Has anyone tried ozone therapy?

I went today for the first time I had a session of acupuncture, then ozone therapy administered to my intestines and in the back (shoulder area). I was able to get up and move around more than usual, got some energy back. The natural doc suggested having it done in rectum to help the intestinal disbalance as it acts anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory...etc.. Apparently this type of therapy has many healing properties. (even patients with cancer and AIDS can get some relief if not be cured) All I can say is that I actually feel much better just from one session - planned to have about 6-7 and acupuncture every day for the next 12 days. It's expensive, but I think it may be worth it for those who need to be brought back to life from the dead, like myself!

not sure how that works... something about an extra oxygen molecule? but if it were me, I'd save the money and use bentonite clay in an enema (does all of the above, anti-parasitic, healing etc plus helps eliminate heavy metals) or just add some food grade H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) to the enema water to increase oxygen in the water. The extra oxygen molecule kills anaerobic bacteria and oxygenates, don't overdo it or it'll burn you but so will ozone.

you'd be amazed at how much more life a good colon cleansing routine will give you. either way you will have to get to it at some point if you want to be well. The sewer requires cleaning after so many years of abuse, essentially... and it will keep you ill no matter how much money you spend on other things if you don't give attention to the matter.

anyway, me, I'd save the money for reasons stated above... being ill tends to devour my bank account, not help it grow.

I understand what you mean about saving money, heck my bank account is almost non-existant due to the fact that I have been severely ill for months. I started doing acupuncture with this lady and she also does ozone therapy so she suggested that seeing what weakend state I am in and in much need of symptom relief. The acupuncture helps me with my appetite which has diminished since I got parasites last summer, and my legs are so weak I can hardly walk a block without feeling so tired. I am feeling more like 80 than 30 lately. It's horrifying! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> I guess I am doing this more for hope if nothing else, the lady says she can get me back on my feet and functioning soon.

I am doing a bentonite clay (orally) and parasite cleanse at the same time, but am in desperate need to get symptom relief so that I can get more strength to do all these other things like enema etc. Right now I feel that may be too radical for someone underweight, undernurished. Maybe I am wrong, but I think I need to feel a bit better than I currently do in order to consider more aggresive bowel cleansing. p.s. forgot to say my thyroid is also acting up, so she is also doing treatment to help with that. Again, all I can do is HOPE!

actually colon cleansing is the very best thing for anyone ever, it should actually help you gain weight because it helps your digestion when your insides are clean(er) and working proper.

especially if you are doing a parasite cleanse, you really need to do a colon cleanse because they will move from your upper stomach to your colon and try to hide from the anti-parasitics. and they will in large measure get away with it. believe me I know.

you should actually start with an herbal product to loosen stuff up anyway, you probably don't want to start right off with an enema routine, maybe 2-3 weeks into an herbal colon cleanse you can start to get to that.

I got a 7-14 day herbal colon cleanse at my local health food store for $14, works great. helps your kidneys unload lots of toxins too.

The colon cleanse will quicken your digestion that's for sure if that's your concern, eg;weight loss... but just eat more during the day I guess. You'll definitely be hungrier.

I don't like the way the herbals quicken my digestion either, but I have done a few herbal colon cleanses, whole bunches of other cleanses, I guess i will be maintaining the enema routine because I can stay somewhat clean down there and not do the herbals all the time.

if you don't help your body unload those accumulated toxins they recirculate, so it's kind of a big problem. People start getting sick because of compacted junk, toxins, in the colon that they literally are ingesting daily. Those toxins paralyze your colon quite a bit, poison your liver, and you need to take aggresive measures to clean it out. It really will not come out all by itself, unless you get a miracle I suppose.

I saw stuff come of me that looked like cancer no kidding. so glad it's gone. hopefully it's gone, I am still working on it to make sure. Ozone therapy may have helped me feel better but it surely would not have really addressed the problem.

Is bentonite clay not a colon cleanse as well? I am almost on second week of that. What would be a good addition apart from ordering some colon cleansing herbs since I am not sure what I can find on the market here. Anything simple I can do at home to cleanse? ie.anything that is already easily available at home

Not that I know of, not on it's own, though it's used in enemas, with colon cleansing, to help trap toxins, heavy metals, kill parasites, and heal. I use it with that method obviously, works wonders for me. I love it.

I should use some some in a bath too, maybe I can get to that one day this week. Generally I just shower of late.

A good simple way to keep your bm's regular is simply eat a good amount of fresh (1/3 of the fruit) pineapple a few days a week. Helps rid parasites too. I buy a tea called Smooth Move at the health food store for just a few bucks, pretty common they sell it everywhere in the US that I know of. Drink some of that on days you eat pinepapple and you you'll be doing a slow steady colon cleanse. And drink plenty of water. If you want to really move some parasites out, eat pumpkin seeds with that routine. If you have any you'll see them in the stool, especially if you are using parasite cleanse herbs already. You can also eat aloe if you have an aloe plant. And plenty of fresh green salads with olive oil dressing.

