Hello all:

OK, just want to hear what people have experienced or heard about others who have done liver flushing. I have read great books by Andreas Moritz (the Amazing Liver Flush) and Hulda Clarke, gone surfing on Curezone, and seen videos on You Tube about liver flushing, but wanted to hear more directly. I know Sunshine has done 10, so he should be a great source.

My opinion is that this could be a huge step in getting back to health for most people - especially those who eat like I do - you know, cheeseburgers, Pizza, etc..

Here are some questions; please anyone - feel free to respond:

1) How many liver flushes have you done?

2) What method did you use? Moritz or Clarke or Other?

3) How did you prepare? If Moritz, did you prepare as he said? Did you drink 32 oz apple juice for 6 days before to soften stones?

4) How many stones(approx.)came out each time?

5) Did you feel nauseous, sick or well during flush? After?

6) What did it do for you? What improved?

7) Would it be just as good to do this slowly over time with a pinch of epsom saltz at meals as Askmoreless suggests?

8) Would use of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) over months clear the liver?

9) Are there better ways or products to clean liver? What is their name?

10) Was it worth it? Would you do it again?


OK - this is a lot to answer, so please feel free to just pick one or two things to comment on, unless you feel ambitious.

Appreciate any response - by reading the books I have this apprears that it might be a huge help for many. Another book I am currently reading that may be a huge step for some is on B-12 deficiency - I may post on that someday.

Symptoms are some fatigue still, and sleep issues like waking at night sometimes.

I have done parasite cleanse, kidney cleanse, colon cleanses, including 7 colonics, bunch of other stuff. The colonics were very helpful.

About my diet, I should really correct that I do eat pretty close to natural, organic food most of the time, but I still do like things like pizza and cheeseburgers...

What are your symptoms? Have you done a liver flush?

Brain Fog
Mood Swings
Fatigue

+ all the other mercury related symptoms.

I have tried diet, supplements, candida cleanses etc and chelation for 12 months.

Never tried liver flushing but i believe it could be helpful.

Chelation progress is slow. I think i need to chelate more.

Hi TW, i have done about 7 liver flushes, hulda clarks ones and i must say the first one i ever did was the best. i didnt prepare as such, some people drink lots of apple juice before but i didnt.
The first flush i got so many stones, i didnt count them but i was gobsmacked. I didnt feel nauseous on the first flush at all, and i just felt great all over, and the most amazing thing was my eyesight was so much clearer. The feeling only lasted for a short time after.
The last 3 flushes i have done havnt been too good, no stones at all, so i have been disappointed, soon il do another one but il drink loads of apple juice 2 days before, i have to buy a new juicer first, i hope this helps.
By the way, i was on a strict diet and still am while doing the flushes, no cheesburgers or pizzas.

Sounds like you have had similar symptoms as mine. I think a lot of us go through a predictable pattern. How long did you have amalgams and how many?

I had 9 for about 30 years - I slowly was getting worse for last 10 of that until it was devastating. Desperation and a Miracle got me on the track to amalgam removal.

Maybe we can figure out if our stories are similar...

How's it going? Thanks for responding - I think it is great you got tons of stones out. The books I have read all make sense to me, but I have no experience with this yet.

So first 4 times stones came out? How many on 2nd time? How many on 4th time? Do you think you are finished? I know Moritz says it may take as many as 10-12 flushes, so I hope you can fill us in on next times you try.... you may still have stones moving forward.

It sounds like you felt great, and would do this again, and recommend it. What else improved health wise? Anything?

You use your juicer and make your own apple juice for 2 days before? I was gonna drink some commercial apple juice I had as Moritz says that would work, but sounds better with a juicer.... By the way, how "strict" of a diet are you on? Appreciate any details you can fill us in on.

-Moritz and an amended Version called a Turbo flush with extra Epsom salts and extra olive oil & grapefruit in the morning.

-I can’t handle apple juice so I took malic acid for the week before.
-Last 3 flushes I did enema’s after but still took long time to recover.

flush 3+4+5 also got out 6 stone the size of golf balls. I might have a pic somewhere.

