I read about the symptoms of mercury toxicity and I just knew that that was what I had. I've had OCD, and depression and just recently I've found out that I'm getting some new symptoms of mania that just makes me want to end it all. I don't have any mercury fillings and I have never had them although I have been vaccinated with Thimerosal at birth and at age 5. Is it still possible that my symptoms are mercury related even though I have never had them all my life but they appeared after a bad viral infection a few years ago??

I've also become very self-conscious as of late and I do not understand why.

My budget has become rather tight which is why I put off any sort of chelation program up until now. But I've decided that I'll try "One last thing" just in case it could save my life...

I verified with my dentist that I have no amalgam fillings whatsoever. How do I go about getting rid of the excess mercury in my body?? ANd what is the most cost effective?

I've read about zeolite and it would be great and a miracle if it works. But I have not seen or read about ANYONE who has reduced their levels of mercury with it.

I've read about LL's magnetic clay baths but their shipping costs are through the roof to this part of the world. But if this alone will help me then I'm willing to give this "one last thing" a shot.

Bottom line... What should I do???

I really can't do chelation therapies that last months because I'll probably off myself before then.

Is there ANYTHING I can do that's quick and effective?

I had many OCD-like symptoms that have simply gone away in the 2 to 3 years following my amalgam removal. It has changed my life. This information is not included in my story because my story was written to soon after the removal for me to realize the change.

I have read studies that say that mercury does cause suicidal thoughts and depresssion, and numberous other OCD and bipolar-like symptoms. I was depressed since being a teen, when my amalgams were installed, and I never knew how good it felt to be normal until the past few years. I was suicidal almost daily and even attempted it once but an intervention occured.

Detox is more of an art than a science. You have to take your time and be consistent. Detox too fast, and symptoms, including emotional symptoms, can flare up and overtake you.

It's important to realize that your emotions are biochemical in nature and if you change your body chemistry, you can change your emotions. Don't give in to the temptation to surrender to the feelings, however strong they may be. They can be overcome. Seek intervention from local organizations of you need to.

Make sure you take time to understand the process of mercury detox and then implement it gently and with slow, determined persistence. Seek medical help if you need it. Find a doctor that understands your problem. They are out there.

Hi my name is Kathryn, Three weeks ago i had my 8 emalgams removed. I have been so very sick all my life espescially the past 10 years. I am having a hard time. up and down so much. Feel so confused want to die crying all the time. OMG i pray this goes away. I am chelating with vitimins that were suggested for me. I am scared i will never overcome this. I have tried so much. I just want to give up sometimes. Please tell me this will get better. I guess i just need a little hope.

I'm sorry to hear about what has happened to you. We have a saying here, and that is: "If there is a cause, there is a solution."

So the only real challenge is to find the cause and then the solutions are usually easy.

Did you have the amalgams removed by a dentist that is specially trained for the safe removal of amalgam?

You said you've been sick all your life. Did you get sicker after the amalgams were removed?
