Got hit very hard about 2am (little over an hour ago). The air was so bad it was barely breathable. All typical symptoms began including throbbing kidneys.

Now (3:15am), the air has cleared somewhat. I am wearing my chlorella mask and getting some relief.

Pretty typical Sunday today (technically yesterday).

4pm we were hit with strong salty-metallic tasting air. This lasted for hours slowly tapering off over the next few hours.

The medium-low levels of sinus burn mixed with salty-metallic air persisted through until now.

Again, the name of the game with mercury poisoning is slow and long-term. Mercury accumulates in the body and when a critical level is reached, begins to manifest in multiple debilitating diseases.

The air cleared up since the last activity and has been pretty mild throughout the night, until now.

The sinus burn and salty-metallic taste just increased dramatically indicating that spraying probably took place 15 to 30 minutes ago and just now descended on us.

Typical symptoms are suddenly increasing like ringing in the ears and sharp, shooting pains through my body.

Of course, this is typical as spraying is usually heavy during morning and evening rush hour traffic during the week.

They are spraying very heavy south-east of here. This has been the pattern for the past several mornings. The main town in that direction is called Ellsworth.

I just took a bunch of pictures of the plumes and will post them later.

Chemtrails in Texas have not been that bad lately. We have had this ugly haze in the air so I think it is just filtering down to us from some where else. I have been feeling really good too. BUT they are spraying today and I feel it too! My muscles are very weak today and I am aching like crazy. I also have a little brain fog and it is early yet...I do have a little sinus problems too...not too bad but it is only 9:30 am here so I will keep ya posted.

The air this evening (Monday evening) from 8pm to 10pm was very mild. There was only a small salty-metallic taste to the air and there was no sinus burn.

However, at 10pm, we were hit and the level of both the salty-metallic taste and the sinus burn increased quite a bit.

Then, at 11pm, it increased horribly and I was forced to put my chlorella mask on. It continues now at a "high" level but does seems to be decreasing slowly.

My ears also started ringing horribly which is an indication of the presence of mercury.

We now have a combination of both burning sinuses and the salty-metallic taste in the air.

Got hit really hard at about 10 am this morning:

The salty-metallic taste was so strong that the flavor made me nauseous. When it's this strong, it also causes me to have throbbing pains in my kidneys. I believe both mercury and aluminum are hard on the kidneys.

The taste in my mouth was as if I had just licked an aluminum ladder.

well it would appear, Russ, that God is not answering your prayers with any form of noticable haste.

May I make a suggestion?

Yell and scream, stamp your feet, stick your head out teh window and demand his attention. At least to feel better in the midst of calamity. He's a busy guy. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Or else find a church where he is known to show up and heal people.

he has healed me a number of times but I must say, usually only... after I have yelled and screamed.

stick your head out the window and yell for him to heal you. sounds crazy i know but God loves that kind of crazy.

He will heal you within the hour if you do a real good job of it. Works for me anyway.

ike one time I had this real nasty cold. flem city cough cough cough all day. nasty head... fever...about 10 years ago. and I walked around like that for 4-5 days thinking God would just heal me because he had healed me before of other stuff.. I asked politely several times... nothing.. I was really sick.. and I had to work i was working out of the house

so anyway after 4-5 days of that I went home and started screaming for him to heal me NOW NOW NOW.

and I layed down on my back and it was awesome all this flem comes churning up out of my chest like I could fill a bucket and within 5 minutes I was better.

haven't had a bad cold since come to think of it.

But I bet that would feel real good in just releasing all that built up tension..
It would wake up the neighbors too though..
And I bet they would watch me very very closely everyday
after doing something like that out here.

Yes, it does seem that the prayers are not being heard, at least not in this way. I am almost done building my custom air purifier though. I wonder how this will affect the situation.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but I will persist. I know God loves us to have passion, and I know it's hard to have passion when you're so toxic you can hardly think, but we will persist.

Typical night, medium levels of sinus burn and salty-metallic taste in the air throughout the night. I occasionally head jets flying in the overcast skies.

At 5pm, we were hit with sinus burn so badly, that I almost had to go retreat into the shower to clean the air. It was horrible and slowly dissipated over the following 2 hours.

One of the worst I've experienced up here in Maine so far.

well I usually do my desperate yelling and screaming in the house too but doing it outside is more effective if you really are in dire straits. I think it's because God has some pretty mighty angels around everywhere and sometimes you have to yell to get their full attention, they might be down the road a bit... like at a church usually... Of course I have been known to yell various things at God outside just to get his attention, not only when I feel lousy. I haven't really noticed anyone minds.