-I felt like a sack of $hit after every flush. Took at least 1 week to recover everytime. The final flush, flush 10 took a full 2 weeks to recover from and I will not liver flush again until I have done a lot more chelation.

6) What did it do for you? What improved?

-The first 5 where very good, hassle and takes time to recover, but good….you get a taste of what feeling good is like after feeling so $hit for so long...however it was short lived. The remaining stones reblock the ducts and the fine feeling goes away…which is why you have to liver flush so much.

7) Would it be just as good to do this slowly over time with a pinch of epsom saltz at meals as Askmoreless suggests?

-I do this and have been doing this since my 9th flush, so about 1 year now. On my 10th flush I got only 15 stones out and I assume Epsom salts is a reason. (But fewer stones does not mean no more stones)

8) Would use of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) over months clear the liver?

-I do this and I have been having ACV everyday for over 1 year.

9) Are there better ways or products to clean liver? What is their name?

There are various herbal liver cleanses you can do. Humaworm used to have one (but not since the fire) Was a two week cleanse and I felt nothing whatsoever. Considering the side effects I usually get on the other cleanses I take that as a sign that my liver is ok at the moment.

I never used this one but ingredients look ok and i trust this company. if i was going to do a herbal liver cleanse i would have a good google and have a good look about to see what was on offer.

Castor oil packs. Do one pack every evening for 3 or 4 days and then on the 4th day drink some oil olive afterwards. Like 5-10 table spoons. A very civilised way to detox…gives a nice warm glow. Works fine for me and is my method of liver care at the moment.

10) Was it worth it? Would you do it again?

Ummm….at the time I was ignorant of bowel cleanse, parasites cleanses, and mercury problems…they where the first alternative health thing I did. They are very powerful things to do, and I would say bowel and parasite and kidney cleanse should be done first….to prepare your body….but I didn’t and I survived. They where pretty hardcore things to do…took me a long time to recover from and now I would not do them. I believe Cutler is correct in his recommendations to avoid liver flushing because it is too powerful and takes too long to recover from. Mercury toxic people have so many things wrong with us that liver flushing puts a lot of pressure on your already severely compromised organs/body….Cutlers view is too much pressure. My experience tells me the same Cutler is right. There are also much easier ways to detox the liver, herbal cleanse and castor oil packs are great.

BUT…..i got a lot of stones out at first. seeing those whoppers the size of gold balls was amazing to see. Seeing them makes you think how the funk can u get them out if you don’t liver flush???? They where MASSIVE. Quite shocking to see that come out. Satisfying too.

i had good results at first to clear the log jam, so I would say maybe a couple of liver flushes to clear the logjam would be ok…but it is recommended not to by cutler….and there are other less stressful ways of doing it….and I would say you should bowel, parasite and kidney cleanse first. all those cleanses will make the liver flush easier. You should also try and follow the rules to the T and do the enema’s before and after, apple juice to soften the stones does make a difference.

Two weeks is a long time to recover from a liver flush and I don’t think its worth it as there are easier ways to detox the liver…if u never done castor oil packs….you will love ‘em.

Fantastic answer! Thanks - as you know, you can read books and learn, but it is quite something else actually going through it. It is amazing that you and Dawn have both found value in this, and I have read amazing reports. Thinking about it, it seems pretty logical that almost everybody probably has some stones, no? And could benefit from cleansing. I give you and Dawn great credit for the gumption to follow through with multiple flushes.

But I don't know where to draw the line here exactly. Yes, chelation and other cleanses first are probably best, to get you ready and stronger. And perhaps, the pinch of epsom salts at meals and use of ACV might clear liver over time, but I am not so sure of that - not if you have huge stones! After a flush, then that stuff might be good for maintenance. But for some, it sounded like this flushing is a life-changer, and they did not get real sick after. Still I am with you 100% - man, I don't want to suffer for a week or two recovering from this. Everything I have read says this is quite safe - most people don't even get sick, but I don't want to start something, and then have to flush every month for a year.

How much epsom salts do you use at each meal. Is it before meal in a small glass of water? And ACV after meal?

Everyone have stones? No not everyone, just those people that have eaten a typical western diet for their whole lives.

