Hi again
You could write and request that your original dental records be forwarded to your new dentist - simple. No need to wait for someone to make copies. Nothing at all unusual about that. It would be the same if you changed doctor. (Of course they now know about your actual reason, mercury awareness, but again its not really their business!) It wont get anyone into trouble, its normal procedure. Keep it formal and short, or ask your new dentist to do it - that might get a more prompt response. Yes its true they can get very twitchy, furious even, as and when patients query their use of the Neurotoxin-That-Is-Mercury so basically, just dont bait them. You arent going to get a straight/accurate answer from these people because they are in denial... and occupationally exposed too remember (My ex-dentist is medically retired, from what ive heard... well it would be no surprise. One weird thing i remember about him was that he never took that paper mask off, like he was hiding his face / expression...?) Anyway. Theres no point arguing with these people - you will need all energy and focus for getting well, moving forward!
Oh, to explain, i requested a copy of my records before the originals were sent to the mercury-free dentist in Edinburgh (im in Aberdeen). It has to be said, they are practically illegible. I wonder if that guy has any clue whats happened to him, or what impact he has had on so many lives. Just 'following orders'. Ignorance really is the most dangerous disease, ach.
Anyway, hope that helps!

Oh. Just one more thing - another Columbo fan eh? lol

Hi Virago, the dentist was awaytoday,I will try again tomorrow, and if he's not back,I'll post him a letter requesting the records.
Yes I had galvanic current testing, the worst effected tooth had 3tiny fillings reacting to each other and causing me most of the grief, I was told.I was also told that I had an infection that wouldn't clear up till those 3 were out.I just had them out on Friday &am feeling good so far.Could this be it for me,is this ill health finally over? From what I hear on these forums ,it seems to take years to fully detox the mercury. I'm hoping it just gets better from here and it should, like my dentist said "the mercury tap has now been turned off" 1of the galvanic current readings on a large amalgam was nearly off the scale, dentist said he had not seen 1 that high in years.Do you still have any fillings in? Are you saying Scotland has the highest obesity rates? my sister will have her work cut out for her lecturing about sports/exercise.(I realise there's more to it than lack of exercise though.) Yes the city gets me down sometimes.Concrete jungle as they say.I love to be out in the wilderness & the forests. That seagull is probably addicted to the msg,I thought of that too.Yes all of this has a profound effect on every living creature Just watched a dvd on msg.horrible stuff.even in baby formula milks.and the list goes on and on...

looking back i was never healthy,in old photos my face is covered in excema, and my neck glands are swollen, i look like a hamster, i was incredibly shy too, i didnt interact with kids at school. my mum tells me i nearly died after one vaccine, i went blue all over, i got over it though. through my life ive had many vaccines, i had loads as a teenager, i needed them for north africa, a while after my thyroid went haywire, i had to have it removed, i wish i knew then what i knew now, my dad got alzeimers maybe i could have stopped it in its tracks. my life will never be the same as it was, i dont think il recover fully.

Hi Sunflower It is sad. I have lost about 12 years of my life too and I wonder just how much my vaccines as a child had to do with my health growing up. When I was young I could never play in the snow with the other kids. If I did I would feel like I had the flu for 2 or 3 days. Had my tonsils removed when I was 6 years old. We always thought everything went back to not having my tonsils but maybe it was all about the mercury. I also started having migrane headaches shortly after my amalgams were put in and thats when I started having depression and anxiety too. It all really sucks and its too bad that so many peoples health is in jeopary just because of others greediness. Hope you are feeling better soon. I am hanging on and taking one day at a time...one step at a time. I had my tonsils and adenoids out when I was 8, I was always sick and anemic, and then my appendix ruptured when I was 19, all due to mercury I am sure. It affects all the body's systems. Since I have been taking iodine, my tsh has tripled, I am not cold anymore and feel so much better.....even with full blown cancer. And my Nd said my mercury is gone, but now aluminum is showing up. I wonder what is next? We are going to improve, we won't be the same as we were when we were twenty, but then I wouldn't want all that anxiety again anyway. And at least now we are without the mercury!!! Best love, Sandi xoxo

Hi Wow, 2 scraps of paper? That does NOT constitute your 'dental records' at all! Is this what was forwarded to your new dentist? There should be at the very least some basic information form with your (then) personal details, and ALL appointments and treatments chronologically listed. (I got photocopies of X-rays as well) This is what I found on the Irish Dental Council site; http://www.dentalcouncil.ie/g_dentalethics.php"16. Dentists have a duty to maintain adequate and accurate records of all matters relating to their treatment of patients. These records should be kept in a secure location and retained for a reasonable period, not likely to be less than ten years, before being destroyed. " I would not stand for being fobbed off with post-its; what the hell kind of 'professional' treats their (ex) patients like that?? I guess you really did rock their denial boat with your impertinent mercurial awareness. Well I'd get some kind of formal letter together, let them know your experience isnt going to be just swept under the proverbial carpet like so many. Isnt it strange that a record of your 'health' treatments is deemed so unimportant? Why is it, in cases of unexplained deaths / homicides that human dental records are sometimes ESSENTIAL to the police investigations in identifying the deceased? I'm damn sure these numpties wouldnt submit bloody POST-ITS to a court of law! lol. V

Hey Sandi and Dawn Man I thought i was the only one that had problems as a child...sure is a small world huh? I bet it was all due to the mercury and vaccines. Gee who knows after all the poisons they put out there for us to come across. Sandi you mention taking the iodine and that helped with being cold. Would love to know more about the iodine especially if it would help with the coldness. I stay cold all the time and winter is fixing to start and I hate it because of that fact. It is still getting 80 degrees here and I have already shut down the A/C for the winter and put my shorts away too. Just can't seem to stay warm. Any suggestions would be helpful. Hang in ther guys I am praying for all of you. Love Rachel Check out this site, they have tons of info on how it works, http://z11.invisionfree.com/Health_...197afeeb1c4bfdf19b62&showforum=4 it also kills candida and chelates metals as well, so proceed with caution. It is so great being warm again, I can't believe the difference it has made in me. Hopefully it is killing the cancer too. Any more questions, please feel free to ask. Best love, Sandi xoxo

Dental 'professionals', left and right. They are professional scumbags, lots of them. Their dentistry, a professional con game too. What else would you expect? Mine sent copies of my xrays alright... so over exposed they are unreadable. I'm sure he was afriad of being sued. It's illegal for them to nlot keep records, it's illegal for them to not give them to you if you request them, in the USA anyway, most states. Of course lots of them tell you otherwise... like mine did of course. I reported him to the state dental board. What became of it I really don't know I know they were 'investigating' a while, thing is it's such a corrupt industry from the get go that I don't think you can even reliably say that if a dentist did something illegal he'll even get a slap on the wrist.. he might well get a nod and a handshake very hard to say from what I can tell. They are only out there to make money without very much thought to anyone's real health, lots of them anyway, it's real obvious and so important to keep in mind. The fact that they charge $500.00/hr to put poison in your mouth is all the proof you should need. Everything is for the dentist's convenience, not the patient's. Must be, because there are good materials out there but most dentists only use the few that are cheap and easy to use. And they still charge like they are putting pure gold in there. The only golden rule I can actually discern in the dental field is 'never ever admit you made a mistake'.
