I’m having a ‘mare today… Muscle pain is bad. Tingling like crazy. Brain fog is really bad, as bad as it was last year. Adrenals are struggling. I’m cold. This is the worst I have felt since amalgam removal nightmare last year.

I really don’t need this. Really. You are the second to say that. I really really don’t need that. It’s been good to be mending these last 5 months and the though of entering the dumping phase….is…..is…..is….a bloody ‘mare!

I tried to extend my last round from 3 days to 4 days. I managed 4 days…but feeling real bad now. The whole round did feel a bit rollercoastery. Felt like I needed to dose at less than 3 hours as I was feeling it coming up to the 3 hour mark. Sunday morning I felt fantastic…even made a birthday cake for myself…..now I’m a zombie…

I’m feeling almost back to normal now, so I have been enjoying my birthday again. Was a particularly intense mercury attack that! That was the worst I have felt for 5 months, but my recovery has been swift, which is a good sign.

Good idea about selenium….i will have some brazil nuts now.

Sorry about the worsening of symptoms <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> and yeah it is quite possible you are entering the dump phase....but the chelation should help with it and speed things up. It's quite something you've bounced back again, but that's just what the roller coaster ride's about.

You know how I have mentioned the cold drippy mercury sensation... I felt that in my heart last evening, and then it was all over my the top of my chest... hmmm.. feel fine this morning. I did eat cilantro pesto for lunch yesterday. deep vital organ sensations scare me a bit but I guess it has to get out of there somehow.

I think I will go eat a whole bunch of cod liver oil. I'll leave the spoon for ya.

I’m mostly recovered now…..so happy dayz.

Been doing some acupuncture this week which has helped. Also a kidney cleanse. and just for good measure I did some bowel cleansing with castor oil too…was rather efficient stuff castor oil!!!! Be warned!

When I get a mercury attack, I don’t like sitting around taking it, so I usually throw everything I can think of at myself, including the kitchen sink.

But yeah…back to normal now.

I made a cake this year too. wheat free, egg free, sugar free, dairy free….looked and tasted mega-lovely-jubbly. All was fine until I got a bit carried away, was too nice......I had cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner…..LOL…got a bit of heartburn after that…..but forced down some apple cider vinegar and all fine and dandy today!
