the autism groups are how i found this out.

if a child has autism, isn't it that no doctor will give dmsa, because they don't believe in mercury poisoning?, let alone for people with it from fillings? isn't it true that a doctor could not prescribe it say today because they would say at the very best, "go buy it anywhere i heard about it"

i cannot even get the pain meds i need in australia because mercury poisoning is not believed.

how could anyone possibly rely on a doctor to give a regular prescription when only the patient can tell if they are well?

how do things work there? here in australia i think it is already prescription only, almost impossible to get, they will almost always give antidepressants ONLY.

We have DMSA available here at a natural health lab - New Zealand. I have been able to order DMSA straight from them. If you need any help or you're interested, I will be happy to give more details.

The other option of course is cheation with ALA. Alpha lipoic acid is available at healthfood shops and chemists. So it's easy to get hold of. This is the main chelator for mercury that Andrew Cutler recommends. DMSA is not essential. ALA IS essential. Though DMSA is great to use early on to clear the blood/tissue levels of mercury and can also be useful using WITH ALA, to help with side effects and increase the excretion of mercury even further.

However, one can chelate their mercury with ALA alone. So long as they do not have amalgams. And they make sure they do not start taking ALA until 3 months or more post amalgam removal or recent exposure to mercury. It is then safe to use, as long as it's used properly - every 3 hours around the clock for a few days at a time and then a break inbetween. This is repeated until the person becomes well again. That may take months/years depending upon level of toxicity.

I hope someone might know of a doctor or a place in Australia that you can obtain DMSA from. But remember my offer here if all else fails.

After reading a lot on this, it seems that VRP, the biggest producer of DMSA, has been pushed by the FDA to remove DMSA from the market. You can still order it for now but they will not produce anymore when they run out. Other suppliers may still sell it, but probably will be forced off the market eventually as well.


I personally ordered a 2 year supply of DMSA so I can at least finish my chelation as I do think its good to use DMSA w/ ALA after reading and experimenting. ALA only is ok but you will take approx. 30-40% longer to recover if you go that route, according to Andy.

I feel sad for the many people who many not be able to use this valuable chelator since they may learn of this too late.

FDA pulls DMSA and hope from children with autism and ADHD

Random acts of violence are usually considered methods of the weak, but a long history of FDA political violence directed against public health safety and our freedom to obtain dietary supplements reveals something more calculated and oppressive. The results of FDA actions are obvious: Our right to choose safe health care alternatives and abstain from questionable medical practices is increasingly met with fierce opposition. The consequences are equally obvious as we helplessly witness a relative epidemic of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) ravaging our children.

Destitute of any original purpose, the FDA is deeply immersed in its filth of corruption catering to the special interests of the Pharmaceutical Cartel and the AMA. It is specifically called to intimidate, oppress, and eliminate any significant public awareness of and access to specialized dietary supplements, nutritional health information, qualified independent scientific studies, and alternative therapies that could undermine pharmaceutical profits and public confidence in conventional medical treatments. FDA Backhanded "Legal" Action

Operating true to its agenda, our health freedom is under another "legal" attack. Now it's to dismantle the threat of the many health-promoting benefits provided by various chelating therapies. The latest on the FDA hit list is a dietary supplement known as DMSA. The FDA initiated action with a letter of warning to Enrico Liva, the president of Vital Nutrients, directing him to stop selling DMSA or suffer legal consequences. What is particularly disturbing is how the FDA abruptly retracted the long-standing dietary supplement status of DMSA. Their new position is DMSA is a drug but not a dietary supplement, even though it has been sold as a dietary supplement for at least 14 years since the passing of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) in 1994. It is true DMSA is also considered a drug, which was approved for protection under the Orphan Drug Act in January 1991. Under the FDA's curious sudden shift of position, Vital Nutrients was no longer permitted to "legally" sell DMSA or provide factually correct information about intended uses on their website since it would apply to"conditions that are not amenable to self-diagnosis and treatment by individuals who are not medical practitioners." The FDA also considered Vital Nutrients' website to be in violation of numerous other product descriptions indicating their usefulness for disease treatment and prevention.

Unfortunately, Vital Nutrients may have provided the window of opportunity needed for the FDA to subtly snatch DMSA off the shelf, which was probably the intended target from the onset. Those among the numerous "drug-like" supplements such as Co Q10 and glucosamine sulfate, meaning their indications for use were described as treating and preventing various medical conditions, had only their health claims removed. DMSA, however, was pulled altogether.

after i wrote it i thought.. no.. i can't be right, i will go check again, its the mercury obsessivness, and you know as nutty as mercury makes me and others, we are much more sane than the people involved in creating this problem. i can hardly speak and yet, i am more loving, so my brain doesn't matter does it? but they would call me crazy.

actually living in a world where you expect a product that is helping people to be taken from CHILDREN probably specifically because it leaves a trail to everything else they are doing is unbeleivable

i can only imagine a parent learning that their child can be helped, maybe totally healed to normal from it if it is suited to them, and their parents in the future going from doctor to doctor who have power over the life of the child.

the reality is, a sick child in need of care for its entire life, is an enormous profit, and will fit every drug label created, if not under wise care from the right people after their parents pass, etc and etc, they have the whole game in their control, these companies.

i lost 5 years of my life to psych drugs before any of this mercury (which leads you to psych drugs doesn't it!?) i know how their game works.. even the small labels on the boxes of "consult a doctor" (basically if anything goes wrong or any concern at all), is not intented for the care of the patient at all.. its code for "if their is any change to whats happening, change to another drug or talk to your doctor, fear and trust your doctor, or change the dose, but under no circumstances ask yourself if you think you should be taking any of this poison"

evil, is certainly involved, it is too perfect, what they are doing for it to come from the people themselves.

i think control of all supplements might have to be handed back to the pharma companies, maybe although unlikely if they feel their back isn't against the wall, threatening their whole industry, and they negotioate a way to allow the products the same freedom of purchase as now, but that they are allowed to patent it (i know it gets almost impossible because its like saying to patent a root from a specific tree or something)

it reminds me of the downloading battle that happened with the record companies.. once they got control, at least the product could still be obtained.

a big battle is going on around the world, and no joke they just struck hard because mercury is at the top of the tree leading to all the other drug use in my opinion.

go VERY VERY lightly on it to start if you are very sick. If you have yeast issues it will flare them up like nothing youve experienced before. MMS(chlorine dioxide) seems to have settled my yeast issues down majorly within ~9 days.