Epsom salts: litrally a pinch between two fingers...if you take too much you will know about it in about 1 hour....LOL.

ACV yes, before food with water, if you can 5 or 10 minutes before food that is better. i find the less water the more PUNCH it gives. some people add honey too, but i can't handle honey.

re epsom salts....make sure they are food grade and make sure you drop any magnesium supplements too, as ES provides the magnesium.

How the heck are ya? I am doing pretty good...still have some bad days but not so bad. Liver flush I have done 2 but i went with Dr Schulze liver flush. It is a five day flush with a juice fast for 3 days. I did not do a juice fast this last time...life was kinda busy so I did my best which is exactly what he says to do. I just ate really lite, lots of veggies and less meat. Lots of juice at night. I also did a colon cleanse at the same time Schulze also. Lots of water...lots! I feel great while on them and even better after. Lots more energy and better eyesight,colors brighter...digesten gets better too! I chose his flush because I was a scaredy cat of the others. His actually dissolves the stones so I did not see any big stones but lots of gunky nasty stuff and alot of odd funky colors. I have also done one of his kidney cleanses and feeling so good. I also have done somewhere around 100 castor oil packs on the liver. They are great, works like a charm. A day after I do one my colors are so bright and after this last liver flush my colors were so bright it was overwhelming...did not know which color to admire first, all of them were hitting me at once. I never knew how dull life was before,much better now. I have been chelating but with cilantro which I know is not cutler method but I was raised on this stuff and my body seems to like it. When I do it I take Schulze colon cleanse...it has charcoal and betonite clay so it soaks it up until I get rid of it. Been working great for me.
Castor oil packs are wonderful. My shoulder has been out for months and been to chiropractor,spent about $500 on that and decided that I would try castor oil pack on that too and is working I have been doing it on my shoulder for about 2 months and I have alot more movement than i ever did with the chiropractor. I will go back to him but after I have done some more work on the shoulder and some more cleansing. tired of wasting my money. I do those packs at least 2 times a week and have even slept with them on too! When I do the liver flush or colon cleanse I try to sleep with them on at least twice in that 5 days and I also do hot and cold showers every day as well as oil pull every morning. I had stage 4 peridontal disease but the oil pull is bringing my gums back up around the teeth,looks really good. My husband is amazed...me too! and i was going every 3 months for teeth cleaning and have not been in over a year which is how long I have been doing the oil pull. Saves me lots of money plus I don't get sick from going in his office now.Every time I would go in it would make me sick for about 3 days. Also if I start feeling like I am getting sick runny nose etc I do oil pull 3 times a day and in a couple of days I am better. Another thing that makes me feel better is kelp and iodine. When they start the chemtrails real heavy here I feel like crap and get the shakes and weakness...I can take the kelp and iodine and I am much better in a couple of hours. I don't know why but it works. The reason I tried it was because another person on here was getting relief with the kelp when they would chemtrail heavy so I thought I would give it a shot and it works so far and I have been doing that for about a month. OK - I was following meal with ACV right after, seemed to work fine. And most of time with a teaspoon of honey - tastes way better. There is no reaction taking epsom salts and ACV close together before a meal, heh?

I wonder how long it would take to clear liver a pinch of ES at a time? I agree - don't use too much water with ACV.

I have missed ya'll! Yes I am beginning to feel pretty good. I can go good and strong for about 4 days and then have a down day but next day I am usually better. I can eat alot of stuff now that I couldn't before. Everything is better but not all the way there yet. By the way I try not to eat junk out there...I still carry a lunch with snacks etc from the house.
Castor oil packs yes I am with Sunshine...they rock. Doing one now on liver and shoulder. Cling wrap is great...use it all the time but the glad wrap does not stick as well as the cheap stuff. All of it is nano plastic and nothing sticks to the nano plastic, weird space age stuff that is. They are even making the jars out of it...mayonaise is suppose to just slide out of the jar,no waste there LOL They just keep coming up with more toxic crap to give us, what's new! Same old crap different day.

