I really had to tell you all... I had some gray hairs, oh since my mid-30's nothing major, been getting worse the past few years, seemed quite much worse during my couple months of real bad mercury posioning... They are turning back to brown after all my heavy duty chelating!
Really I am not kidding. Not all of them, but a major portion... no more grey at the temples anymore, very few up top.
I am very pleased with that. I never expected it.

Maybe, probably which is great... and also I actually think it's that the bad metals are not where they should not be in much greater proportion.
A doctor told me, that hair tests are used because they are a good indication of metals in the brain, which pushes them out via your hair (feel bad for baldies). Because I had asked if it were possible to use hair from another part of the body and I was told no for that reason.
maybe that is why I do not seem to suffer as much as others. it was greyer a few months ago but it has always been real thick,, maybe a lot of the mercury in my head simply existed via my hair.
anyway, it's really true, back to brown, and I am still working on it. This is a major difference btw, I am talking about 75-80% of my grey is quickly receding.
amazing.

How much copper did you supplement with? Thanks.
Gabriella
Step by step, that's how you achieve success.

I experienced graying in my mid 30's and it would go away about 50% to 80% in 1 week with copper supplementation. It was amazing. hmmm... my initial blood tests showed my copper as being a little bit high (at the point my hair was really getting grey fast)so I have made a conscious effort the past few months to lessen my intake of copper. I have read on the web about copper supplements having the ability to turn grey back to brown, but I am truly wondering at this point if that's the real issue. Extra copper maybe is effective when a person has too much of other (unwanted) metals perhaps? Too much copper is known to cause cancer and other problems, as our friend Sandi well knows. Anyway, mine is turning back to brown without copper, matter of fact I avoid supplements with copper altogether if possible, though most have some, but some have way too much in my opinion. I think I get enough copper just from the water line in the kitchen tap and the copper bottomed pots, which are on their way to the garbage can.