Black walnut hull kills giardia right off, also helps your kidneys eliminate toxins. It's a great natural source of iodine and also oxygenates your blood. Get the tincture if you buy it, use a teaspoon or two in a glass full of water a couple days a week for a month or so. makes you feel great and is compatible with other parasite cleanses also. Most parasite cleanses simply do not have enough black walnut hull in them from my experience. Makes you feel really good, especially after your kidneys unload. big wow for that one <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

“P&B shakes”

Psyllium and bentonite is one of the simplest and most effective ways to cleanse the digestive system.

Liquid bentonite should be used...or powdered bentonite should be hydrated to a semi-pourable yogurt consistency prior to using it. Mix 1 Tablespoon of liquid bentonite and 1 teaspoon of powdered psyllium (or 1 Tablespoon if using whole husk psyllium) with 8-10oz of water or diluted juice, shake and drink immediately. Follow this with another 8-10oz glass of water. This is in addition to daily water intake of half your body weight in ounces. Sufficient water is a key to success with this cleanse!

Psyllium and bentonite shakes should be taken at least one hour before or after taking any supplements, herbs, medications, etc.

*The shakes MUST be taken on an empty stomach....at least one hour away from food on either side. First thing in the morning, last thing at night are easy. Then one or 2 in the afternoon after lunch and before dinner - T*

Start with one shake a day and gradually increase as the body adjusts to the additional fiber. It may take 3-5 shakes a day and/or several weeks before you start passing mucoid plaque. Continue taking the shakes as long as mucoid plaque is being eliminated for up to 6 months. Additional cleanses may be necessary in order to thoroughly cleanse the digestive system and can be performed for a few months at a time. Each cleanse should be followed with the use of a good-quality probiotic to replace beneficial bacteria. Maintenance cleanses should be done 2-4 times per year.

If constipation should occur while doing this cleanse, 1) increase daily water intake, 2) use enemas or colonics to clear out released material and get things moving again, and 3) cut back on the shakes or stop the cleanse until the bowels are moving regularly again.

This cleanse can be combined with The Master Cleanse and parasite cleanse...this is called the Ultimate Fast. It can also be done with juice fasting.

This cleanse can also be performed while eating a normal diet. However, the 'cleaner' the diet is, the better the results will be. Reduce or eliminate meats, dairy, flours, sugars, processed foods, toxic exposures of all types...anything that is mucoid-forming. The diet should include lots of fresh vegetables and fruits (if tolerated), fresh juices, salads, soups, etc. Liquid minerals including trace minerals and electrolytes are beneficial for creating an alkaline state in the body and can improve the results of the cleanse.

Two good sources for cleansing products include Yerba Prima (Great Plaines Detox liquid bentonite) and Sonne's (#7 Detoxificant liquid bentonite)...both companies also carry psyllium.

Dry skin brushing is a great addition to a Colon Cleanse ...it cleans the skin and also circulates and cleanses the lymph, aiding in the elimination process. A natural bristle sisal or tampico brush is used...brush all areas of the skin (except face and any sensitive areas) with long strokes towards the heart prior to shower or bath. The brush and skin are both dry when brushing is performed.

Psyllium and bentonite can help to eliminate parasites and candida, but each of these conditions requires additional measures to address it completely. A parasite cleanse can be performed with the colon cleanse or immediately after. Liver/gallbladder cleansing is also beneficial following a thorough colon cleansing.

Above all else...pay close attention to how your body responds and honor what it needs!

Someone told me about mixing 10 pumpking seeds with 10dl of milk, cook if for a bit and drink on empty stomach for 7 days. Supposed to get rid of all the bugs and such, don't know if it's supposed to work with giardia too. I never see any since they are microscopic.

Black walnut, yeah it is part of my parasite cleanse in the herb, will see about getting tinture as well in addition.

Already getting enough BM every day to be honest, that's why I thought the clay was also helping eliminate some of that waste and therefore I didn't add anything else to bowel cleanse as I am also doing raw juicing, fruits and veggies.

hmm. maybe the clay is working that way, i have never used it that way that's all. Sounds good if it's doing the trick though!

I'd definitely pick up some black walnut hull tincture in addition, it's actually a specific for giardia, really gets rid of that stuff, quickly too. Use about 2 teaspoons every few days till the bottle is gone. You'll be zapping them left and right at that dose, that's strong. I did several weeks of strong dosing with the black walnut hull last fall and felt absolutely marvelous. It's my favorite paracide. Really gets into your bloodstream and cleans you out. makes your skin look real good, and your eyes. Doesn't kill eggs though so stay with the other herbal parasite cleanse too. If you get whole cloves and mash them between a couple spoons and then swallow with a glass of water, that will kill parasite eggs if you weren't aware. you have to buy whole cloves and crush them just before eating it ( a few a couple times a day) or else they won't work because the volatile oils and other strong active stuff in there evaporates.