Yeah Schulze is great, he also has videos on google explaining all his stuff and how to's. He had some called Save your Life but the man that helped produce them had rights to them and wanted them off google so he could make money off of them. Schulze had to remove them but he made newsletters on all his therapies and how to make tinctures at home etc... Schulze's vids are still on there.

I make alot of the tinctures he talks about. Works great and saves me bunches of money. Since the crunch on the economy I have been ordering my herbs in bulk and get the capsules and pack my own pills. They have a little machine at the health food store that I paid about $10.00 for that makes it easier to make them. Takes a little time but at night when I am sitting around doing nothing...lets just say doing something is better than nothing LOL I also quit my job working with the chemicals and has made a huge difference. Schulze says too if your job is killing you change it. He also says if you are doing something that is making you unhappy you will never heal so...I decided to do what makes me happy and cleaning peoples toilets for a living was about the saddest thing in my life and needed to be changed. Always wanted to be a photographer sooooo I got a new camera and have been struggling to learn how it works,notice I said struggling...all this digital crap is tough. And trying to learn photoshop is really kicking my butt LOL But before the camera I had no want to go out in the cold and I even fell off with my cleansings etc Had no want for nothing. The camera is exciting and new and fun. This was a big step for me and everyone including God had to twist my arm to quit my job and spend the money on the camera. But it has all been worth it to my health. Everyone needs something that makes them happy. My family is overjoyed...I am alot easier to get along with and they are amazed that I will go out in the cold to get a few shots. Hopefully one day I will get good enough to book a few partys or something and make a little money off of it. I have never been a sit down job person...if I gotta work I want to move around so the time will pass fast so I can do what I enjoy. Maybe this will bring a little money someday so my work will become what I enjoy. The mercury poisoning makes you fearful of doing anything new, exciting so I fell in a rut. A rut that has lasted for years and I can say doing something new is wonderful. Have not felt like this in years. So Schulze is right if something is killing you change it. Dang I made a book again! It's great to hear you are going the right direction, and feeling good. I agree, doing something fun can make you feel great all by itself, and I think you found that in the picture thing. Now, I am no expert, but I think I have a good eye for things, and to me, your pictures look quite good! Keep building a portfolio and who knows? One thing - on a couple of the pictures, might want to get closer in, but that is sometimes a hard thing to judge. All in all, they look great; maybe you found your calling.

Thx. Yeah, young Felix is a good little chap. He has had no vaccinations, so will be interesting to see how his life developes. I also have a 8 year old daughter, she had all the usual vaccinations, but is a healthy as can be.

Both my husband and I's ancestry is English and Irish with a little French and Native American sprinkled in on my side so my 17 year old is a very light strawberry blonde. IMO parenthood is what makes life meaningful. It if doesn't or can't handle you can find fulfillment other ways, but with an impending empty nest, subbing (and I'm going to finish, finally, and become a teacher) fills the bill. Maybe being a grandma will, too, if I get to see and be part of the little tyke's life. I'm hoping for a boy. I wanted one really bad myself. Planned to have 4 but hurting my back falling holding Erica when she was 4 months old put a wrench in that. I actually said "I can do this again" right after she popped out. The second time it really wasn't so bad! I wanted to work on that pretty quick, too, but just didn't feel up to it once I hurt myself. In retrospect with my husband being almost 8 years older two may've been all we really had in us, too. But its amazing how much we've both come alive "expecting" grandparents : ) My hubby is still a codgety old man lately....but he sure is loving with the kitty cat we feed outside. (Maybe its me : )

I saw her Jinx, she's gorgeous. Is it just me, or does she look like you? Going by memory of your picture, she does to me.

If you want to upload a picture properly so people don't have to click on a link - you have to upload the image onto herballure first from your own documents or other folder.

To do this, you click on "post an image" (which is top of page under herballure title). Once you've done that, then click on "manage images". Then click on "upload a new image". Then it says "choose a file to download". Click on 'browse' which allows you to view files in your documents or other folder you wish to search. Locate the file. Click on it. Then click "open". The link will then appear in the "choose a file to download". Then click "upload file now".

Once it's done. Go into "manage images" again and scroll down till you see the picture. Copy the link beside "forum image".

