I have heard the term congested liver ,what is it ,what are the symtoms and how do you fix it

If you have mercury then your liver is 90% sure to be congested - not producing enzymes and hormones, oxygen into the blood as it should.

Usually coughing, skin issues, fatigue -- if your liver is not clean then your adrenals will not work and so on and so on.

I am a high believer to integrate some homeopathics with natural chelators.

Beets are good for cleansing the liver, lots of greens and milk thistle made a world of difference for me.

Hi there heavy, when ya do that liver cleanse, get a LOT a that unbleached toilet paper,a few good magazines and don't be far from the comode. It's a real eye (?) opener first time around. Good though.

I don't know much about liver detoxes, or the liver itself, but I do agree that if you have mercury your liver will be very "slow". Adrenals and your liver are most certainly connected. Low cortisol means low liver function and I think the majority of mercury symptoms are caused by its endocrine disrupting effects, including adrenal disfunction
