Georgia Judge Forces Vaccination of Two Children Against Parents' Will

[Editor's Note: This is the latest development involving a couple in Georgia who had
their children forcibly removed from their home by the Department of Family and
Children Services (DFCS) on a trumped up allegation of abuse which originated
with a disgruntled employer/manager who needed to strike a deal as an informant
with DFCS in order to prevent being prosecuted herself.. After taking state custody
of the kids, Judge Sharon J. Whitwell ordered the couple's two small children to
be vacinnated with multible vaccines despite the fact that parents presented the
required state vaccine exemption documentation to the court. The youngest child,
one year old, has had a severe reaction to the vaccines already given. Seeing her
one year old son some days after being vaccinated, caused Amanda Donehoo to
experience enormous stress and heartache (see the letter below). This couple
cannot afford an attorney and needs a lawyer to stop the DFCS from arranging for
yet MORE vaccinations to be given to these kids AFTER they recover from their
first round of vaccines.

If you are reading this story and can empathize at all with the plight of a poor
couple in Georgia facing the full weight of a government 'child protection'
bureaucracy, coupled with an outrageous judge, who needs to be sitting in jail

The problem is finding an attorney to represent them. Raising the money wasn't so hard.

It seems no attorney is brave enough to tackle the almighty Child Protective Services.

The activities of these judges are an affront to freedom. I'm going to post a link to this story on all our forums and see if we can get more exposure.

The Judge should be prosecuted (although I realize how unlikely that is). We need to get the truth out about vaccines in general and we're definitely trying to do our part.

Yes. It sounds crazy until you really get down to the court cases and begin to understand how the banking cartel (The Federal Reserve Bank -a privately held corporation) didn't have the power to forcibly take rights away in the United States because of the excellent job done to protect them in the founding documents.

The only way these rights can be taken is...

Voluntarily

You must agree to surrender your rights in exchange for these things that are defined as:

"Benefits" and "Privileges"

in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), -the "law" system that governs contractual agreements (commerce) in the United States.

You hear these words "Benefits" and "Privileges" over and over again in commercials, contracts and state and federal statutes because they are defined in the UCC. Here's how it works.

The UCC says that if you exercise a benefit or privilege granted by an entity (a person or corporation), then you are automatically bound to the terms and conditions (also UCC terms) of any agreement that is associated with the exercise of the benefit or privilege. It (the loss or freedoms) all pivots on this hinge.

Of course, the terms and conditions that cause you to lose your rights are the statutes of the state you live in and the United States.

If you ever watch an international parade, look at all of the flags from different countries that have a yellow fringe around their border. This fringed flag, which is NOT the actual flag of the country it resembles, is actually the banner of a corporate entity that offers benefits and privileges and entangles people in these "implied" contracts.

This is why, for example, you have to pay income tax even though Article I Section 9 prohibits direct taxation. You voluntarily exercised a benefit or privilege offered by the banking cartel or one of it's subordinates and became entangled in a contract.

The concept is really very simple. The amount of trouble they go through to cover up or divert attention from this information is amazing, although you can attain it from any reasonably well stocked law library, which is exactly what I did.

And finally, in relationship to having the state control your children: It uses the same mechanism. You've volunteered into the yellow-fringed corporate U.S., now you have to comply by the rules whether you like them or not.

It's just like the jinn (genie) who gets your soul for granting 3 wishes.

This is such a difficult question because there are so many issues in this world at this moment.

There are several different avenues that can be taken. A person has to decide which one to take and follow it faithfully.

(1) Follow the Crowd
You could give birth in a hospital, get a social security number for your child and go home as most do. The problem with this is that you've just sold your child into the "system" by giving them a SS number and declaring them a "U.S. Citizen". Although the contract is not legally binding because the child is too young, it still puts them in the position of having to (if they so choose) rid themselves of the SS number and rescind their citizenship later in life, which is deliberately difficult to do.

Think of it. If you have no SS number, there is no way for the IRS to track you, because this is, in fact, a tax ID number, and without it, IRS computers cannot index your data record, either physically or legally. They never intended on tracking people who didn't have SS numbers.

I'll delve just a little deeper for a moment.

