I am trying to figure out how to use these long term. most websites seem to agree that wormwood shouldn't be used more than a month at a time, and then at least 2 months off before taking it again. Currently I am taking 15 drops of wormwood extract 3 times a day.
The advice for using black walnut green hull extract longer term doesn't seem so clear. What do you think? Safe to use for more than a month or not? Currently I am taking 28 drops 3 times a day.
Next is clove oil. Is it safe to use longer term? I guess this depends on the dosage. Currently I am using 5 drops 3 times a day.
I guess many websites say that olive leaf extract can be taken longer term in moderate doses. Now I am taking 2 or 3 capsules 300 mg each every day.
I guess raw garlic is safe to eat every day, as long as you don't have any issues with bleeding, or too much irritation from it. I eat just one clove(section) after a meal, just one time a day, but some might want to eat a clove of garlic 2 or 3 times a day.

We are ingesting parasites daily though the air, food, etc, so if yo have done a month of full dose parasite cleansing, you only need take wormwood, black walnut and clove once or twice a week for maintenance. These 3 herbs only work together for parasite cleansing, there is no use in taking one without the other. Olive leaf is very good for keeping colds and flu away, you could just take what it sys on the bottle which would b a very small dose anyway and it wouldnt hurt. when i was taking i i didnt catch a cold in 2 yrs or so.

Do you think that garlic doesn't kill the good bacteria? Some websites say it does, while some imply it doesn't. I don't know what the truth is. As for olive leaf killing the good bacteria, I found this. "Olive leaf has high concentrations of chemicals, including enzymes and trace elements that have potent anti-microbial and anti-biotic effects. Unlike conventional antibiotics, olive leaf tablets don't destroy gut flora, so there is no need to restore these with acidophilus cultures. Olive leaves are said to perform "selective execution", that is, they kill only the bad guys and leave friendly gut bacteria intact. " http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=31&art_id=vn20040623131454566C270400I guess this implies that garlic does not destroy lactobacilli "Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS, also called "prebiotics") are non-digestible sugar chains that are nutrients for lactobacilli. Some experts believe that FOS, taken by mouth at a dose of 2,000 to 3,000 milligrams, may help the growth of lactobacilli. Natural food sources of FOS include banana, Jerusalem artichoke, onion, asparagus, and garlic."

I put garlic in my sauerkraut too! Not a problem! Ferments wonderfully. And sauerkraut is a probiotic so the garlic is obviously working pretty well with it.
However, I don't think it's wise to take wormwood on a longterm basis, wormwood is toxic even in small doses longterm, toxic in high doses short term..., affects the brain in some pretty bad ways. I really do not like wormwood but it is good to keep on the shelf for sure... And black walnut hull is also toxic to a certain degree, though not as much as wormwood. I'd say, ok for several weeks max at a time, then give yourself a break. Hulda Clark mentions 2 teaspoons BWH in water just once every couple weeks for maintenance, no more than that. Twice per week of that formula is not maintenace, its a paracide and you shouldn't do that non-stop. you will end up with stomach or digestive problems.

well, but at 2 teaspoons you are doing it only once every couple weeks for maintenance. I use that much all the time. Not a problem.
don't do that every day though.
..my neighbor she has been complaining of a tummy ache for a few days.. so my new batch of BWH being ready I took her some, 2-3 teaspoons in a glass of water, strong too my batch, quite fresh right now.. she came over an hour later... I said, do you feel better? she said, no, not much... but I sure can pee (heh, the BWH does that first, clears the urinary tract and you pee like a champ, for the first time in years for many people) and then of course although she couldn't stomach any food this morning we did just return a while ago from dinner, she was feeling well enough to go out, well enough that she wanted to ride into town and eat out at a nice restaurant.
It works pretty well I would say.

i was just thinking that if I do a parasite cleanse with wormwood, black walnut green hull extract, and cloves, then if I just keep taking clove oil forever I might be safe? Or perhaps after the month cleanse I keep taking the clove oil, then two months later I add back the BW and wormwood for a month? I like the wormwood since it isn't just for parasites, but has been doing a great job at reducing my candida load, and helping my digestive system improve. However I see all the comments about not taking wormwood for more than a month, so I will respect them.
I like taking the olive leaf extract. Even though it might not be so good at killing resistant candida, it might keep it in check though, and keep it from expanding. It is also good at preventing other infections. It seems like once one is run down by candida and mercury toxicity they are very vulnerable to other infections.

same with the clove btw, ok at 15-20 drops now and then if you are sick especially, it s good for infections, don't make a daily habit of it.
You know koala bears, they say their flesh tastes like eucalyptus... because they eat that all day long.. so if you drink some clove every day yours will probably taste like cloves and the worms will say YUUUCK and they will want to leave.
The BWH btw, when I do a couple teaspoons 2-3 times per week as a parasite cleanse, i gotta tell you, I have never felt better in my life and it makes your eyes and skin just shine.

You know wormwood is the stuff they make absynthe with, a rather toxic hallucinogenic liquor..
Vincent van Gogh was drinking absynthe when he cut his ear off and a short while later he committed suicide.
I would be very cautious with wormwood.
Personally I hate the stuff. If your head starts feeling messed up and you have difficulty getting over it, don't say you werent warned.

The old wives tale is that wormwood expels demons.
I am not going to deny that entirely either,
It does have it's uses but be careful because it may end up being a bigger battle than you are truly equipped for with only your tinctures at hand....

Wormwood is useful, however it is poisonous and should not be used long-term on a regular basis.
don't say you weren't warned.
you can just google it.

The leaves and flowering tops are gathered when the plant is in full bloom, and dried naturally or with artificial heat. Its active substances include silica, two bitter elements (absinthine and anabsinthine), thujone, tannic and resinous substances, malic acid, and succinic acid. Its use has been claimed to remedy indigestion and gastric pain, it acts as an antiseptic, and as a febrifuge. For medicinal use, the herb is used to make a tea for helping pregnant women during pain of labor. A dried encapsulated form of the plant is used as an anthelmintic. A wine can also be made by macerating the herb. It is also available in powder form and as a tincture. The oil of the plant can be used as a cardiac stimulant to improve blood circulation. Pure wormwood oil is very poisonous, but with proper dosage poses little or no danger. Wormwood is mostly a stomach medicine. That quote was from a book called The Herb Book by John Lust. Many things are toxic, many toxic things are medicine...its all in the dosage but I'm not saying that wormwood should be used for extended periods of time...I'm still uncertain about that.

when doing a parasite cleanse, take only what the bottle says, usually you take more to begin with then maintenance dose to keep parasites at bay. Cloves kill eggs, wormwood, black walnut kills adults, like any herb never go over the top, that is what gives them a bad name when people take too much and get ill.

When you say a cleanse every 3 months, do you mean one month on then two months off, then repeat, or do you mean one month on, 3 months off then repeat?
I stopped the Wormwood and Black walnut after 35 days. I was too afraid to go longer than that. I am continuing to take the clove oil, but at just 4 drops 3 times a day mixed well in 2-3 ounces of water. I am also taking peppermint oil 3 drops 3 times a day, and oregano oil(already diluted by 1/3, 3 drops(for pure oil that is equivalent to 1 drop)) 3 times a day. these are all mixed together in 2 or 3 ounces of water.
