I am a mercury poisoned male in my mid twenties twenties and chelating with ALA. I suffer from depression and having lots of bad mental symptoms. It's a terrible condition and there is little or no support from friends and family. I am looking for 1-2 'detox buddies' who are going through the same thing and feel alone and isolated wih their illness and want to communicate via internet on a regular basis. the things i struggle with:

- depression
- very emotional
- social withdrawal and loneliness
- unable to concentrate
- feeling weird

I'm new here too! When I first started getting sick no one believed me and they all thought I had lost my mind. You don't know how many times I was told it's all in your head!!! I knew it wasn't...how could I feel like crap everyday. Anyways I have alot of those same symptoms you mentioned, as everyone else does on this forum. I don't know as much as they all do but I can lend an ear when ya need one. Hang in there I know it is rough but we all here for the same reason...to get well!!! Glad you found the forum I was looking for some friends I could relate to when I found it too. I thank God for that everyday.

hi, yes i have all those symptoms and tons more,im also chelating with ALA. Im continuously detoxing, i dont take a day off,if im not chelating, im juicing or doing coffee enemas, its going to take me years to get better, i used to feel like i should be dead and some days i still do, im just hoping that this will be a thing of the past one day. Are you on the candida diet? This was my first step.

These forums are full of health regaining activities to try. And some of us are actually getting better too! I have made significant progress in the last 3 weeks, finally I seem to have turned the corner. Happy Dayz for me, welcome and good luck to you.

I had 2 fillings placed when i was 7. I think i was affected from the beginning. I still remember the day when i got them. it was dark cold and sad day. Since then I was worrying all the time and was melancholic sometimes.

I did have some mercury symptons but i liked my life. When i was 16 i got depressed. The depression hasn't lifted since then. When i was 20 i realised i had ADD. Not sure if my fillings have been my only source of exposure.

It sounds like your body is having a bad reaction to the heavymetals ,like hal huggins says in his book "its all in your head" its not how much mercury is in your body ,but how your body reacts to the mercury , the bright side is you will only have to remove and replace two amalgam filling , and since you are younger then the chances are you will heal alot faster , but removing those poisonous fillings would be a very good start , try to find a mercury free dentist that can safely remove the old filling , if you can't find one localy then I can give you a web address where you can , ( good luck),
p.s depession is one of the top symtoms of mecury poisoning as many of us now know ,I had 15 original amalgam fillings the last one came out this last april and doing much better , if you need a detox buddy ,"I'm in "just private e-mail me ,but most of the people on this forum are dealing with the same issue in one form or another
