I have tried it but nor for mercury toxcicity or things like that. When I get Candida die offs I use it and it helps soak up the poisons and makes me feel better, but otherwise spot here and there I have not really used it.

I used activated charcoal around 15 years ago when I had very bad problems with flatulence. The problem with charcoal is that it will adsorb many different things, including vitamins and minerals your body needs. I suggest that you not use it. If you feel extremely toxic, I suggest that you try using a detox tea or licorice root tea. I have used the Triple Leaf brand and Yogi brand detox teas when I felt very toxic, and got relief from them. I use licorice tea on a regular basis. Ginger, garlic, cayenne, cinnamon, and turmeric may help. Sprinle plenty of these on your food(not at the same time, and when appropriate ). Licorice root is a great detoxifier, as is alfalfa, dandelion, echinacea, goldenseal, and milk thistle. If you haven't done a parasite cleanse in a long time, then consider doing one. Peppermint is also helpful. Dring plenty of water.

Alfalfa is great too, I need to get into that there daily, the Alfalfa is full of minerals and cleanses you, great stuff.

Cayenne, garlic, and ginger are also very inexpensive, and it is good to sprinkle plenty of the powder on food after it has been cooked. Make sure the cayenne is very spicy. The most recent bottle of cayenne powder I bought is quite strong, but the one before that was very weak. If one is not lazy, they could buy the fresh cayenne peppers. I am trying Cayenne in a half teaspoonfull in hot water a day chased by very cold water, and yes it is VERY spicy and makes me even cough at first wiff before downing it. I have been on it for a few weeks, what results are you getting from it? I have noticed some die off and some more energy during the day from it, but I have not had too much to brag about yet aside from that there. I know it promotes blood flow and cleansing of the body correct? I need to keep on taking it faithfully, I quit this stuff too much too fast before it can work, and I believe this miracle herb will really work.

Cayenne helps with a number of things, including respiratory problems and boosting the immune system. It helps drain my sinuses and helps me breathe better. http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-cayenne.htmlI also suggest taking echinacea and goldenseal. The Nature's Way capsules I am taking are helping me. It has other ingredients besides just echinacea and goldenseal, one of which is cayenne. One important thing to help detoxify that I forgot to mention is molybdenum. I suggest that people take 1 mg(1,000 mcg) a day. The most inexpensive way to take this is with the Thorne 1 mg molybdenum in their Molybdenum Picolinate capsules, or the Carlson 500 mcg tablets Moly B(take 2 a day). These are available through amazon.com, but you might find them even cheaper(ie. with free shipping) by doing a Google search. The other brands of Molybdenum besides Thorne and Carlson seem to be only 150 mcg, and taking 7 of those a day will be much more expensive than taking the Thorne or two of the Carlson tablets. http://candidapage.com/aldehyde.shtmlhttp://intelegen.com/nutrients/prevent_the_damaging_effects_of_.htm I need to get some Molybdenum, it is very good for yeast I have heard, breaks down the alcohol from yeasts and turns it into energy right? Good stuff.

Many perfumes are made with aldehydes. If you tend to be very sensitive to some perfumes(which means your body is probably overloaded with aldehydes), then molybdenum will probably be a great help.
I am allergic to all of them.. I can't even use natural ones alot of times from Jasmine to so on. I hate perfumees, good point there. I hate cigarette smoke too, I used to smoke and was very sensitive to it so I HAD TO QUIT, it just got too much, heart beat fast and I felt very dizzy later on while smoking.
