I've found something that is helping me immensely. If you are mercury toxic your liver detoxification is probably muted and functioning marginally. I had no idea until I started this. I was VERY toxic!!!

I've found that taking a small snack of nuts, walnuts perhaps, with 1 or 2 caps of charcoal will cause the liver to dump bile (toxic bile) where the charcoal will catch it, hold it and escort it ALL THE WAY OUT of the body. Not to be re-absorbed at the latter end of the small intestine or colon.

As usual take the charcoal 2 hours before and after any meals.

I've found this to be an extremely effective way to remove toxins. The liver holds the die off then releases in the bile (in response to ingested fat) where it is reabsorbed. The toxic load builds this way. The charcoal used this way will interrupt the vicious cycle.

Once per day can make a big improvement. It has with me, in three days I feel like a new person.

I've found through experimentation that I need to take N-Acetyl
Tyrosine 150-200mg, B2 30mg and Niacinimide (100mg) about an hour after the charcoal (maybe again an hour or 2 later). I would initially feel good then bad (in a different way) again. When taking the supplements there is no down turn.

Oh yeah! I have used that for a while! When I got bad Candida die offs and felt horrible I would take three charcoal pills and then two later on, I felt better that day! I should have used this during any detox I did from The Diatamaceous Earth which scared me after some detox and other times. I learned about it a few years back, it works like a charm alot of time.


Good thread, I didn't think of making it although I am using it now for Candida die offs.

Charcoal scares me. I used it many years ago, but worry that it might absorb vitamins and nutrients and prevent some absorbtion. Those who are ill already probably have absorbtion problems.

I took charcoal when I was getting the amalgams removed. I'll never really know if it did anything though.

I've tried it and didn't notice anything happening....I suppose it depends where the toxins are and whether the charcoal can get in contact with them and act as a kind of sponge (like algin). If it works? I'd go for it. I have heard charcoal can have other benefits as well, but as JK8 said, it could also interfere with nutrient absorption and I would be careful about taking it long term. Even if you are taking it 2 hours away from food intake, I am not sure whether it's supposed to be a long term supplement.

I would google up about it! Find out about its benefits and risks and how long it can be taken for.

I use it sparingly to get over die offs and ONLY THEN! I don't know how to take it everyday or if it is safe long term or what it does longer tearm, but taking it every few days when die offs get bad could not hurt anything IMO. I know it is used to absorb toxins in your body which are obviously bad for you, so anything like that couldn't hurt right? If you have Candida and get die offs it does wonders!

Can anybody tell me if one can use activated charcoal that is used in water filters, is that form ok? The only activated charcoal sold in pharmacys in Poland is damn expensive and was thinking of buying the type used for water filters, and since they are used for filtering drinkable water they have to be good quality.

hey skieslimit , I wish i was any best but I'm not, my brain has suffered huge damage i think but i dont want to burden any1 with those stoies of mine anymore. i'm still trying to chelate, did one round of ala 10mg but had brain redistribution on the 3rd day i think becaue of toxins redistribution from gi track which has so much oing on, candida that i just cant fight etc, that i dont how to approach things anymore.

Jinx that ALA might be making you that much worse, I would lay off taht for a while and see how you do! I will not use it as I have heard stories and it's just something I will stear clear of along with other chelators that can redistribute. I will just use my Kelp, Zinc, Magnesium and maybe Selenium a little later and leave it at that when it comes to this. I will try to fight the Candida and parsites as well.

Still improving with the charcoal. I'm also taking L-Glutamine which is supposed to improve the gut. I think I still have a Candida problem. Now I'm much better able to control. I've found if I take my anti-candida (Candex, Caprycilic acid, etc) at breakfast. Then just before lunch some oil (fish oil caps, whatever) then a few moments later a couple of caps of charcoal. The die off from the morning anti-candida gets dumped right into the charcoal. I might feel sick 10-15 minutes after the oil then the charcoal mops it right up. I feel better immediately and the toxic mess is quarantined and on the way out.

I'm trying to come up with a good frequency for this (every other day, third day, etc).