I have no doubt your prayers are being heard russ, what I said was, your prayers are not being answered with any haste. but in lieu of yelling for attention if that is beyond your scope for reasons of pride or chemtrail filter research or preference for the noise of hammers and drills or whatever, you can go ahead and stay sick. It's obviously your choice. Yelling does always work. Make a loud noise the bible tells us... I think that was written for a pretty good reason. But you don't have to believe it if you don't want to.

Personally i find yelling for God's attention a lot easier than picking up a hammer and building something when I cannot think straight so I don't think I buy that logic past you looking to yourself and your own reason for the answer to your prayers.

of course on the other hand, as I have often wondered why God does not answer prayers for some people.. it coukld be that he has a looong list of things he has asked of you alreday which you have have ignored.. so you ignore him.. he ignores you.. and on it goes.

kind of like me asking you to permanently delete my photos from your images folder and you getting angry at me for asking and giving me some sort of nonsensical reason why you cannot do that.. maybe God has some nonsensical reason that will make sense to you someday as to why he cannot answer your requests either.

He is a God of justice afterall.

Both sinus burn and salty-metallic taste has been medium since my last post.

We are now getting hit with a horrible spray that is creating all of the usual symptoms and causing my ears to ring quite a bit. Again, a sign that mercury is involved.

Is there some reason you feel the need to shoot those firey darts?

What actually happened is that you betrayed my trust and misrepresented me publically. It was you who actually provided a "lame" excuse for not approaching me privately if you felt that I offended you.

there are a couple examples on those pages of app 50 photos and cartoons I posted months ago or last year which i also deleted from the website a few months ago which still are in your images folder and which you will not allow me to permanently delete and remove from the web. hardly a false accusation russ. I am being as nice as I know how to be about it.

the situation hardly encourages anyone to post new photos. God forbid I would post any knowing I can never actually delete them and that if I do try to delete them you assume ownership and repost them. or so it would appear.

so anyway. you can accuse me of whatever you like it will never make it true. God knows.

I doubt very much the same God that urged me to remove my photos from the web would encourage you to repost them or keep them posted without my permission.

you have to manually click through the thread because it seems the page links don't work properly. but this is not the only thread I deleted photos from.

exactly when are you going to take care of this Russ? if I could delete the photos agian myslef I would but since I alreday dleleted them from my account it is impossible for me to re-delete them. Yet there they sit in your images folder...

if you would like to make me board administrator for about one hour I can resolve the problem easily enough.

well anyway, my point being, that your attitude in regard to my photos and the request to remove them is just a small symptom of what is probably a much larger problem.

most any normal straightforward person would have responded 'ok, no problem, I'll take care of it' months ago instead of consistently denying what is so clearly evident. and then they would have spent 15 or 30 big minutes deleting the photos from the images folder via the admin account and resolved the problem rather then let it hang to be reintroduced again and again as an unresolved issue.

I do forgive your dishonesty and/or negligence in this regard Russ. They are just photos afterall, I'm sure they are less meaningful to you than building your air filter thingamajig or the chemtrails which captivate your days.

I didn't see any pictures on the board and I don't ever remember seeing a picture of you So Sick so I just don't know what to say sorry.
Not saying you never had one there as I do see the x's.
And I did see pictures on a few but not of you but of fish with a swimming santa and outdoor pictures ect..
On the Forum Extra's link but I could not find any page for that by back clicking on it.
I don't know where that is..
I'm not computer savy so I don't know where this image folder is.
I just don't know what to say as I don't know what to look for.
This is just very confusing to me and I just don't know what to say.
Is there any way to get pass this issue as being resolved somehow..

Those photos are ALL posted using the ForumExtras system which allows you to delete them whenever you want. And as I told you before, I never reposted them.

I just checked the ForumExtras system and found a bug that didn't physically erase files from the hard drive when a user deleted them from their personal list.

I just fixed it.

Another medium night for both sinus burn and the salty-metallic taste in my mouth.

Just after 4am, we here hit very hard, with spray that caused both the deep sinus burn and the metallic taste to the air. It faded within about 2 hours and is now back to about medium.

Ringing in the ears has been horrible during that time.

Have been deleted awhile back.
Because I have seen red X's by your posts for awhile now.
So it's another feature on this board that must have been automaticly putting them back in file.
The other pictures were in the Forum Extras System which I've never seen before..

The system that posts pictures has nothing to do with the forum except that it uses the same login system.

And thats why I have not seen your pictures posted on the main board just red X's..
So I had no idea what you were talking about..

