Had to go to a reg office to get impressions done today..Had a bad reaction tonight../severe spasming,sore neck, dizzy. Could this be from the visit to the merc -using dental office even though I only had impressions done? Anyone experience this? thx, kathy

Yes. I experience it and so do some others who are more sensitive/vulnerable. The dental office is full of mercury vapor. I no longer wish to ever go in there. Not for a check-up/clean or anything. I have REALLY deteriorated since visiting a dental office. Though I know I have other problems, I cannot handle the extra load of mercury on top of them.

It does not matter if it's a mainstream dental office, or biologic. Both are contaminated. They are either drilling IN mercury, OR drilling it OUT. Which causes the entire office to become contaminated with it. No amount of sophisticated extractin systems appear to make much difference. Even a biologic dental office does it to me. It might be somewhat "less" due to these people being more aware of the dangers of mercury vapor, but they are still drilling the stuff out of people's teeth.

It's a heavy metal, it settles on everything in everything and they are doing this long term and possibly on a daily or almost daily basis.

If you HAVE to go? Try and get the first morning appointment on a Monday (so it's had the weekend to lessen a bit more)in a biologic dental office. It may help. It won't stop it, but it might lessen it a little. Otherwise, someone else going in before you, may have a load of amalgam removed and you go right in afterwards and breathe it in. At least with the weekend, it's had "some" time to settle a bit of someone had it done on a Friday.

thanks Bex, I couldn't figure out why the violent reaction/going backward til I realized it had to be the dentist office! It was the only possible reason. I had to call fire dept. to help me up...full of bruises today! sensitive...yup...much better today..no falls or extreme spasms.. just very tired and painful hip/neck..thanks again Bex,what would I do without your sane thinking and logic. kathy

No problem! I'm very sorry to hear of your reaction and what happened to you. That is most upsetting. Unless something else was at work - e.g. exposure to radiation/xray or something, I can't figure out what else it could be other than mercury vapor exposure and intake.

Do you find mercury has these effects on you? Because spasms is very much a part of what I have also experienced....

Consider how much vapor is there and how much uptake you would get into the lungs/nasal cavity and from there into any/every area of the body (brain included). Those of us more damaged/sensitive/vulnerable, perhaps do not have the protective elements in place against external exposures like this.

I remember once I got very toxic from using a candle in my room for a couple of nights. I was a mess!

Hi Bex, According to my Mri (brain) I apparently have a very compromised bbb. This would be the reason for my spine spasms and brain effects. I used to think the reason for my apparent improvement late at night and wee hrs in the AM was adrenals only but I really think it's also the fact of less electrical interference in those hours. My brain is a basic battery with all the metal. Wish I knew how to repair the bbb effectively...

Quite likely Jammes, but the healing of my hg poisoning came to a standstill following these infections. I discontinued responding to chelation/detoxes from that moment. I only "vaguely" get an eventual improvement if I stick to a rigid diet for long enough.

I am getting some ALA soon when I need to get a refill of my other vitamins/minerals.

Andy speaks about cavitations and one possible cause. Though nothing has been clearly diagnosed and not many dentists/oral surgeons will act on cavitations, when many do not believe in illnesses caused by them.

A compromised BBB can also be caused by poisons like hg (infection also can do this). In doing so, it allows even more toxins to pass through into the brain.

You won't really heal the problem unless enough chelation is done to clear out the mercury and allow the body to begin repairing itself. You would be wise to consume enough good fats to help heal the brain - butter, fish oil/cod liver oil (mercury free), extra virgin olive oil and steer clear of the plant/vegetable oils like canola etc. (olive oil being the only exception). They harm, rather than heal. The body/brain does very well on animal fats/oils.

Andy recommends flaxseed oil (by the tablespoon) for helping heal the brain. Though there appears to be some concerns about flaxseed oil in other ways, so I'm not certain enough to recommend people take it anymore....

Defintely get into the protein and fats (good fats). Free range eggs, chicken/beef/lamb etc. Preferably free range if possible.

Hal Huggins recommends a mercury toxic person to consume enough butter and protein from meat. He believes it helps them heal and having enough salt in the diet too.

I sometimes get a bit of a reaction from the dentist's office. My dentist is a regular dentist, however he uses high power suction when drilling out amalgams. I don't think there are such high mercury vapor levels there. I think the reaction I get is from the disinfectants and other chemicals(ie. those used develop xrays, and those used for dental procedures). My dentist very rarely uses mercury fillings anymore.

It is a good idea though not to spend too much time in the dental office waiting room. If you are very early for your appointment, then try to wait elsewhere.

Hi Jinx, for me it's not the cleaning chemicals etc. I've been around places that use those and there is not an issue.

It is the mercury vapor. No doubt about it. I even remember how onetime I used chelation after it and I started feeling better again.

Though this time the chelation didn't work the same

jinx, my mri shows multiple lesions (caused by inflamation) brain shrinkage and actual holes where the nerve endings have been destroyed..with 12 huge amalgams for 25+ yrs and all the other symptoms of merc poisoning, logic tells me the cause. mainstream medicine will never admit this. It's not in their best interest to do so.

Yes F*CK mainstream medicine. All the mercury is harmless and so wonderful doctors should get free weekly mercury injections in their sick brains for the rest of their life.

The mainstream doctors are SOOOO smart that one of the first things they do to newborn babies is to inject mercury in them. The mercury will then remain in the brain for at least 100 years. Hg poisoning for the rest of your life!!! Thank you!!! Thank you very much!!!

I know how you feel Jammes. There is a lot of rot in this world, but when such things come from the very professions we ought to be able to trust, it makes it that much more intolerable. But I must admit, there were two doctors during my horrible journey that I believe possibly saved my life - at last my sanity. So not all are as bad as the others.

Sadly, there are many natural means to improve a person's health and mental state, rather than handing out the next prescription drug. I was very toxic/sick and the doctors I went to at first, did nothing to address my diet or lifestyle. Didn't seem interested to even find out - accept to get me onto the next antidepressant and send me to a psychologist. All of which did NOTHING for me, and if anything, made things worse. I developed side effects from every medication. My overall condition worsened as a result. I came off the antidepressants and was never weaned off them and was thrown into a dangerous/suicidal depression (the kind that leaves you lying in a foetal position unable to even move).

It was only through sheer teeth gritting determination, my faith and support that I held on. Two doctors who believed in natural medicine were the ones who I believe in a sense, saved my bacon! Both had very similar ideas about changing a person's eating. I was put on a natural healthy diet excuding sugars,/gluten/wheat/yeast. 2-3 weeks of extreme cravings and detox and then dramatic improvements and a lifting of depression. I still had my amalgams, and was still mercury poisoned, but what a difference even just the diet made to me.

I cannot imagine what might have become of me had I not come across such two doctors that addressed one of the most simple things - diet/lifestyle. Wow. All those years of utter misery could have been avoided. But at least going through it gave me the experience of it and I'm able to give such comparisons.

And listen to the end when the vaccine manufacturer is asked whether she herself gets vaccines. There's an uncomfortable pause of silence, then she acts as though it's some kind of personal question, sounds awkward and even a bit irritated and avoids giving a strong answer. Why the need for such? It's just vaccines right? Not an overly personal and difficult question to answer and justifiably asked given her occupation.

I'd also add that not only chemicals (maybe also ones used to get impressions done, hmm?) but also stress can leach magnesium & calcium & zinc & other minerals from your body... & guess what a symptom of too little magnesium &/or calcium is - cramping! & tense muscles etc.

so it could be a combination of factors really..
I would suggest supplementing with magnesium/calcium or eating foods rich with them aferwards.. may really make a difference..
