if you could wake up tomorrow and get rid of your worst symtom for good what would it be ? and how long has it plagued you ?

Anxiety!!

The worst has been a slightly off balance, dizzy feeling like my ears are affected a bit. But that seems to be almost gone a lot of days now. Whatever that was created a weird feeling in me, like maybe I could fall over - very anxiety provoking. The next would be fatigue, but I am gonna feel like a million bucks if I can beat the balance thing. And I think it is going.

Sorry, missed that - that has been going on for 3 or 4 years. Before I knew about mercury, I remember having the feeling and the anxiety - so I agree with Colin too - I am just saying the anxiety is being caused by the physical action of mercury on the body. Anxiety sucks - I have been for 90% of my life a petty happy, calm person.

I have dealt with my stomach problems for 3 years and this last year it was severe. If I could get rid of the stomach problems and the pain that comes along with it I would give anything. My anxiety and depression is not as bad as it was and might be easier to deal with if my stomach would just clear up. Well one of my worst problems is that I have a hard time getting up at all in the morning. If I try to get up early like 10 am, I feel like crap the rest of the day. This has been going on for 15 years.

Anxiety/ fear.

(My mother says I was always a bit anxious as a child)but I would say the last 8years or so,varying in severity.
(now I'm wondering does my anxiety stem from childhood vacinations!)

anxiety and loss of balance so severe just tried to have a bath fell over and smahed my head up the wall oh and anger

My chronic back pain. 10 years of hell.

Top of my to-do-list-when-i-get-better is to be able to practice yoga again. I have a list next to my bed and keep a note of all the things I’m gonna do when I get better. I really miss my yoga, big time. I used to practice 6 days a week, every morning before work.

That would be a tough choice. Some days the fatigue is the worst problem. Other days the muscle ache is. Other times the chemical sensivity is really dragging me down, and exposure to fragrances, cigarrette smoke, diesel fumes, etc. might trigger a headache, inense muscle ache, or great fatigue. I might be feeling good, then exposure to something I am sensitive to really drags me down. I need to avoid large indoor crowds for this reason.

I can't just pick one. But if my 3 kids could pick, it would be the anger. One second totally calm, next second forget it I'm a different person over nothing worth getting angry about and there's absolutly nothing I can do to prevent it. Been dealing with it sence first getting pregnant 8 years ago and after having dental work done.

If I could wake up and have my strength back that would be awesome.I used to do construction work and pick up heavy things now for 2 years I cant pick up a stack of pans without my arms feeling there going to fall off

The last 3 I can go with this life sucks

feeling detatched from people and the world around me,it freaks me out.

my worst symtom is not being able to workout , before this crap hit me, I would mountain bike at least 3 times aweek and weight lift every other day since I was in my teens , can not workout at all ,IT will raise my cortisol levels and I will feel like crap within a few days
I wish that I could tranfer all the symtoms in this post to the head of the american dental assosiation or any one responible for the contribution of this illness and let them feel what they are doing to people ,every day with there greed and corruption.

My body won't tolerate any aerobic activity. If I try to run or do any other aerobic activity then lactic acid builds up rather quickly and my muscles ache greatly. On some days when I am feeling somewhat better I can walk a few miles if I don't push myself to move too fast.I feel better after these walks.
