Hi, I had 10 amalgams replaced about 6 weeks ago. one had to be crowned. My dentist wasn't a biological dentist, but he did use a high nobel crown and I have been on chlorella, vitamin c, magnesium, milk thistle among others. My question is-has anyone else had problems with tooth sensitivity? What about detoxing? I started out using cilantro and chlorella, but found somewhere that you shouldn't use cilantro until all other detox was done. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Russ, Thanks for your suggestions and info. I really appreciate this forum as in my case (& probably most) it is nice to have someone to talk to who knows about this stuff and has experienced it.
I also wanted to see what you think about this: My weight has fluctuated from 100-110 (I'm 5'3" and tiny bones) for the last 4 years or so, but about 10 months ago I realized that I had candidia overgrowth and started on garlic. It helped with the bloating and other problems associated with that, but I have continued to loose weight past me usual 10lb. I am now down to 92-93 and this has made me weak and tired. I no longer am able to walk each day as it tires me more than does me good (which was one thing that used to make me feel much better). I haven't noticed any real change with this weight pattern (loss of about 2 lb./month) since having my amalgams out (last was 9th of Jan.). I have noticed that since then and with my detox program the ringing in my ears is worse, the petachaie (inflamed capilaries) are worse and now itch a lot. Have you or anyone else experienced this? I'm wondering if I detoxing too fast, not able to get rid of what I'm stirring up or this is a good sign.
Would love any ideas,
Missy

Most of the symptoms you mentioned are classic mercury symptoms. It's possible (likely) that you received additional mercury exposure during the removal. Itching is usually a sign of mercury expelling from the skin, which is a sign that your body is entering detox mode. Getting rid of mercury through the skin is the best way to remove it. Spending time is a sauna and in the bath with salts are common and can be helpful. As always, I would take Algin to absorb blood-mercury and see if symptoms subside. Algin About 80% of people who have their fillings removed properly go into detox mode, which means the body begins to get rid of the mercury rather than harboring it. Itchy skin is a sign of this. Of course, blood mercury levels will rise during this time which can cause increased symptoms. The ringing in the ears was very common for me before removal and then it went away after. Candida is very common also. Getting tired could be a sign of low T3 (thyroid hormone) and low ATP. I use a Thyroid supplement to help with this and it works great. Thyroid Support If you're an O blood type, increasing protein intake can be very beneficial. If you continue losing weight, you may want to see a doctor as this can be a sign of other issues that need treatment. Please keep us posted.

I have been using chlorella which I think is similar, but I will check into Algin.
Thanks for the information,
Missy