Then go to the thread you wish to put the picture on and simply paste that link straight on there. Here she is:

Just wanted to say you have some beautiful children sunshine! My heart goes out to anyone raising children while dealing with or recovering from mercury toxicity.

You are going to make such a big difference by raising them while being health conscious...and they will have a healthy dad around for a long time if you keep up the chelating!

More hard to tell here Jinx. But something about her got me for some reason and reminded me of you. Possibly from an earlier pic you used to use under your name (the original one I think). Also she has child features, you have your more chisled adult ones, so of course it's not as obvious. You remind me of a young version of my stepfather actually (bone structure wise). It's a compliment so don't worry

Bex I will tell u for a fact that I think she is a lot like me in terms of personality if u can say that about a 9 yo. Similair spiritualy i guess, u feel the conenction. I think she might have a similair outlook on life to mine once she grows up.

Also she's (diagnosed) ADHD - surprise, surprise... She did get all her vaccinnes, her mother had pregnancy issues for the most part (Dominica was born on the 37th week so the pregnancy was just barely barely) and I remember her having at least one very small amalgam filling.
Yesterday I went to the cinema with her cuse she wanted to see a movie badly - of course she understood more from it than I as i was all semi conious and spaced out from candida toxins, with brain pressure etc... but let's leave that - and after the movie she wanted to buy her M&M's. I said what the hell and bought it. Before that she drank a juice and ate popcorn during the movie. And she was so sweet and loving, and warmhearted syaing 'thank u' for going with her and all that.
Few hours later? Moody, irritable, out of touch - just jumping, dancing, not paying attention, her stepdad tellig her a million of times to get dressed (she stays with us for the afternoons sometimes). Later on the phone she was also grumpy.
She's also frequently sick, and even abnormalities show up on her blood count.

But I dont dare even mentioning candida to her mum or grandpas. I will hear im a psycho instantly.

For many, mercury poisoning begins in the womb of their mothers and this, depending on the child being more or less sensitive/suseptible can set them up for problems from the very start. Which is what I believe happened with me.

Then add vaccines to the picture, and you can see how so many of these disorders can take place. Hyperactivity, autism etc. They all have a cause and mercury can indeed be one of them (probably one of the main causes). Then later add amalgams and really how many kids escape it?



Could well be candida. If she has a factor like mercury going on, then candida is pretty much onboard automatically. I don't know many people with mercury who don't suffer with candida. The blood level sugar spikes with candy type sugars are the worst for disrupting balance and also feeding yeast. I remember once, when I wasn't quite as bad immune wise, I was still able to consume some forms of carbohydrates and popcorn was one of them. Though I can't do that now, because my diet is so much more restrictive with ALL high carbs, I could then. So popcorn is probably a much better choice for any treats, than any direct candy/chocolate like M&Ms. If she has such reactions, then it would be kinder to her (though she won't think so), to just keep to potatoe chips and popcorn type treats. I did fine on them once, even though I still had to eliminate sugar, wheat/gluten and yeast. She maybe just fine on fruit intake also.

It's rather sad that you, as an Uncle, have to keep your mouth shut over things like this for fear of being labelled a psycho. Yet I can see you care for her very much and do not wish for her to go down the road of suffering that you've gone down. Already dramatic symptoms are there and she's just a kid. Pity, because she really needs someone who is very aware of diet and could help her a lot. She would of course protest, because there are not many children who dislike sweets/chocolate, but for her own good and help of her health and behaviour, it's being kind, not cruel. And there are ways of finding natural good tasting treats too.

Carob etc. Sunshine is a good one for finding those things out It sounds like slow acting natural carbs are fine for her (popcorn etc), so she'd likely be just fine with natural healthy treats and simply steering clear of the direct junk.

You may not be able to change the parents or even speak to them about this - but at least you can be an Uncle to the girl and when she's around you, try and just give her natural treats. I know it won't change much, considering it'll be undone when she gets back home, but it'll be interesting to monitor her when she's consuming better foods and later, as she gets older, she may find she needs you even more and your advice could prove a godsend to her. Especially if she winds up down a road of suffering with health problems.

