer in my body.
Thanks to God for bringing you to that dentist Teri, what a wonderful story. And congrats to you Laurie for being mercury free.
I get the DMSA from my ND, but currently am not taking it cause of chemotherapy.
Best luck, Sandi xoxo

Teri,
I am so happy for you that you completed your removal. I totally understand your concerns about wanting to be well enough to take care of your children during chelation. I, too, am brain dead and just want to be there for my son. I haven't removed my amalgams yet because of my fears that I would get worse, and would not be there for him. It's so scary to see my 8 year old a zillion times sharper than me. I have trouble processing things he says to me, and the books he reads for school, cannot help him with his analytical math problems. I'm getting ready to go to his baseball game in a few minutes, but it will take everything out of me just to go watch him play baseball because I'm so tired. I'm getting up the courage for removal soon because I have to try to do something to get better. I really wanted to have more children and this all hindered me from being able to. I really hope you start to feel benefits soon - I know much you want to really be able to experience "being there" with your kids - that is all I want in life too! Keep us posted as to how you are doing. Remember, we are all there for you if you need us.

Veggie Mom, Terri, Sandy and everyone
I just got a chance to get on the forum today -- (my little nephew was sleeping over this week!) Veggie Mom and Terri- I'll say a prayer for you guys too!
Don't forget to get some of that Algin. I took that before my filings were replaced, and during and afterwards- and I still take it - but now with Chlorella . It is the best thing anyone detoxing from Mercury can have. It will sponge up stray mercury that even Chlorella may accidentally spill throughout the body. Take it with plenty of fluids- or juices as it works best when you are hydrated.
Hair loss is a symptom of mercury needing to be removed-- I actually had some hair loss weeks after my last filling replacement- but It stopped after I took an MSM supplement meant for hair and nails. It was from Nature's Way brand but I believe Herb Allure has MSM here too you can order.
