Hi Fuggles. If u want to detox mercury you need to use DMSA, or DMPA, and/or ALA using the correct safe protocol, earliest 4 days after you are amalgam free. I like http://www.detoxyourworld.com lots of goodies on there. you should try the nut butter. Yummy. ……(whisper)……the chocolate is good too. I sneak in one or two in each order…..ummmmm…..(shhhhhh!) But anyway….teas…..i’m not an expert but I do drink herb teas everyday. Those teas will not detox mercury. But they do detox other parts of you. That teatox looks pretty good. I’d drink that, if it didn’t have the pau d’arco in it. but should be fine for you. Pau D’arco : now this is seriously good stuff. Really good parasite detox that is. Drink 3 cups of that per day for a week and you will know all about it. You will get a load of die-off symptoms. I did. It is included in the parasite cleanse I use too. but that’s just me and I have very resistant parasites. For me, this is not strong enough, for me it just stirs up my aches and pains and just hurts me without kill the buggers inside me. Yes…I’d go for either of those two teas. If you drink a lot of them you will feel it. Cilantro tea will not detox the mercury from you. It will redistribute the mercury inside you. Maybe move it from your liver to your kidneys? Maybe kidneys to liver. Maybe to your brain? It has the potential to really hurt you and screw u up. Just to chime on about cilantro. When I first got my amalgams replaced by iaomt DDS he recommended cilantro drops. I did them for about 3 months THEN gotvery bad redistribution issues. I always STAY AWAY FROM ALL CILANTRO. I react TERRIBLY to any cilantro now. ANY. And I love the flavor. My son eats cilantro pesto rice from whole foods, and when there issoeleftohisplate I am tempted but NEVER even touch it. Really. I get REALLY bad headaches. I say stay away. Alison. Peace. that was just the first from many testimonials about Cilantro……you may read more here http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/Chelation_products.html#cilantro

Sunshine, are you recommending P'Arco separately from the Humaworm cleanse via the tea to really get the parasites out? Or??? Thanks...

Cilantro is a funny thing. I was able to eat this almost all summer, then suddenly in the last few months, get side effects.
It was the same with chlorella. Did fine on the stuff with the amalgams in, once they were out---it was down right awful! Do not recommend either one once the amalgams are out....

You can drink it anytime you want. I will be drinking some when I start my parasite cleanse. For loads of Pau D’arco info click here http://www.rain-tree.com/paudarco.htm Pau d'arco also has a long history in herbal medicine around the world. In South American herbal medicine, it is considered to be astringent, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and laxative; it is used to treat ulcers, syphilis, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal problems, candida and yeast infections, cancer, diabetes, prostatitis, constipation, and allergies. It is used in Brazilian herbal medicine for many conditions including cancer, leukemia, ulcers, diabetes, candida, rheumatism, arthritis, prostatitis, dysentery, stomatitis, and boils. In North American herbal medicine, pau d'arco is considered to be analgesic, antioxidant, antiparasitic, antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and laxative, as well as to have anticancerous properties. It is used for fevers, infections, colds, flu, syphilis, urinary tract infections, cancer, respiratory problems, skin ulcerations, boils, dysentery, gastrointestinal problems of all kinds, arthritis, prostatitis, and circulation disturbances. Pau d'arco also is employed in herbal medicine systems in the United States for lupus, diabetes, ulcers, leukemia, allergies, liver disease, Hodgkin's disease, osteomyelitis, Parkinson's disease, and psoriasis, and is a popular natural remedy for candida and yeast infections. The recorded uses in European herbal medicine systems reveal that it is used in much the same way as in the United States, and for the same conditions.

I actually stopped using chlorella for the most part.
It was good when I was real sick, and had brain fog daily. But, I haven't had any brain fog in a couple months except when I have eaten certain things... like wormwood... but I noticed a couple months ago that the chlorella was helping keep some brain fog around so i quit using it.
I eat fresh cilantro, the whole bunch like when you buy a bunch at the grocery wrapped in a twist tie... and I use a good amount of garlic with that (several cloves, this gets HOT), a half lemon's worth of lemon juice, about 1/4-1/3 cup of olive oil, I add in some flax seed (whole) because i like the crunch and taste.. I might add a tablespoon of walnut oil in there... I might add some fresh parsley or basil (lots of basil in the summer when available fresh) I run the cilantro and parsley and garlic through the food prcessor so everything is chopped small... I put that mixture on about 1/2-1 cup of mixed grain pasta. and yummmm....
I do real well with that once or twice a week. Every now and then I will get a big mercury push in various body parts, can feel it, like a cold drippy sensation, can be anywhere... head, hand, leg, feet, spine... well actually most times, even the day after eating it... I drink lots of water after eating that mixture, keep drinking water all day... if the mercury drip gets heavy I will take 25-50 mgs of DMSA. Otherwise I leave it to my body to eliminate. seems to work is all I can tell you. the garlic is what makes your body able to eliminate the mercury, so if you don;t like garlic this is not for you. Lots of garlic. And minerals 3-5 hours after eating that... zinc, calcium, magnesium. In theory the idea is to replace quickly what gets drawn out so that it doesn't redistribute but eliminates.
works for me. the lemon-olive oil is also part of the liver cleanse regimen so i think I have a good combo here.
You get better mercury release if you don't drink milk that day. i do like to add some parmesan cheese on top of that though. i always do that.

