Sunflower, the only thing that ever helped my legs feel better (quick enough) when they would feel weak like that was colon cleansing (while chelating also). the knee pain, mercury is famous for that, behind the knee. If you are feeling that, it's definitely a symptom of mercury poisoning.
Bujt anyway, colon cleansing. It's the toxins accumulating in your intestines and colon as your body tries very very hard to get rid of them and fails a lot of time, so they often settle downward (HEAVY metals), moving into your hips, legs and feet.
the herbals colon cleanses are helpful, I think the enemas or hydrotherapy are better and much quicker and efficient for cleansing the coln of heavy metals.
Enema bags are not expensive, I think I already gave you the link to the tuberose page with the high enema directions. it's a real pain to have do it but it really works well, dependably. It will take about 2-3 weeks to feel better if you get started now and do it 2-3 times a week at first. I mean to feel much much better btw, you will feel a lot better after just a couple days if you start.
Did you put any cilantro in your garden?

Nina... Hydrotherapy, professional colonics... YES!!! They are marvelous!!! If you are sick, no problem it's a piece of cake, very gentle and I don't know of anything that is better for you overall, such quick relief. Sunshine can probably verify that. They do a real good deep cleanse-rinse. The hardest part is dragging yourself in the first time, the idea of it all, that you must get over or you won't get better. I have been doing high enemas of late, to save the time of driving into town and of course the money, not like I can afford to fill up the gas tank anymore... the high enemas are almost just as good as a professional colonic once you get the hang of it. And of course you can add the bentonite or chlorella to them. If that is what you are already doing just stick with it and try to do it 2-3 times are week if you are sick. When you are less sick you can taper off. I really feel the need to clear out down there once a week at minimum, I'm spoiled by feeling good I guess and I know that that is one of the essentials for me by now. I really should do it twice a week but time and all, hard to get to as much as I'd like. The directions for the high enema are at http://www.tuberose.com, click on the colon cleanse page. hmmm... they changed their website... well I have posted links to that page in a number of threads, search around their site, or else I know we've got it linked in the health for pets forum too.

Nina said: what about hydrocolonics? Good idea or bad idea for someone in my state? I was thinking of that as an option after I finish the parasite cleanse... 100pct a wonderful idea. This is the best option and a great thing to do. I recommend it. I echo Sos’s words completely….. Sos said:The hardest part is dragging yourself in the first time, the idea of it all, that you must get over or you won't get better. Sunshine says: It’s a real headf..K! I left this little project until I had tried all else, because the thought of it is …..is just unpleasant. I wish I had done some earlier, would have dramatically speeded my recovery….but hey…I got around to it in the end. For bowel cleansing herbs and colonic are the top two methods for cleansing. Separately or together, the more the merrier. With professional colonics you clean out loads and loads. I think you should do one whilst you are doing your current parasite cleanse, it will help. The first step, the first time…you just have the pluck up the courage, pick up the phone, close your eyes, grit your teeth…and book it. The people that do them, they know it’s mentally disagreeable…they make it easy and normal as possible. Once you done one, the next is easy because it doesn’t hurt and you get better. The lady I see…..god….she is real posh, real upper class middle aged lady….she wears a pearl earrings and a pearl necklace…..its a bit surreal. Courage quotes: You will never do anything in this world without courage. It is the greatest quality of the mind next to honor. You don't develop courage by being happy in your relationships everyday. You develop it by surviving difficult times and challenging adversity. You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. Your options are limited only by your fears. You can conquer almost any fear if you will only make up your mind to do so. For remember, fear doesn't exist anywhere except in the mind. LOL…its not that bad at all….its all in your head!

Have you been taking enough potassium? This will cause leg weakness. I can’t remember why but potassium is used up at an increased rate if you have Hg poisoning, maybe someone can remember why. You might want to try this first before any of these colonics etc as you might make a bad situation worse. Even eating a few bananas will make a noticeable difference if you are low.

at some point you will finally do the enemas or hydrotherapy... and slap yourself silly for waiting so long. Like the rest of us have. It's real easy and helps you heal a lot quicker.
any basil in the garden?

