i was thinking about a lawsuit against the ada perhaps...what are some of your opinions on chances of winning? maybe if alot of people filed a collective lawsuit with toxicity to mercury?I mean, based on the research ive done,Its as clear as 1+1=2 as to the toxicity of mercury and the proff from WHO for example from the mercury vapor relesed daily.Has anyone won a lawsuit yet? all i know is these political puppets who knowingly suppress the mercury dangers deserve the most horrible death imaginable.

I would love to see these people come to justice... One count for each case they caused.

Unfortunately, the ADA will probably not be successfully sued by dental patients anytime soon. Instead, we might have to leave that up to the dentists because, our direct harm was caused by the activity of the dentist.

Just read this quote from the ADA lawers...

"The American Dental Association (ADA) owes no legal duty of care to protect the public from allegedly dangerous products used by dentists. The ADA did not manufacture, design, supply or install the mercury-containing amalgams. The ADA does not control those who do. The ADA's only alleged involvement in the product was to provide information regarding its use. Dissemination of information relating to the practice of dentistry does not create a duty of care to protect the public from potential injury."

I read recently on the net that there is a class action lawsuit filed by a woman, perhaps "Lisa" somebody, against the ADA for not informing her of the possible harm of dental material that affected her health. i am not sure how it will go...but perhaps with enough state class action suits...Congress may act

I'm a lawyer Although I don't handle dental malpractice, I remember from law school that doctors and dentists are protected against civil suits for practices that are standard in the profession.Therefore ,dentists are probably protected since most of them use mercury.It might however be possible to sue the manufacturers on a products liability theory.

That's pretty much what I learnt when I wanted to sue the BDA for putting amalgam in my mouth. I heard, though, that there have been hundreds of lawsuits made against dentist in Canada because of amalgam. I don't know if any were successful.

Actually, it should be a criminal matter. There are many people in jail for a long time for poisoning people with mercury. One case of intentional mercury poisoning was the subject of court tv last week.

Almost all naturalpaths test for heavy metals, this makes it obvious that heavy metals, especially mercury, is bad news. We could easily get 10 naturalpaths to testify that once they removed the metals, their health problems improved, or were completely healed.

I have ample evidence that mercury has gave me health problems the past 20 years - age 36 now. If you take a blood test and there is mercury, then you know you have tons of mercury.

This is good to do in order to test and see if you have mercury issues
