First of all all has been well and i am 30yrs old, 18months ago i started to get a sore hip joint, Three months later i got a ear infection which made the whole inner drum swell until closed. In the last 10 months i have been diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis, and arthritis in both ankles and knees, I get pain in my what seems to be heart area i think its angina and i get nosebleeds for no reason, when walking from a cold room into a hot one i get dizzy spells. I get ringing in my ear when luying on my side, i get stiff neck and my tongue has loads of cracks on it, its not sore and it does not bleed or anything, My left eyelid twitches constantly at times.

I had 6 amalgam fillings removed in thailand 6 months ago without dam, i done my best to spit the swarf out but admit to swallowing some, they did not use dam. I can remember that when toughing one of the teeth with kitcjen foil i would get an electric shock.

One of the teeth i had the filling removed from had discoloured a lot it looks dead. I think that not all the amalgam is removed and some inside the root of the tooth causing problems, I have not detoxified since as i am not sure how to do it but certainly my mouth is all white now and i dont feel any better since having the amalgams removed.

You obviously have serious problems. Many or most could very-well be related to mercury as symptoms often occur in groups and you have a common group.

If I were you, I'd start with daily Algin supplements. This will absorb the mercury in the blood and this is the first place to start.

I also would take a probiotic like Nature's Sunshine Bifidophilus. This will help replenish the helpful bacteria in the colon and will lower candida.

Drink lots and lots of water. No sugar or caffiene. You may feel horrible for 4 to 5 days but after that, you may feel great.

Stay away from all sulphur like eggs, MSM or SAM-e. Stay away from mercury sources like fish, BBQ-dinners and coal-burning power plants.

For your heart, take CoQ10 and Hawthorne supplements. These work wonders for me to deepen my shallow heartbeat. CoQ10 is awesome but don't underestimate the power of Hawthorne.

Stay away from soy products (including tofu) and tea. Eat primarily raw vegetables. If you're an "O" blood type, eat some good, medium-raw meat a few times per week.

When you feel up to it, Do some light physical activity to cause sweating. Then sit in a sauna or hot shower for 15 to 30 minutes. This is a great way to get rid of mercury safely.

I would not recommend taking supplements that speed the detox process as dumping too much into the blood could cause more problems. Ultimately, if you could get the help of a professional or get an excellent book like Amalgam Illness: Diagnosis and Treatment, it will help with nearly every problem you have and in great detail. It takes time.

Here is some encouragement. I had all my (9) fillings removed in July 2000 and my life changed dramatically. It wasn't all good at first. The first few months I call the rollar coaster ride because it's up and down and up and down.

Nevertheless, over time, it got better and better and now it's awesome and I'm still improving. I never knew what health was AND I am emotionally stronger than ever. Having the mercury removed helped my improve my self esteem more than anyone (except my business partner) can imagine.

I wish you best of luck and encourage you to be patient as the mercury has been leaching into your body for years. It will indeed take years to get it out.

Seek professional help if possible or at least, read and study a good book on the subject. This can be a wonderful therapy in-and-of itself because the knowledge you gain and the results you incur help you know that you really CAN have control of your health.
