Wondering if stevia is OK to use on the candida diet. There are so many restrictions. Thanks, Diane

Yes it is one of the allowed sweeteners and xylitol made from the birch tree, not the one made from corn,...it is full of aflatoxins and likely GMO corn.

I started using Natren Healthy Trinity and feeling swollen glands and tightness in the neck, but am sure this is a die off symptom
- my colon issues are sure way better....
started with 1 cap every 2 days first month

yes the fungus also is a major factor in growing cancer cells...it is so important to keep the candida under control.

Hello Sandi, I was wondering about the candida. I went to an alternitive doc so i know I have candida and parasites...also went to conventional doc and he told me I have IBS. The IBS symptoms are the candida and parasites doing they're dirty work...I am assuming. I also had h-pylori which that horrible pain has stopped but I still get the gas, bloating, and all that. Sometimes I get some burning in the intestinal area. I was just wondering if this burning sensation is the candida or parasites or could it be the mercury moving and hopefully leaving. I had alot of burning with the h-pylori and do not want to go there ever again, so I was wondering if this might be die off I am experiencing or the mercury moving and would appreciate any info you or anyone else can give me on this subject. I just went through my second parasite cleanse...well I did 2 weeks, taking break for a week and will do another week on them. Hope this is the right way to do this. Five days ago I started taking the olive leaf extract. I have done one cleanse with the candida but only for about a week and half and felt pain like I have never felt before...flu like symptoms ect... they were also working on my viruses at the same time(I have six of those nasty things running high in body) It was so painful I had to stop not to mention expensive. So I decided I would give it a go here at the house so I could move at a slower pace and not get that horrible reaction. Another question I have is can you do the olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract at the same time as doing some chelation without getting those horrible aches and pains. I plan on keeping the dose low for some time but got to get this show on the road if ya know what I mean. I really hope you can shed some light on that burning sensation...do not want to go through the h-pylori scene again. Anyways I appreciate any info from anyone. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> Thanks to Everybody Sorry I didn't see this sooner Skies...you are tackling alot of problems at once. It is best to try to kill the candida and heal the leaky gut that accompanies it before killing parasites or a heavy metal detox. Otherwise all those mobilized toxins just get into the blood stream and overburden the liver. I would never take GSE, it gave me horrid die off and I have since read really bad stuff about it. I think the best yeast killers are caprylic acid and garlic for the gut yeast, and pau d'arco tea, and olive leaf extract and kolorex for systemic candida. There are many more natural antifungals too, like pumpkin seeds, flax oil and garlic as I mentioned. It is too hard for your liver and adrenals to work on removing dead yeast, parasites and heavy metals all at once...you could just be redistributing some of the accumulating toxins. Best luck and HTH!!! Hope this helps, Sandi xoxo
