I hope you can find out what is causing the pain Tracy. I would not take quinine. Leg cramps can be a sign of low magnesium, are you still taking some?

I'm not a doctor <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />, but leg cramps are a definant sign of magnesium deficiency. Make sure that you aren't taking calcium and if you eat a lot of dairy foods you will need even more magnesium to balance you mg/cal.

I would definitely try magnesium, Russ recently wrote how mercury is such an antagonist of magnesium.
Hope you get some relief and feel better soon,
Best love, Sandi xoxo

Message us a bit old but responding anyways ...
Most likely it is a deficency in a mineral - magnesium or calcium or patassium or sodium. Usuaully could take a bit to get the minerals replaced
hows the cramps doing btw?