The first time I ever experienced it was after the doctor started adding DMPS to my IV drip during my heavy duty chelation. It started probably the next day, in my thigh. I had to keep looking down because it felt exactly like cold water dripping down my leg. I actually even took a hike to the bathroom and checked, because it was so strong. and kept happening, that I had to double check I wasn't peeing in my pants. you know, bad mercury poisoning and gosh what I went through, if I had been peeing my pants it would have just been another item to add to the list of atrocities. But I was not peeing, underwear was dry, leg was dry... but there was that cold drippy sensation. It probably went on all day, off and on foir a couple days... after every single DMPS IV. That was my turning point in the chelation. I really took a turn for the better at that point, and I am real sure it's because of the DMPS, which caused those big releases of mercury, drippy mercury, from my muscle and bones. My head began feeling clear for the first time in months. i had enormous brain fog when i was sick. oh, it was unbearable. dreadful.
So then later on, when I wanted to stop the IV's, my garden was coming in and I had heard that cilantro was one of the best chelators available, better than DMSA (which has never given me a drip sensation), perhaps even better than DMPS.
So i started making my cilantro pesto dish which I describe above, and sure enough, the cold drippy runny mercury sensation again. I get it just about every time, not always, but generally within several hours of eating that pesto (lots of cilantro, lots of garlic). I rarely take DMSA anymore. Last week, i was really dripping heavy duty, in several places, legs, spine, head... my feet last week were really going. that's good, I have never felt the sensation in my feet before. I did take DMSA last week because of that. 50 mgs I think, one dose, maybe two a few hours apart.
It feels exactly, exactly, like cold, not ice cold but cool water, dripping on your skin, sometimes if it's coming out of your spine it's just a sensation inside your back running downward along your spine.
I highly recommend you keep DMSA on hand if you want to do this routine. It is an excellent chelation routine but if your get that drip sensation, a little bit i think your body can cope with it, but if it's major, it's probably a good idea to take some DMSA because the stuff that drips, it's going to get picked up by your blood, and if you take the DMSA right when you feel it or just a tad afterward, you can really catch a good load, already in your blood stream, and eliminate it. Drink water so you pee a lot.
i feel real good for the most part. Not 100% back to normal, i'd give myself about a 92 or so. Mostly I just don't have the energy I had before, I have to rebuild my strength... i have a lot of energy but am so busy... It's not a general fatigue by any means, but I think the past year of going through all that has left me pretty much in a state of 'whew' that was rough and I have had so much catching up to do.. and so I do more resting than I used to. I worked pretty hard all summer, garden, my own work. A couple months of kind of lazy is overdue. i am in my second month of kind of lazy now... I will probably go at one more... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Otherwise i am doing pretty much everything I normally would prior to getting ill.

Okay, well last night I had some raw cacao powder hot chocolate, which is basically raw chocolate powder with hot water. And then I added some coconut oil. The raw cacao powder has 33 per cent more nutrition than cacao nibs and beans because of the way it is extracted, and apparently is is naturally high in sulphur, just one of the many nutrients it has. Anyway, I drank it with the coconut oil, and I was so tired for about 4 hours after, like in a daze that i just could not control, til about 4 hours later when I recovered and felt normal again. I dont know if it had anything to do with mercury, but it might have done. Andy Cutler advises strongly against chlorella. he's not sure enough yet about cilantro, though it does have ability apparently to chelate brain and nervous system. However, he doesn't understand the way it works enough to prescribe a safe protocol. Certainly it should not be used early in the programme for fear of redistributing more body/blood mercury into the brain.

People have been badly messed up by both these products. Some do great on them though, (sosick is one). However many people reccomend it. I will give it a go and see how it affects me. Dr Mercola aswell reccomends it, so its got some merit to it. And the pain from it might be the detox phase, I dont know, it might be because many people experience pain during detox from eating at mcdonalds for 20 years of their life and suddenly adding chlorella might hurt a bit naturally. I actually stopped using chlorella for the most part.

3-8 grams a day, broken up into 2-4 gram doses throughtout the day. Min 2 grams per dose. Max 4 grams per dose. Mix with water or juice, add some psyllium fiber or crushed flax seed to that routine. I'd use garlic somewhere in my menu with the chlorella also.
I used it for about 6 months. daily.

SS: the reason I asked about the cool drippy feeling is because I get that sensation from my liver and my stomach and that's where I have most of my problems along with healing the adrenals. I thought it was food or parasites. Maybe it's mercury and parasites, but it sounds like its a symptoms of things leaving and that makes me feel better. Thanks. Gabriella

I actually just started feeling the sensation in my stomach recently, since I have been doing the hulda clark liver cleanses. Maybe there aren't as many parasites there to absorb it now.
I should maybe take some DMSA prior to eating a big dish of cilantro pesto from now on.
But yes, that's the sensation, and it is undoubtedly mercury.

Just know for sure it is. I have never ever had the sensation in my life until I got mercury poisoned and was chelated. I am real sure the stomach sensation is mercury laden bile being dumped.
You should definitely eat garlic if you get that sensation, and/or use DMSA. A good portion of the DMSA stays in your stomach and will bind to the mercury. Take it (DMSA) 20-30 minutes before whatever it is you do that causes that sensation. Or eat garlic. I think I will use both from now on for a bit just as a matter of habit when eating my pesto.
I think it means our livers are functioning well, that we are well stocked on good minerals, and so the junk is being dumped good and proper. I think anyway... because I haven't had any adverse side effects or bouts of foggy head... and the metal smell after I eat the pesto and get that sensation is quite noticable in the bathroom after a bm, which says, it's out. I actually do not get the metal smell all the time anymore, the past few months, only after the cilantro pesto.