Anyone who is a "U.S. Citizen" is "in the system". Your birth certificate allows you to indicate that your child is a U.S. Citizen, even though the "United States" they are referring to in that document is not the "nation" people believe it is. Instead, it is literally a corporation (Yes, you heard correctly). This is why people who have studied this great deception call it "the corporate United States". Both words (United and States) are capitalized indicating that it is a proper name, the name of a legal entity—a "person" under law—hence the capitalization. A human is generally referred to as a "natural person" under law in contrast to a "person" which is a "created-by-the-state person", or more commonly, just referred to as a "person". This is obviously written this way to deceive people into a jurisdiction they do not belong.

Because Article I Section 9 of the Constitution prohibits direct taxation, which includes income tax, "natural persons" are not required to pay or even to do any of the related paperwork because the constitution prohibits it (income tax is the most pure form of a "direct tax"). However, if you voluntarily give up your rights provided for you in the constitution by entering into a contract by exercising the benefit of calling yourself a U.S. Citizen or by exercising any of the other myriad of benefits or privileges offered (remember, driving is a "privilege", not a right), you are volunteering to abide by the millions of pages of federal and state "statutes". These statutes define the benefits and privilidges of a contract you are now bound to.

The same declaration of U.S. citizenship occurs throughout banking, which is exactly where you would expect to find them. See your mortgage contract. The declaration also occurs in your drivers license, which is actually a contact between you and the "state" in which you live.

There is a lot more to this, but to sum it up, nearly all of the people of the United States have been ensnared into contracts with the banking cartel (the Fed) they don't even understand (which is why you can get out of them if you're careful) in order to allow the banking cartel—who are the creators of the corporate (not the national) United States—to enforce controls over you that would not be possible without these contracts.

Originally, there was no such thing as a U.S. Citizen because the united (small "U") States is a union (not a country) of 50 countries (another name for a state is a country), you are actually a citizen of the state in which you live. But be careful, the deceptive bankers have also duplicated each of these legitimate "state" governments by creating a deceptive corporation with the same name (except written as all caps) which flys that beautiful yellow-fringed flag.

(2) Protect Your Child From The System
Alternatively, you could give birth at home, never sign any papers that indicate that your child was born and never agree to accept a SS number for the new life. This way, he or she has not been ensnared into any banking contracts and truly retains their God-given rights, so long as they don't ensnare themselves into a contract later in life.

Most are surpised that you can do just about anything in the U.S. without a SS number and birth certificate. It's only because so many government workers are intentionally ignorant of the currently-standing court decisions related to this subject that there is any trouble in this respect.

Of course, this road makes it necessary for you (the parent) to understand all of this so as to avoid all "legal landmines" that may ensnare your child into the banking cartel's corporate United States. And, of course, this is a good thing because it teaches people what freedom really is and how important they are to God; having given them such power individually and having granted to them such liberating individual rights. The reason for the former greatness of this country becomes clear and the pivotal role played by the Bible in securing freedoms for people is realized. Also realized is the evil nature of so many men and women who place their greed above your God-given rights for the simple purpose of fulfilling their lusts for power and pride by making themselves rich.

(Jam 4:1) From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?

Again, learning these things is a good thing.

(3) Head for the Hills
A surprising number of people are doing this considering the bleak future ahead; a future of goulags which are already in place in the United States (this may suprise many), currently empty and awaiting the millions who will be swept up and taken there; a future of artificially-induced disease outbreaks which will kill massive numbers of people (this is prophecied in the Bible but most people assume these events are the work of God when in fact they are the work of evil men), and so many other sad and unfortunate things.

If I were to have children—which I would love to do some day—I would head for another country, perhaps miles from a small town in the middle of nowhere. I would be well supplied with water, food, medical (herbal) supplies, nuclear preparation supplies such as potassium iodide, and anything else I could think of to handle world-scale disasters.

I don't mean to be negative in any way, I'm simply a realist and believe in the next few years, we will see these things come to fruition. I believe in being wise and prepared and being kind to my neighbor so as to notify him—even at the risk of ridicule—to the oncoming trouble so he may prepare as well.

Iran will stop trading oil on the U.S. dollar in March and will most likely be invaded by the U.S. shortly after. Iraq did the same shortly before the U.S. invasion. The Federal Reserve (the privately-held corporation where your "tax" dollars go) will stop reporting on M3 for the first time nearly since it's formation (Discontinuance of M3), and the decline of the dollar signal hard times ahead. Be wise. Prepare. Trust God. These are the best things that can be done in these times to protect your children, whether born or un-born.

The Internet is an awesome tool for studying these kinds of things. I had to make physical trips to law libraries and universities. Now, law libraries and governfment book depositories are easily searchable from your livingroom.