Hi TW, sorry i didnt post sooner, my computer has been ill, it had to be redone, i think internet explorer had a problem last week and my computer wouldnt start.
My diet is strict, though these days i cheat sometimes.
Im on a typical anti candida diet.
After a flush it takes me about half a day to get over it, i actually ordered some malic acid to take before the next flush after christmas.
Great pictures guys, and those chicks are so sweet, i too love animals.
On the subject of vaccines i recently traced my thyroid problem, back in 1984 i went on holiday to morrocco, my first trip abroad, i had all the travel shots and even on my holiday started to feel different, when i got back i felt so bad, i had this aweful rash all over my body plus i felt like i was losing it. I was then diagnosed with hyperthyroid and was put on drugs for that plus beta blockers for my racing heart.
I also looked at my daughters medical records and have found that just after her MMR vaccine she got a mystery illness and nearly died, then just after her pre school jabs she caught meningitus.
She wont be having the HPV vaccine, she knows all about it, but her friends are having it.
I done alot of research on this vaccine and it is so dangerous, apart from the usual dangerous ingredients, it is genetically altered.

Im doing my first liver flush tomorrow. The Hulda Clark one. Ive already got the epsom salt/water ready. Just off out today to get my olive oil and lemons. I'll write back the day after the flush to let you know how i got on!

Cool! Very interested in knowing how it goes. Maybe you could give us a rundown of before and after, how you felt, and if you got stones out, etc.. If you're like Sunshine, you might even post a picture.

I really feel that almost everybody could benefit from cleansing the liver - the best way to do that is what I am trying to get a handle on now.

Im doing the liver flush tomorrow(friday) and im following hulda clarks methodt to the word I have my epson salt/water mix already made up and will eat a decent breakfast and lunch in the morning and wont eat after 2pm. If i get any stones out ill be sure to post the pics!

Just keeping updated. Ive started the flush procedure. Did the first epsom salts at 6pm. Absolutely disgusting and i thought i liked the taste of bitter things. I have to do the same at 8pm then doing the olive oil/lemon mix at 10pm. Will write back in the morning with the results.

I did the flush and what an experience it was. I followed Hulda Clarks method and had great success. After the second drink of Epsom salts at 8pm, i ended up going to the bathroom. They're sure a great cure constipation. at 10pm i took the Lemon Juice/Olive Oil drink as instructed and it actually tasted pretty good. I've read so many people saying how bad it was etc. Obviously they've not got mercury poisoning. The whole thing was a breeze compared to chelation. I slept all night and didn't wake up once.

On waking up i drank the remaining'rounds' of epsom salts at the instructed times and was done. I didn't actually feel the need to go the bathroom until i had a light breakfast of two eggs. Then i was in there for about half an hour. I got out about a dozen stones varying between 1cm and an 1.5 inches!. There were some biggies in there and i was amazed. Absolutely no pain at all. There were tiny stones but also wierd things that looked like pumpkins seeds..bizarre!

I'm feeling pretty sleepy right now though and could do with a lie down but otherwise im fine. The flush is something i can't recommend enough. I consider myself very toxic and if i can handle a flush anyone can. Follow Clark's method and you'll experience little trouble. Im going to do another in a couple of months!

PS i must add this strange mental symptom i got when i lying in bed after drinking the olive oil. After about 10 minutes i started having flashbacks to when i was a child. Memories of events from years and years ago. It was very very strange but welcoming. I've read this is not uncommon either.

No stuart they say alot of emotions are pinned up in your gut or something and when you do cleanes like this here I bet alot gets released, it's not uncommon at all and I have had a few moments like that myself before. How do you feel otherwise? Alot better? I might have to try one in the near future if it is that easy and a success.

Thanks for the write-up! Sounds like a great success to me, and I am glad it went so well. Makes me wonder why some people feel the flush takes a hard toll on the body, and others just breeze right through it. Maybe there is some secret there?

If you experience improvements in anything, maybe you could post what they are. Like improved digestion, skin conditions, elimination of candida, whatever. And if you do another in a few months, maybe you could update us again - on number of stones, how you felt, etc..
