Has anyone tried this. Ive been taking this recently and to be honest i feel absolutely disgusting. Sounds wierd but i feel like im full of slimy liquid. I feel like sitting in the bath and getting all this crap out of me. Is this mercury being moved about? My face also looks slighly lopsided on the left hand side. Im not sure im gonna keep using this stuff or is it working?

Hi Stuart, I know the feeling you are talking about. I used to describe it as "oily" or as Andy puts it "icky". I cannot really describe it, you just feel greasy and revolting (I felt ugly too).

I also suffered from changes to the face too and mine would not be so much lopsided, but pinched (drawn inwards).

You can't really get this stuff out without feeling worse, but if the stuff you are taking isn't doing a good enough job, you may have to move onto something else. It does depend, but feeling revolting and greasy isn't abnormal as this stuff moves around and some usually does come out in the process. It also depends on how well your body eliminates what gets mobilised. This is why I had to use Cutler's protocol because i couldn't handle much else, but even that made me feel yuck, especially as the round wore on. The longer I was taking it, the more revolting I'd feel and I'd stop to have a break.

I needed to use DMSA, and use it in the right way (frequent dose, every 4 hours) to get things going more and keep side effects more tolerable. I just wanted the stuff out. I also found that other things made me feel worse, like sulfur foods (eggs, onions, cabbage, broccoli etc). This is quite normal when you got a bunch of mercury everywhere, because sulfur also mobilises/stirs it up. Some do great on sulfur because they are low in it and need it. I just found the extra sulfur acted as a mobiliser, so I had to be careful. Though I still ate some. I just wanted the darned metals out of me.

Make sure you have enough antioxidants (vitamin C, E and selenium and even milk thistle) and essential fatty acids too, mercury uses them up big time, as well as B complex, zinc and magnesium. Try to take the Vitamin C, B complex, milk thistle and magneisum about 3-4 times a day, as for some reason these ones are not as effective unless taken regularly like that.

Hot baths are good, adding epsom salts helps (a cup or more) because it encourages sweating, adds magnesium etc. Or a combination of sea salt and baking soda! (cup or more each). Helping the metals escape via the pores. Plus rebounding and/or walking, depends on what you can handle. Over exercising can be deterimental because it can cause redistribution of metals, make you feel revolting and some take quite sometime to recover afterwards. So best to work your way up.

I read about HMD on the web, at theor site, and it's in an alcohol tincture... so i thought why not try this... I didn;t buy any, I put some chlorella and cilantro in some (a half shot) vodka and let it sit several hours and then i drank that... and then i felt absolutely dreadful all week.

I really like fresh cilantro though. Eating chlorella makes my head stay foggy. Learned that the hard way too. I'm not really sure at this point that the chlorella is all that effective when eaten. Seems very good in an enema though, definitely seems to pull toxins out from that direction, no foggy head effect either.