Hi Skieslimit, thanks for the encouragement!!! I am starting off with the bowel ¶site, ordering from humaworm today. There is a clinic that do colonic irrigation nearby but as I suffer anxiety at the thought (especially at the thought of 1.going through that with strangers! and 2.being stuck with that thing inserted for an hour or so?,so uncomfortable! makes me squirm at the thought, then I tell myself 1.There are so many health benefits after doing this and 2.How uncomfortable life could continue to be if I don't take action...after all what is an hour of being"uncomfortable" in the great scheme of things? 3.If I dont do a clean up I may get worse leading to going through worse "things with strangers..."than a colonic!(ie.hospital treatments etc)
Potassium, me too...bananas are funny with me...once in a blue moon I crave them and eat one but usually I can only manage a few bites,I am not sure why this is ...I think it's their texture, might be because while growing up my friend used to suck bananas in front of me...turned my stomach!!!yuck
I am eating an avocado every day, also really high in potassium, and I eat sweet potatoes a few times a week, but am careful with spuds as they are hypoglycaemic and I only eat in small portions with protein too.
It is amazing how lots of us have such similar symptoms, I talked to the natural doc yesterday and he thinks it's a symptom of detox, and mineral imbalance,he also mentioned manganese toxicity I may have acquired through wearing tanned shoes in the rain as a child...
I am also ordering some some magnetic clay and am going to do lots of foot baths. Will keep you posted...

And if it ain't pretty, you'll hardly be the first they've seen. it's really true, the hardest part is getting over that anxiety of doing it. Once you actually do it, drag yoruself in the first time, really as anxious as you are now you be saying, egads was i so dumb or what?... really not kidding you'll be as equally stupified as to why you procrastinated as you are anxious now.... I think everyone goes though that with this type of stuff. it's easier than a visit to an ob-gyn that's for sure. now that I truly hate. BUT goods news you ordered the humaworm and then when you are done with that you will be able to do the hulda clark liver cleanse because you'll have done the parasite cleanse and then hey. no kidding, then even without hydrotherapy you should feel much much better. The liver cleanse is amazing. I was wondering if you planted basil, lots of basil, because basil pesto is really good for you too. sorry to hear that the potted cilantro died, they don't do well in pots. If you take some cilantro seed and throw it in a mound of dirt or along the edge of the garden it'll grow quite happily just like a weed though.

angel baby, I am so glad to hear it's making you feel better,I love to hear success stories It is really encouraging, I've just ben browsing around looking for some good clay... www.magneticclay.com has a good range for radiation, mercury etc BUT its far too expensive for me at the moment... The cost of the shipping is almost same as the product. I can always save up or find another place to get it... Where did you get your clay from?

Hi Nina, I have ordered the 1 lb Mercury 1 kit in the past and that was good for about 3-4 baths but I was very toxic so I only used about 1/4 of a cup for each bath and even that was strong for me at the time. Now I am up to a cup per bath. I ordered the 5 lb box of the Mercury I this time. I have already taken about 4 baths and I still have plenty of clay left. I guess depending on how sensitive you are will determine how long your clay will last but the website gives you an estimate of how many baths each kit will provide. Each kit comes with PH strips (to test if you are strong enough to take the bath), a drain stopper, a screen and full set of instructions. I have felt great relief from these baths and the clay is light gray before being put into the bath and almost black when I get out! I never stay in longer than 15-20 minutes depending on how I feel during the bath. If I feel lightheaded any , I get out and take a shower immediately after to rinse off the herbs and clay from my skin. I usually do dry brushing right before the bath too. I feel a lot better but still have a ways to go. My husband does the Clear out bath that targets various ailments and he claims it has made an improvement in how he feels. He has had cancer twice in the past and he has found relief from these clay baths too. Here is the link that shows each type of bath they sell and the prices. I highly recommend them. I have tried the detox foot baths and although they have helped some, I prefer the magnetic clay baths. http://www.magneticclay.com/store/Departments/Magnetic-Clay-Baths.aspx