I think it must be very hard running a message board.
Very time consuming lots of demands and not much sleep.
I think it would probably be very stressfull..
That would aggravate any condition one may have.
And it's hard to function well on not much sleep.
And I think it could make one become more behind in the things they intend to do, get done, everyday.
Expecially ten years of it.
Thats a long time.
Expecially when one is not feeling well.
I don't know how he does it and we don't pay for it he does.
We use this board for free besides our internet providers bill.
I can understand why the owner of the message board I have been on.. though mostly here now.
Almost threw in the towel.
And how he said we can be on and off when we want too..
Walk away from it...
But he can't...
Expecially when he had to do the job of the moderator too.
As the moderator left.
It's a job for him not us.
And plus he got tired of the bickering on the board over the years and the nasty E-Mail's he got off board..
He said you all have no idea all the names I've been called
and that he has had to develop a thick skin because of it.
I could not hold my temper that well myself in a situation such as that.
And he pretty much did.
With lack of sleep and going through all that about daily..
Even weekly I just don't know how people that run busy talk board's do it..
I couldn't..
And then work off board too..
It takes a skill and a time commitment that I don't have.
I think sometimes we don't see what goes on on the other side
of the board and the owner of the talk board I've been on reminded us all of that.
How really hard it can be.
To be patient with all this and ..
It was straight from the heart and he told it like it is.
Well..
He decided to keep the message board running as lots of people asked him, please don't close the board.
How much it meant to them.
How sad they would be.
So he didn't but the board users do benefit more then the board owner I do believe , but like you.
He keeps it going because he believes in the cause..
He pays alot of it out of his own pocket but he does so for our benefit.
I know you try to be patient with us..
I think we should try to be alittle more patient with you too.
Because it may be that your just overworked, tired , not feeling well and behind.
Sometimes more then others over the years.

Just got hit with the sinus-burn spray. The salty-metallic taste to the air has not changed.

Funny that the sinus-burn spray causes my ears to ring horribly, which is why (among many reasons) that I believe that they are spraying mercury in some types of chemtrails.

Got hit about an hour ago with heavy aluminum/barium (salty-metallic taste in the air.

Can see some chemtrails off in the distance toward Ellsworth, and they are drifting in the this direction.

Do you live in the Bangor/Ellsworth area in Maine? Do you have unexplained health issues like sinus/upper respiratory issues, fatigue, muscle aches, headaches, joint pain, or brain fog, memory issues, or other issues that have appeared in the past year and have no real explanation?

Well, look up. One of the first days I moved here several months ago, I counted 56 jets in 2 hours spraying substances into the air that caused most of the above symptoms for me.

This is not a joke. It is a phenomenon that is occurring in many large cities around the globe. It is called chemtrails, and it's time to get educated about what is going on because your life may depend on it.

Worst spray day I've seen since I've moved here.

I had to go into Bangor today and at times saw 7 jets spraying chemtrails at the same time. The air was virtually unbreathable. Absolutely horrible.

Laura has noticed that the last extremely hard day of spraying that we have had was the previous time the DOW fell dramatically, just as it did today.

Don't know what that means, but it may be interesting for anyone who wants to examine it further.

The spraying continues. The air is hardly breathable. My ears are ringing so loudly it's interfering with my normal hearing.

This afternoon, I saw 3 ambulances go by, as record so far. Wonder if there is a connection to the heavy spraying.

Take care Russ. I just made a comment on the other forum referring to dwelling on this so much (indirectly) but do believe its going on although not here as much yet. I've seen days in Alaska, though, where I could feel the HAARP and saw others react to it unknowingly. There is a difference to being aware and dwelling on it constantly and you do have to tune in to what's going on to be able to combat it - so on that point - I apologize. Even recognizing when I have PMS or when there is a full moon helps combat the effects.... I hope to not have to deal with this but imagine it will be coming. I am already severely poisoned from amalgam, but do think you can give things power dwelling on them constantly... There is a difference between that and recognition, though.

I'm attempting to raise awareness of these things.

By ignoring these issues we are giving power to them.

We are literally being sprayed like insects. They are inundating us with aluminum (toxic), mercury, arsenic, lead, uranium (possibly), mycotoxins, and mold spores.

Should we "not dwell on it"?

We are being systematically killed through the U.N. population reduction program.

Should we just "take a day off and not worry about it"?

I'm dumbfounded by your position on this.

Last 2 hard hits:

2am this morning and 7am this morning.

Being sprayed quite heavily at the moment. This is a more unusual spray in that it causes a deep sinus burn that feels almost like an instance headache; Like a "cold headache".

All of the clouds I see outside are artificial. I just spotted a jet spraying a non-persistent chemtrail, which is the most common type they currently use in this area new (as of several weeks ago).
